Okay where do we start? Great vibe/ cute inside, ambiance was nice. Our server may have been one of the most knowledgeable waiters we've ever had at a restaurant - Andy! Thank you friend what a wonderful evening, going above and beyond in your service and knowledge. The FOOD, wow! Started with the Whipped ricotta cheese app, super bomb. Entrees: Tiger Prawns, Scallops, Short Ribs, got 3 entrees and split! Tiger prawns not a big portion. Short ribs is a big portion (leftovers yay!). Scallops is the perfect portion. Everything was wonderful. This was the perfect little date spot

A unique experience to say the least. Seating in doors and outside was a treat. The outside looked like a better option the day we went but we didn't want to be in the heat so we opted to go inside. A little dark inside, but was treated to a nice table lamp to help with the darkness. The food was delicious and visually stunning. The flavor pallet was not what my wife and I normally go for so we caught a bit off by the combinations of the flavors. The bread and the cream cheese dish was so good (sorry I forget the name). A fun, different choice than what we normally go to, so it was worth a try.

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Excellent food and delightful service. I was treating my sister to a bday outing at Murietta Hot Springs and decided to try their on-premise restaurant for dinner. We made reservations, which is recommended. It's a really nice space, with a beautiful patio, but it was way too chilly to dine outdoors when we were there. The inside was all warm white and earth tones--cozy but sophisticated. Since it was my sister's bday, they gave us complimentary glasses of bubbly (south coast winery guertzeminer), as will as a card signed by the staff--a very nice touch. As for the food: - Kale salad (impeccably fresh produce and a delicious dressing) - vegan pasta (a little on the salty side, but still delicious, and they gave me a sizable portion) - half chicken for my sister (looked great, and she enjoyed it) Our server Andy was a total star. Friendly, prompt, and willing to go the extra mile. He found us some cut fruit even though it wasn't on the menu, since that was what we were craving for dessert. A great experience overall, would definitely try again.

Our servers Jesus and Andy were amazing. Can't express how much love we have for those two. The food is to die for exceptional. If I lived closer, I would eat here all the time. I only wish that they were open on Mondays and Tuesdays because I should've ate the whole menu. The restaurant is so beautiful and peaceful.

This place is a gem! Hidden inside Murrieta Hot Springs you'll find Talia. Chef Steffen is great and amazing at his craft. This is truly a treat! From the A4 shrimps to the lemon posset - you will not leave disappointed.

Focaccia and ricotta appetizer which was INCREDIBLE!

Delicious food and wonderful service! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Talia and we really enjoyed our meal. Our server was amazing and he even gave us complimentary wine and a little card from the staff. We shared the focaccia and ricotta appetizer which was amazing! It's definitely a must have. My husband had the scallops which he really enjoyed and I had the shrimp which was very good. The only thing we didn't really enjoy is that we were the ONLY table in the restaurant (at 6:15) yet they chose to sit us in a dark corner by the kitchen entrance. It was very difficult to read the menu so they had to bring us a little lamp. Not sure why we were shoved in the corner when every other table was available.

Stopped by Murrieta Hot Springs Resort and accidentally found Talia Kitchen... and wow. Cozy vibes, super friendly staff, and food so good it deserves its own vacation. The lamb and potato purée were the real stars of the trip. 10/10 would happily return just to eat again. Vibe : 5 stars Food : 5 stars Service : 5 stars

On May 25, 2025, during our trip to Murrieta Hot Springs Resort, we had dinner that evening at Talia Kitchen, the restaurant located inside the resort. The ambience was very nice, the staff were all friendly, and every dish we tried was delicious. The appetizers, entrées, desserts, and even the coffee were all very good. The only downside was that the portion sizes were quite small. However, we enjoyed the food and had a very pleasant and enjoyable evening.

Cute little resort vibe! Stuff was lovely and kind. Everyone was happy to be there! Food was delicious and fresh! But OMG the focaccia sour dough bread is probably the best bread I've ever had I literally want Boxes of it. And the ricotta dip served with it was refreshing and just so yummy. Small menu which I love. Helps make easy decisions, it was also our anniversary and our server gave us a glass of champagne as a toast. It was sweet! Literally go here and try this focaccia. I didn't get a picture but trust in me!! Unbelievable. This chef needs to open a bakery!!!

Talia's was... unreal. I'm still thinking about it. We started with the focaccia, which honestly set the tone for the entire meal. Warm, pillowy bread paired with a ricotta cheese dip and parsley oil so good I abandoned all manners and ate it by the spoonful. No regrets. None. Then came the scallops--perfectly cooked, tender, and beautifully balanced with turmeric, broccolini, and mashed potatoes that deserve their own paragraph. These were hands-down the creamiest mashed potatoes I've ever had in my life. Silky, rich, impossibly smooth--like they'd been whipped by a wizard who only works with butter and dreams. Every single element on the plate was cooked exactly right, and the flavors played together like they'd rehearsed. The setting made it even more special. We were tucked back into this perfect little corner, cozy and intimate, where it felt like the rest of the restaurant gently disappeared. Quiet, romantic, and just the right amount of secluded--ideal for lingering, laughing, and soaking in the moment together. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. Jesus and Miguel were phenomenal. We never once had to look around for help or wait for anything--our glasses were refilled before we noticed they were low, and every need was anticipated with warmth and ease. Attentive without hovering, proactive without being intrusive. The kind of service that makes you feel genuinely cared for. Everything about the experience felt intentional and elevated without being pretentious. Thoughtful, warm, and genuinely impressive. This is the kind of meal that makes you pause mid-bite, look at the person you're with, and say, "Are you tasting this?" Talia's isn't just good--it's memorable. Romantic, delicious, and the kind of place that resets your standards and lingers long after the table's cleared. Still in shock. Still dreaming about it.

Great way to end the day at Murrieta Hot Springs. Generous hearty portions. The lamb and beef short ribs were tender. Focaccia and ricotta memorable. Our waiter recommended the perfect bottle of wine and was thoughtful throughout. Lovely.

The place was was nicely decorated. The bathrooms were nice and clean (not funny smells). The dinning area was spotless with updated sort of nautical beach hints. The food was delish from the symphony of the warm bread crust all the way to tartness of the key lime pie. Come here... you will not regret it.

When we were seated, we asked for a high chair three separate times before one was finally brought to our table. The high chair turned out to be too small for our son, so we asked if we could use a booster seat on the end chair instead. The server seemed hesitant, mentioning she wasn't sure she'd be able to get by the chair. We said that was fine and instead placed the booster seat between my wife and me. After struggling to get our son comfortable, we eventually realized the booster seat has two different height settings depending on which side is facing down. It would have been helpful if that had been pointed out when it was brought to the table. Throughout the meal, our server seemed distracted and wasn't around very often. Our food was brought out by other staff members, which isn't necessarily a problem by itself, but combined with the lack of check-ins it made the service feel disconnected. The biggest disappointment came when I took my son outside while we waited. The benches, chairs, and handrails in the waiting area were covered in bird droppings. There were spider webs in multiple places, and the entrance to the restaurant itself looked dirty. I understand the restaurant is going for an old harbor or fishing-boat atmosphere, but there's a big difference between rustic and neglected. Instead of feeling charming or nautical, it felt like years of dirt and grime had simply been left in place. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but basic cleanliness and attentive service are things I expect from any restaurant, especially when dining with a young child. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback because the restaurant has potential, but our experience left us with little desire to return.

It was a little hard to find the restaurant, especially since the sign is not right over the entrance, but just next to it where the small market is. Look for the Winchester Center sign next to the market. Since we arrived before it opened on a Sunday, we browsed in the market until it was tine to eat. We had a reservation for 6 of us, so they seated us at the one round table near the front. There is another longer table next to it on the left side where there's a colorful mural. The rest of the tables are booths. The restaurant is spacious and roomy and very clean. You can order items from the menu or build your own hot pot which is AYCE. Everyone in our party chose the hot pot. We were each brought a small blue pot that contained the sterno to heat up the soup and the broth of our choice inside. We also placed our meat order with our server. We went to the back-left corner to grab our veggies, and some other things to add to our hot pot. Our server came by often to take more meat orders, clear empty plates, and check if we needed more broth or if our sterno needed more fuel. Our server was delightfully cheerful and friendly. She was helpful and answered all of our questions, especially when we had to choose our broths. (Forgive me for forgetting your name!) I highly recommend calling ahead to make a reservation if you have a larger party. Accessibility notes: most of the tables are padded booths. If you can transfer and slide, you should be okay. Otherwise, see if you can sit at a table that has chairs on the left side. The restaurant is spacious enough to park your mobility aid (or stroller for babies) near you. The restrooms are located in the back-left corner, 2 single stall restrooms, one for men and one for women. There is enough room for someone to enter with their mobility aid and a helper companion. You can enter the restaurant without climbing a step, but I don't recall where the handicap accessible parking was since we used a regular parking space and I climbed up the curb. No one from the family is local, but my brother-in-law chose this restaurant because it's somewhere where we can meet in the middle. We all loved it, and are adding it to our rotation when we need to come together for a celebration.
