We stumbled across this place by accident and I am so glad we did! We tried quite a few things from the menu, lumpia, coconut shrimp, garlic chicken, sunrise plate, loco moco and kalua pork. Everything was wonderful! Kalua pork with cabbage is my favorite but sometimes other hawaiian eateries, it can be too salty or smoky, but this Kalua pork was perfect! I am so happy to have found this place. It is a bit pricey, but the food does not disappoint. I am going to tell everyone I know to give them a try! Stopped here on a mid Saturday afternoon. It was not busy. This place is kind of hidden and I found it off of Yelp searching Hawaiian food nearby. The Chamorro mixed with aloha got me and I wanted to try it out. Higher prices but this is expected with inflation. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. That is always a plus. Food is pretty good. I ordered a chicken kelaguen bowl and a spam musubi. The bowl came with red rice and Mac salad. I loved how the kelaguen was chopped. It was fresh and delicious. The Mac salad was ok but it's not their fault that I m not an olive person and they were diced in the salad. The musubi was big and very good too. Last year, my husband and I came here for the first time and reviewed it with one and said, "not coming back". We have families that visited from LA who lived in Guam for a long time and was craving for empanadas. Hoping the menu has improved, we decided to give this place a "chance" for them to give a feedback as well. Rib plate 2 (ribs were dry) Mixed plate (chose beef teriyaki, as recommended by the cashier-too salty you don't need the side finadene. Chamorro chicken was slices of chicken that, according to the cashier, was marinated in soy sauce and vinegar; macaroni had a little taste this time Latiyas 4 service was friendly, although he seems like he was training, he did a great job Perhaps 3rd is a charm? How cool that there's a restaurant here that serves Chamorro food! We got the chicken kelaguen that came with red rice and potato salad. Ribs plate though I would've liked if it came with a side cucumber salad that was missing, it was still delicious. Hubby and I both loved the empanadas! So happy to get my Guam good fix! read more

Thursday, 3-12-2026: I met up here with a dear friend. We both wanted to try the food here since my friend is Guamanian. The owner Lou welcomed us in. The eatery is small & clean and exuded island vibes. They also have merchandise for sale. They have a nice menu list comprised of a variety of Guamanian and Hawaiian fare. It was difficult to decide but I eventually chose the Chicken Teriyaki small plate & my friend ordered the Chamorro Chicken small plate. It wasn't long before our meals were ready. We both enjoyed our meals. The chicken was tender & so flavorful. I loved my macaroni salad & she loved her red rice & potato salad. The owners, who are sisters were so friendly & engaging. Lou runs the counter while her sister Maria cooks all the marvelous meals. We look forward to returning. I will try the Guamanian food next time! I'm very happy to have another option for Hawaiian comfort food here in Temecula. I came for the Lau Lau and Kailua pork and cabbage. It was pretty good! Their combo meal includes both, plus rice and Mac salad (I asked for potato salad instead). The Lau Lau is from Hawaii, steamed up and delicious! The Kailua pork is their own, made fresh by the owner. Mannge's menu is a fusion of Hawaiian and Guam flavors. Both menus describe mouth watering combo plates. I will definitely be back to try the Guam side of the menu! There are several tables for onsite dining, best for a small group of 2-4 people. They display and sell island inspired jewelry, bags, snacks and a few clothing items. You will find Hawaiian Sun and Deric's (Red Pine Cafe) homemade Kim Chee and pickled cucumbers in the refrigerator. Mannge Town was open today hosting a small town Island Vibe event in Temecula at their store front, We stopped by for lunch and enjoyed the Chicken Teriyaki plate that came with white rice and Mac n Cheese. Plate was served with large portions that were enough for my husband and I. We also ordered some chicken empanadas and the pika ones were perfect! Much larger than the ones you would find online. They also serve chicken kelaguen and pickled daigu' by the pound! Hawaiian poke and Latiya too!! Hawaiian Sun drinks and Mr. Brown Lemon Tea... I'm always on the hunt for Guam grub! Mannge Town Cafe was not on my radar, but one of my friends told me about this spot as I was in Temecula for a wedding! As it was our first time here and we were hungry, we ordered the Lau Lau and Kalua Pork & Cabbage and Chamorro Fiesta Plate to share. Both were generous portions and we happily divulged! The Chamorro Fiesta plate inlcuded ribs, chicken, red rice and potato salad. The Lau Lau and Kalua Pork & Cabbage inlcuded rice and mac salad. Were they the best renditions of those dishes? I have fond memories of my other mom's Guamanian dishes, and have learned from her how to make many of them like kelaguen, red rice and fina denne. So when I saw a post about this new eatery I knew I had to try it out. The location is small, but it does the trick. I was greeted immediately from the ladies in the kitchen...felt welcoming, like going into someone's home. The menu has great options, for Guamanian and Island food. Ordered a couple of meat plates, one with galbi beef ribs, with sides of red rice and mac salad. The other was pork ribs, with island chicken , red rice and potato salad. This place serves food from Guam which I haven't tried, they also have Hawaiian as well. I came here after staying at the casino nearby and wanted to try a new place. I wanted to try their Kelaguen bowl ($16.99) which consists of chopped cooked chicken with strong lemon forward flavor. It came with red rice and potato salad. They also had some snack items to purchase. 3 choice combo we got was garlic chicken, beef teri, and coconut shrimp. Flavoring was good on the plate. Mac Salad was a little dry but it's fine. Lau Lau plate was the same, I didn't find any fish in mine but there was a lot of leaves in mine. Pork was dry, maybe cause there I couldn't find the fish. Flavor was still good. I haven't had Chamorro food in quite some time, and there was a restaurant in San Diego that I used to really enjoy, so when this location appeared on my Yelp feed, I was excited to try it. I ordered a small beef plate with macaroni salad and red rice. There is a $1.50 upcharge for the red rice, and I believe customers should have the option to choose between white or red rice without an additional charge. I paid $20 for a small plate, which didn't include much food. Unfortunately, the beef was not tender, and the marinade and seasoning were not very noticeable. I was hoping to enjoy this meal more, but it fell short of expectations. However, I am open to giving this restaurant another try, as I understand that restaurants can have off days. read more

I called in a mixed plate order and had a great experience with the staff -- everyone was very friendly, and my order was ready on time. The food tasted good, but I was disappointed by the portion size of the chicken and beef. For over $20, I expected a much more generous serving, especially for a mixed plate. I wished the Lau Lau was bigger, but the owner said it's sourced from Hawaii so it makes sense store-bought ones always leave you wanting for more. Tried out this spot since it's gotten some buzz. I'm so happy we are getting some small owned businesses in the area, I'm so over the fast food chains. First time trying Mannge, and I thought it was fantastic! I ordered the mini garlic chicken, which was a perfect portion. Chicken was tasty and the seasoning was lovely. The rice and macaroni salad, served on the side, were yummy as well. I ordered the spam musubi, which was great, just a little pricey for a single piece. The restaurant was calm and quiet, and my order was prepared on time for pickup. Looking forward to trying more menu items in the future. read more

The portion sized were okay (not necessarily plated by a heavy handed an auntie) and the prices reasonable for the area. The protein portions were on the conservative side. The BBQ chicken was particularly disappointing---saucy and lacked the char of true BBQ. Overall, very decent but not necessarily broke da mouth kine. Points for an authentic menu. Service was friendly but comically clunky (hey, they're new). This restaurant has completely new owners from the Chinese place it replaced. Overall, a welcomed addition to the community. OK, so, our go to Hawaiian BBQ place closed. A quick Yelp! search revealed another hidden gem of the Islands right here on Temecula Pkwy. The food was well prepared and flavorful. The family enjoyed the chicken katsu, spam musubi, Chamorro chicken, and teriyaki chicken - along with the requisite white rice, mac salad and katsu sauce. All was comparable to the comforting food I've come to crave, but I felt that it had a more homemade quality. The proprietor was friendly and welcoming. The red rice was slightly hard, the chicken didn't have much taste and the potato salad the potatoes were hard needs to soft. Also we got the kalbi but it was more of a Hawaiian taste. The service was true Chamorro very humble & blessed for our patronage. Food was hot and fiesta delicious. I do like my family's empanada though. Red rice was moist. Ribs were delicious. "månnge nai" I like the island vibe with chill island artist music so nice to hear our Chamorro jams "Nice touch" Island music was not too loud so we were able to talk at normal volume conversation. Great atmosphere but hey... I hope the place is small so when they grow... it will be tight and I hope it will.
