Their menu featured on their story everyday on Facebook

I never got over when auntie Cora shut down shop, they had the best pancit, lumpia, & empanadas. Although uncle was a little scary to order from sometimes. lol But Emmanuel's is always friendly & welcoming. I like to support a fellow Filipino's business so I come here to order sometimes when I'm too lazy to cook. I follow them on Facebook since they post their daily menu on the their stories. Everything always tastes good & tastes as it should. We really liked their lumpia, crispy pata, & bangus & pork Sisigs. You do have to order those ahead. My hubby really enjoyed their kare kare & said it was extra peanuty. I was a little bummed they forgot to give us bagoong (shrimp paste), but lucky for them I had a little at home. I thought their empanada & pancit could use a tad more flavor. But everything else has been good & authentic.

Store signage.

We had empanadas, and biko. Everything we had was excellent. Both the lady, and the gentleman provided warm friendly service. Wish this place was closer to Irvine. Thank you for your hospitality, and a delicious food

Tapsilog

My friend introduced us to Emmanuel's Filipino Restaurant! We got here almost 11AM today and I was craving for some silog dish! Long & behold I got the tapsilog but then we saw the other dishes that were available such as kare-kare, adobo, dinuguan, bopus, papaitan and etc. They even let us know that they have pork sisig available which we got an order too! Sisig was delicious & crunchy! Tapsilog was great, the meat had a sweet taste to it! my favorite though from here is their UBE CHEESECAKE! This tastes so good, not even sweet at all! Will def be coming back!

I particularly enjoyed their bopis and longganisa, while the Halo Halo was good but could benefit from more milk. Im eager to return sample more item from their menu. Their designated dining area, where you can also sit and wait for take out orders is remarkably clean. Keep up the excellent work and will definitely be back soon!

First off the lady working the front was the sweetest lady ever. The food is amazing! Everything is delicious! The dinuguan isn't how I typically like my dinuguan but it's still yummy. I can wait to come back and try more! They didn't have any pandesal yet at 9:30am which was kind of a downer but the ladies kindness and patience really made it a reason to come back later for some fresh pandesal

Okay, so visiting from the Bay Area and had a craving for Halo Halo and holler! Emmanuel Filipino Restaurant to the rescue!!! Thank you Mary and Carmeli! The establishment is so welcoming, very true to traditional Filipino culture. And the food is ridiculously delicious from the fresh baked goods to outstanding authentic dishes. This is the spot if you want true Filipino Bicol and Pampanga style food made by caring people.

The workers are very friendly here, but the food is okay. This is a small place. Some items look like they've been out for some time. I also think there are certain dishes that might be better than others.

Found this on yelp, staff are very friendly, we had the breakfast plate, you can request how you want your eggs cooked. The servings are huge. The place is clean and they sell empanadas and pandesal.

This is our third visit to Emmanuel's Filipino Restaurant, and it never changed our 5-star x 2 impression. Family-owned by Mary, Carmely, and Manny - The Chef ("Emmanuel"). A very hard-working family with day jobs in the medical and health/business industries who are committed to provide grassroot, Keto-friendly meals, specializing in popular Filipino dishes. I was so surprised to find the TINOLA MUSSELS offered in Today's Menu, so we picked in and NEVER REGRETTED the choice! The ginger-infused soup seeped in to the mussels' tender flavor. Hubby and I almost got into a tug-of-war who would finish it (i won, haha). We also love the PORK DINUGUAN (pork internal organs braised in pork blood) - the meat is so tender, the flavor has blended so positively in every bite. Caution - you may be eating more rice with it because it unquestionably pairs very well. Just don't tell your doctor (joke). ALL-VEGIES STRING BEANS & SQUASH in COCONUT CREAM SAUCE is so creamy, full-bodied, savory entree you can literally consume without rice. PORK IGADO is also top-notched. The pleasant surprise is them using Beef Liver, not the usual pork liver. Thus, the flavor is bursting like festival inside our mouths. CONCLUSION: Every dish is carefully and tenderly prepared from the heart. Think of the "Ratatouille" animated film... every dish is a taste of home. Talk about COMFORT FOOD. This is the place you can call your "Mom's Kitchen" - only, cousins "Manny," and "Carmely" are the ones cooking, while cousin "Mary" holds the fort in the front house. Don't forget to grab their CASSAVA CAKES, UBE CHEESECAKES, and other dessert/snack items before you leave. They are worth the "pasalubong" (food gift) to your family waiting for you at home, or perhaps - you can stuff your face with it while you watch your favorite videos/tv shows. I did, and I am very well satiated. As for SERVICE... every family member here are very warm, always smiling, so professional. They treat every customer like a long-lost relative, I sure felt like a family member when I walked in today. Hubby and I left with a smile and a full stomach.

Very down to earth people! I come here for the halo halo's when I'm in the area! Must try if you've never had filipino cuisine.

Sorry for this picture, I started eating then thought about taking a picture

There are only a handful of filipino food where I live. Emmanuel is my first choice...not because they have the most variety, it's the authenticity of their dishes. They are flavorful, never bland or cafeteria quality...it's a home cooked like how grandma does it. My favorite is their beef michado(I think that's spelled right) it's tender, tastes better from other places I've tried...I love it. Not only Filipino dishes, they also have fresh bakery from the traditional Filipino bread rolls(pandesal), filled baked buns and more. There hasn't been one single thing that I've tried in this place that I didn't like or ever said..."it's aightttt" nope! So far, everything met or exceeded expectations. And customer service is always welcoming & hospitable. Emmanuel's Filipino Restaurant isn't a big place, but it's spacious and always clean. I wish them to always have this profitable successful business!

yummy ube cheesecake!

Not a whole lot of variety when it comes to Filipino cuisine in the Menifee area, so decided to drive the distance a little as I was craving Filipino food. What I first noticed when I walked in, was the very welcoming atmosphere. This place opened two weeks ago but one could not tell as the staff is very professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind. Shoutout to them as it made my experience feel more special and inclusive. I got chicken adobo, pancit bihon, and ube cheesecake. Super yummy and satisfied my cravings. A hidden gem in the Riverside area for sure! Will be coming back! :) UPDATE: Just ate the ube cheesecake, best i've had from any filipino restaurant. so good!

Pancit malabon was very flavorful! Make sure to sprinkle some kalamansi juice to make it even more awesome!
Jenny C.

If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I came about 30 minutes prior to closing, so I figured that there wouldn't be much food left. To my surprise, they offered to cook a fresh batch of Goto and Pancit Malabon. That was beyond awesome customer service! The food was excellent, and the warm smiles from Emmanuel and his wife was all it took for me to be sure to come back soon! Can't wait to try their breakfast selections. Make sure to stop by and enjoy some great home cooked pinoy food!

I come here to buy packaged things like dry noodles or bottled ingredients. I buy here as a last resort. My greatest peeve about this place is the entrance. You have to walk through the check out line to go into the store. Or you can walk pass or through tables of people eating their disgusting food from Phil house. This place is grossly inefficient in floor layout. Of all grocery stores, this by far is the worst.

I appreciate the woman working there letting me what dishes didn't have pork, which I don't consume. This is a super casual hole-in-wall establishment. The food isn't spectacular, but it's satisfying comfort food. I'd say the chicken adobo was well made and flavorful. The beef mechado was okay. I also put $10 into the machine for the tokens so if I had known that before doing so, or only after sacrificing $1 vs $10, it wouldn't have been as bad. But alas, I lost $10 because l had no idea. It wasn't one single machine either. I gave my kids most of the coins and helped them but it was clearly set on ALL the machines to not let anyone win. Whoever owns these machines should have their business taken from them. It's false advertising. I say this as someone who wins at these machines all the time but if the claw has no strength, you'll lose EVERY time. That's the situation here. Avoid the machines. I wish l could give the store a higher rating but they allow whoever owns the claw machines to swindle people out of their money--not cool.
