The food was honestly a bit underwhelming. I ordered two fish tacos and a shrimp ceviche. The tacos were decent, but they really relied on the lime for flavor. As for the shrimp ceviche, it had a fishy taste and lacked the kick I was hoping for--it definitely could've used more spice, lime, and seasoning overall. The flavors were pretty mild, and there wasn't anything that really set it apart from other seafood spots. That said, the chips were nicely fried and lightly salted, which I appreciated. There's plenty of parking available in the outdoor lot. The restaurant is located inside a shared food court next to a Hawaiian spot and a few other places. There's also a bathroom in the back of the food court. The ambiance was the highlight of my visit. It had a nature-inspired vibe with outdoor seating and benches, and the string lights gave it a charming, slightly romantic feel. Plus, it's not too far from Pechanga Casino, where I stayed the night. Overall, it's a nice spot to bring your family or even for a casual date night.

I've been coming here since they opened and it's still a hit! My go-to is the fish ceviche. Love!

Love this little area! It's in this food court area. There's a few other food options in there too. But I'm glad we chose to go here. The service was great! We were ordering so much for such a large group. He took his time, didn't feel like he was frustrated with us, gave us suggestions and everything. After we ordered, he told us he was the only one there so it would take awhile to make it all, but he gave us a buzzer and we wandered around the area while we waited. If you decide to eat there, there's plenty of tables and seats to eat. What's great is since it's in a food court, you can test out the other eateries as well. There's a mini retro store too that you can look around at while waiting for your food. Food was delicious! Burritos were huge! Chips were delicious. We'll be back!

This little place is awesome. Their fish tacos are humongous! And delicious. I couldn't believe the price for the tacos! One was a lot for one persons my husband and I had one each and also order aguachiles. OMG! To die for! We came across this place by chance searching for places to eat. The place is located inside a little food court place and it was an awesome little setup. They allow dogs inside which was great for us. Overall, amazing place and will definitely stop by again if we are in the area!

Finally had the opportunity to check this place out tonight. The dining hall has a total of 4 food vendor options inside. I was looking forward to trying this place since it's been around for a while, but we just never seem to remember it. The lady at the register was friendly, but our food (2 ceviche fish tacos, and one grilled fish taco) took a long time. Unfortunately, our food was not worth the wait. My husband said the fish in his taco tasted weird. So much so that he maybe took 2 bites of it and couldn't finish it. The fish in my tostadas tasted very fishy as well. I was hoping I wouldn't regret eating them. There were some very long, stringy pieces of fish that were difficult to eat. I couldn't finish my food. Unfortunately, our meal here tonight was a big disappointment.

I came here for a little snack to sit and chat with a friend. We kept it simple and got chips and guac and salsa. The salsa was nothing special, nor the guac. I didn't like that the man getting our food just grabbed our chips with his hands (although gloved) and packed them on a cafeteria tray. I'll have to come back and try the food next time if I'm feeling the vibe. The music is a bit too loud in the little food hall.

I really enjoyed this spot after going to a winery. It sparked my interest because fish tacos duh and aguachile! We could not finish these amongst 2 people. These were loaded fish tacos. It was empty when we showed up but it also was a Tuesday on my bday. I got some great photos because of this. I'm sure the ambience is awesome when it's more packed... me honestly... I don't mind when it's empty. I felt extra special lol

I stumbled upon this place in 2021 I think and came back because I couldn't get their beer battered shrimp taco outta my heaaaaad! Lol. I came back with the minis (they are located inside a Bldg with other restaurants) and decided to give it another try. The tacos were not as big as I remembered (however, I know a lot has changed Post-COVID and with prices seemingly going up on everything). My son ordered the kids bean burrito...he only had a bite or two of it...we also had an order of the fresh salsa and fresh guac. The salsa is amazingly fresh, but a bit lacking in the flavor department...the guac is pretty good. The chips are very fresh and great. Overall I'd recommend and would visit again

Recommended by a friend and now we recommend this place to other friends! About $8 for a taco but they are so big you can make 2 tacos (they double the tortilla). Everything I've tried is delicious: kids quesadilla, ceviche, beer battered shrimp tacos, grilled fish tacos, todo! If you like it spicy try the Enchilado! My mouth is watering thinking about this place and I need to come in soon.

This restaurant is located within a little shopping area in Temecula which is really cute. Although, I did get a little lost finding it but it was worth it. There's about 4 restaurants within the location and there's indoor and outdoor seating available. I ordered two shrimp tacos ($8) that had squid and some other items. I give it a 8/10. I wish it would be a bit more spicy but you can add a tapatío sauce from the packets they have available at the counter. They're filling and for the price I think it's good. We also got two ceviches on a plate with the chips on the side. Rate 9/10. The seasoning and flavor were delish. I liked that this location has indoor dining as it was a warm Sunday evening. Check them out if you're ever in the area. 3 sodas 4 food items Total: $52

I was excited to try this place out based off the reviews. I'm visiting from LA and I was craving ceviche and seafood tacos, so I decided to come here. While the food was good, I was disappointed in a few things: *No sour cream chipotle sauce on the fish taco, no mayo on the ceviche *Ceviche was $15+ and was extremely small for the price; *** it also didn't have any avocado or mayo as advertised and expected *No utensils or napkins, and no hot sauce. I had to stop for avocado and Tapatío on my way home because it wasn't provided. I give three stars for decent food, but not meeting menu and general service

As good as it gets! Aguachile Ceviche: 5 stars Shrimp, cucumber, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, lime, avocado. Good heat, great flavor and tender shrimp - all made to order! Each ceviche comes with fresh tortilla chips and service is 5 stars. Avocado portion is generous and plenty of indoor or outdoor seating. Very dog friendly (outside). I look forward to coming here on my next trek through Temecula.

This place has always been our go to Mexican restaurant when we come down here. We came on cinco de mayo which was busy and we had waited 20 minutes for a table which we expected. So we placed are order. Wife asked for the 2 taco special with no sour cream. I order the same thing with no cheese or sour cream. I did that cause I'm lactose intolerant. The waitress stated that they can't substitute? I'm not substituting anything. Just don't add it. The "manager" came over and said we can't substitute? I stated I'm not substituting anything, just don't want cheese or sour cream. He said since they're busy cause of cinco de mayo they can't do it which tells me they can't handle a large amount of customers and there food they make in the back there cooks are auto pilot and get devate from the normal operation. We have been here before and "NEVER" had a problem with the way we ordered but today was an issue which tells me things are difficult especially if busy. We will not be back cause it was just a simple request and they couldn't fulfill that. We went over to Rosa's and tortilla factory which is down the street and it was good and "much cheaper ". I will never recommend Guadalajara to anyone anymore cause they couldn't handle a simple request.

With that being said, parking can be difficult because Old Town tends to get very busy on a Saturday. We walked in and it was not busy. The host/server told us to pick any table we would like. We chose outside, but they had just cleaned up the area, so our chairs were stacked. The host/server quickly helped us get the chairs down and place them at our table. The server was attentive and kept checking in on us. Now the food. When we were sat down, we were given complimentary chips and salsa. The chips were perfect and not overly salty or greasy. The salsa was very mild and had a great flavor. I ordered a 2 taco combo plate ($14.95) with carne asada and carnitas. The carne asada was just okay, it was cut into thicker piece, which is not my preference. It was also topped with guacamole, which was not the best I've had. The carnitas however were magnificent topped with pickled onions, cilantro, and salsa. The rice was not traditional Mexican rice and did have a bit of a crunch to it rather than a toast before cooking. The beans were just plain pinto beans, not refried beans, but they were good. While this place, is not extremely traditional, it is a great spot in Old Town Temecula with fairly good food. I'm looking forward to coming back again.
