Came in at about 530 pm after a wine day, should've known when it was empty. We asked our server what she eats and she said the fries and bread, another sign. Well we heard such wonderful things about the garlic noodles we ordered them and added shrimp and chicken. We got the catfish with fries and spicy edamame. The noodles were very dry and lacked the garlic flavor, they tasted like plain spaghetti noodles. The catfish was overcooked. The fries were delicious. This is always one of my favorite spots around time when I need my crab fix especially. The service is always good and the food is awesome. I wish I had taken more pictures of the food before we wrecked it but I get excited. We had a pound of shrimp and crab with some potatoes and corn too. It's not a huge place but it's usually busy when I go, we got lucky today. I'm an animal so we went in bare handed and enjoyed every moment. Place was very quiet and empty for a Friday early e evening at 4pm. We were seated right away and the server room our drink orders and then explained how it worked as we had never be there! Food was very good and we weren't disappointed! Pricing was fair with quality and size of crab legs. My daughter decided to pick this place to eat. We arrived and surprisingly.......no other customers were present. The interior looked nice, enough space for a group of friends / family, and clean. The service was good but I'm basing it off of us initially being the only ones in there. The price of the food was legit and the amount of food was really good, surprisingly as well. If you haven't been to a place like this, do not wear something white. They do provide a plastic bib and plastic gloves (which you will need). You can actually eat messy and it's perfectly ok. There was only one customer eating inside & that was it. No clue what I was waiting for. Got the food home, it actually looked pretty good. Was excited to finally try it only to be disappointed. Shrimp was overcooked to the point the shells were sticking to the mushy meat & soft like wet paper. Crawfish was waterlogged & had clearly been frozen for a while. The gumbo and clam chowder were great starters while we waited for our bags of seafood. All of the bags were delicious- we had jumbo shrimp and sausage, our kids had basically everything- shrimp, crawfish, sausage, potato and the boiled egg and our friends explored the mussels, potatoes and sausage- all full house spiced. I was excited to try this place because I would always see it as I drove by. We came in yesterday afternoon to try it out. Was very quiet for a Friday evening in there, but I figured maybe it would get busier a little later. It's pretty spacious inside with a good amount of seating available. Our hostess greeted us & showed us to our table & gave us a menu. I chose the pound of peeled shrimp full house spicy & I also got the clam chowder. My husband ordered the clams & mussels full house mild with rice. Personally I did not like their sauce, the spice was there which was nice; however there was a sweetness about the sauce that I really did not like. It didn't taste Cajun like a seafood boil should. So for me that was very off putting. The clam chowder came out boiling hot , I couldn't eat for a few good minutes. When I did get the eat it, it was just okay. Kind of bland. My husband said he really liked his food items but I didnt try any. To be honest this place is nothing special, especially if you are a well versed seafood boil eater. My husband and I spent about $120 on food here. We got a seafood boil bag with a pound of king crab legs, a pound of headless, deveined shrimp, 2 eggs, some potatoes, and sausage. The king crab tasted fishy with a weird aftertaste and I could tell the shrimp was frozen. I asked the waitress how much of our food was frozen after speaking with the cook she came back and said "All of our seafood is frozen." Agree with other review--FOOD POISONING. I got take-out from here three times (the seating area isn't particularly inviting). I've had the green lip mussels (consistently good), shrimp with head-on (so over cooked you can squeeze the meat out of the shell like a paste), potatoes (also over cooked and falling apart), sausage, and clams (some were broken, some sealed shut). I get the sense that the items are cooked separately, perhaps even well in advance, then tossed together with sauce when ordered. That being said, the sauces are all very flavorful and you can choose your spice level. The restaurant is a great concept, the staff are all lovely, and I get the sense this is a family owned business. But this last order gave my family such severe food poisoning that I feel it necessary to inform others of the potential risk in eating here. read more

Bought some snow crab and shrimp and crawfish! Disgusting! Shrimp was so mooshy! The Snow Crab was fishy and old when cracked open kinda black/dark color and Crawfish was just not good. The sauce was not the best I've had way better. Took food back and they gave a partial credit because we ate our corn and some potatoes and tried like 5 or 6 of the crawfish. 72.00 for the meal they returned 54.00 dollars. She said new owners and we ate too many of the crawfish to get a full refund. how we gonna know the food is subpar unless you try them? But oh well. This was my wife and I's first visit to the Snow &Crab. We were a little disappointed to learn there was no alcohol with dinner options. I thought the service was absolutely awesome. The place was very clean. Despite no ETOH opportunity. The food was really good. We had the spicy endamae which was delicious and piping hot.... Potstickers, yes! I will be back for them. :) The Cajun fried rice was good although the sausage, shrimp was the star of the dish. I didn't care for the chicken, it had a refrigerator taste to it. The rice was sticky well seasoned bursting with good flavor. Lastly, the seafood boil was really good and well worth the mess. We were so full that we had to bring the mango ice shave dessert home. The dessert is a must try! Overall, I would try this place again. I just wish that they offer more combination (e.g. half pound of clams, mussels) and the corn should automatically be part of it as I think it will make the sauce taste even better (sweeter). We have crab boil from this location quite a few times and have not been disappointed, they also make a great fried Calamari and they have Beignets that are so so. This is all I can testify to but they also have different flavors of crab boil which also taste great but of course adding extras to the crab boil can cost a bit. read more

Simple things she should have forethought we would need, utensils, nutcrackers, or scissors for king crab legs. Ordered the head-on shrimp, lobster tail, and sausage. The shrimp was overcooked, and the lobster tail was undercooked. The cajun sauce medium was very bland. Sad thing is, the best-tasting item in the bag, was the sausage. We also ordered King Crab legs and Sausage with Cajun sauce mild and there was no difference between the two cajun sauces, mild or medium. Had a side of Garlic noodles, we used to love the garlic noodles. Not anymore, they tasted like they were doused in butter and mixed with garlic salt. Unfortunately, this will be our last trip to this restaurant. This was our go-to for seafood when the pandemic was in full swing. We would order from here every payday. Temecula's answer to Boiling Crab style Cajun seafood, I had a great meal here! Generous portion of garlic noodles, juicy shrimp with flavorful sauce (a little less garlic and butter compared to Boiling Crab but I prefer that, so it was easier to eat more shrimp, lol), and yummy fresh beignets that are almost as good as what you can get in New Orleans.
