The food was honestly a bit underwhelming. I ordered two fish tacos and a shrimp ceviche. The tacos were decent, but they really relied on the lime for flavor. As for the shrimp ceviche, it had a fishy taste and lacked the kick I was hoping for--it definitely could've used more spice, lime, and seasoning overall. The flavors were pretty mild, and there wasn't anything that really set it apart from other seafood spots. That said, the chips were nicely fried and lightly salted, which I appreciated. There's plenty of parking available in the outdoor lot. The restaurant is located inside a shared food court next to a Hawaiian spot and a few other places. There's also a bathroom in the back of the food court. The ambiance was the highlight of my visit. We were ordering so much for such a large group. He took his time, didn't feel like he was frustrated with us, gave us suggestions and everything. After we ordered, he told us he was the only one there so it would take awhile to make it all, but he gave us a buzzer and we wandered around the area while we waited. If you decide to eat there, there's plenty of tables and seats to eat. What's great is since it's in a food court, you can test out the other eateries as well. I was looking forward to trying this place since it's been around for a while, but we just never seem to remember it. Found this little gem on the way home from San Diego. What a cute little village in the middle of the shopping center! The restaurant was inside a barn type of building with different businesses sharing the inside and a huge dining hall to sit at. Food was amazing! Shrimps were cooked perfectly and the spicy sauce was very flavorful with just the right amount of heat. I didn't count the number of shrimps in this dish but there was plenty, and they were decent sized shrimps. Each shrimp seemed like three shrimps stuck to one. It was a container of whole small shrimp, big pieces of onion & 4 slices of avocado in lime juice & hot sauce. (Thrown together, to say the least.) There was no way any of it would fit on a chip! We literally threw it in a blender to see if we could chop it up some. (Don't do that.) The burrito was dry with no cabbage.
