The imperial rolls we had the last time we came made us want to come and get them again. This place is unique because it offers Vietnamese, Filipino, Korean, Chinese , Thai, and a variety of noodle and rice dishes. They even have a vegetable section! When we arrived, we were instantly seated and our waitress was ready to assist. Sadly her service got horrible as the evening went on. She never brought my container to package up my leftovers or my to go lemonade. We ended up having to ask someone else. We ordered the imperial rolls (and an extra to go), and the bulgogi. Sadly, the rolls were burnt, over fried, and extremely oily. If you look at the first picture I posted of them and today, you'll see the massive difference. Not what they were the first time. Their bulgogi was yummy. I really enjoyed it because it wasn't too sweet. It's paired with Jasmine rice and kimchi and cooked with onions. It is a shareable portion as well. The manager came over and offered to remake the imperial egg rolls but my mom declined because she was going to eat them cold anyways. The ambiance of this place is tranquil. The lighting is dim and calming and adds to the ambiance. There's a quite a bit of seating in here but not a lot of booth seating. Bamboo is in Pechanga. We love the food at Blazin Noodles so we thought let's try Bamboo this time. We were there for a concert and we tried to get a table around 5:30 pm. We were told there was about a 30 minute wait, but we were called in within 15 minutes or so. Nice large restaurant with hosts and many servers walking around. It was definitely busy. We were seated at a table with a long bench/chairs and we had no condiments so we had to ask for that. Our server came over pretty quickly to get our drinks orders. Menu had lots of choices to pick from. I got an asian beer, nice and cold. For food, we got the crispy pork belly, a fried rice with seafood dish and a fried noodle with vegetables and meat dish. I really liked everything we tried. Very flavorful and tasted fresh. They give you pickled jalapenos in the condiments, as well as a spicy yummy fish sauce. The REASON is because there was a Waitress that said our tip wasn't enough when we gave her 20%~30% tip before even taking a look at how much we gave her TIP and then she apologized. We used to eat here often years ago and finally came back here for dinner tonight. Bamboo offers Filipino, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai dishes. Tonight we shared a tofu appetizer, Kare Kare, pork sisig and garlic string beans. The house special tofu was fried (soft on the inside) served with a soy sauce and topped with cilantro. The oxtail in the kare kare was tender, and the sauce was so delicious that you didn't need shrimp paste/bagoong (it didn't come with any on the side), and the veggies were fresh, steamed & slightly crisp. The sisig was delivered to the table with the plate still sizzling...it was good as well but would probably pass on this next time. Although a bit expensive, bamboo is a good option if you're at Pechanga and want Asian food. Also, you can utilize your easy dine credits and club dollars to help pay for your meal. read more

Over the last two years I've probably come to this Asian fusion restaurant at least 6 times. There are many dining options in pechanga casino but this one is my favorite so far. You don't find many casino restaurants that serve Filipino food and they have some items that they do right. They serve a Filipino oxtail stew(kare kare)that is just delicious. Between that and the crispy fried pork hock(crispy pata) and all I needed was is rice and I'm in my happy place. We typically come here with other couples and then just enjoy a few hours in the casino. Those are my favorites but there are many Asian fusion options here from Vietnamese pho to Korean kalbi ribs. Was on our way back to Sacramento from a wedding in San Diego and decided to stop at Pechanga Casino to check it out. We were also looking for some food and decided to eat here. I got the Pho Dac Biet, my husband got the Crispy golden pork belly and my brother got the Yang Chow Fried rice. To my surprise they had all the fixings for soups. Most casino that I've been to only have Siracha and Hoisin. I was amazed and so happy to see those on the table. The broth was pretty good. It was nice and clean but didn't have a lot of the flavor I was looking for in a pho dish. Granted yes, it's a restaurant at a casino but I've had better pho at other casinos. The pork belly my husband got was also okay. It was lacking flavor but the crispness on it was spot on. The Yang Chow fried rice was okay. I feel like they could use more flavoring on it. The service was alright. Our server came and checked on us once and was not to bee seen for a good while. We waited for 20 min before he came back and another 10-15 min to get our check. Came to pechanga for my MIL's birthday. Located in the Pechanga Casino. We Took her to lunch on a Sunday at around 1:30pm. Party of 9 was seated in a private room immediately - with no reservations. It's probably a good time to get there late lunch, early dinner. They had a fusion of both Filipino and Vietnamese cuisine. We had the Kare-Kare, sisig, pan fried noodles, beef luclac, and chow mein. Group of 7 to celebrate a birthday on a Sunday around 12N. We were seated quickly and didn't have to wait long to order drinks. Our server was friendly and handled our group well. My favorites were the crispy pata (well seasoned with crispy skin and juicy meat), kare kare (good ratio of ingredients with tender meat and the classic peanutty taste), and eggplant and green beans (nicely fried and sauced). Hidden off in a random corner, you can easily smell the wonderful scent of Asian cooking. It was after 9 on a Friday evening. There was a long wait for a table but very much worth it! We were seated after about a 30 minute wait. Rizza soon came over, greeted us and asked about beverages. She dropped off some chopsticks on the table. First thing we noticed about our server was her amazingly friendly demeanor. This woman is 6 month pregnant, mind you and working in a busy, fast paced restaurant! The menu itself has a variety of Asian cuisine from Chinese to Thai to Filipino options. Another thing that stood out was that she didn't immediately suggest the most expensive items on the menu. I've regularly experienced that from other servers in the past. So I was pleasantly surprised about this. We ordered the wonton soup with noodles and the XO Chicken and Asparagus. The soup came out first and was huge! It easily filled four servings of the individual bowls. Plenty of dumplings and noodles along with spinach and a few other veggies. The chicken and asparagus dish was served with steamed white rice and was super flavorful. There was plenty of food for just the two of us. Despite my husband's previous experience, I was eager to try this restaurant myself. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated; however, our table was in a corner near the kitchen, which resulted in a noisy atmosphere and strong cooking odors. In retrospect, I wish we had requested a different table. We ordered a few dishes, starting with the salt and pepper fish, which was delicious--crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. However, the half-roasted duck we ordered had a gamey smell and taste, which I found off-putting compared to the well-seasoned and flavorful roasted ducks I've had at other restaurants. On a positive note, the skin was still crispy. The fried rice lacked flavor, which was another disappointment. Overall, having tasted various Chinese dishes at other establishments, I found the food here to be subpar, especially considering the higher price point. I'm glad I tried the restaurant for myself, so I can form an unbiased opinion. However, based on my experience, I'm unlikely to return anytime soon. read more

I thought it was really a special for them because although it was fantastic and very good, it was 66 bucks for a bowl of soup and the waitress never bothered to mention that. $135 for a lobster -- and I swear $110 of that was for the shell. I've seen more meat in a bag of shrimp chips than in this poor excuse of a crustacean. At this point, I think the chef just steamed the receipt and served it to me. If it's "lobster off-season" or whatever, at least say something! Let me know the lobster's been on a diet before I drop $135 on what feels like a biology project. I've eaten here four times before and thought it was decent, but tonight was a seafood tragedy. The sauce was stingy, the meat was MIA, and my mood? Completely destroyed. I didn't have dinner -- I had a staring contest with an empty shell. This was hands down the most expensive disappointment of my week. Next time I crave lobster, I'll just lick the picture on the menu. At least that has more flavor. read more

Out of the three dishes we ordered, I liked the Fried Rice the most. It was simple but well done. The Roasted Duck Noodles had decent broth, but the duck itself was really dry -- not enjoyable to bite into. As for the Hot & Sour Soup, I'm not sure what extra flavor they added, but it didn't work for me. I couldn't even finish it. It seems like a typical Asian spot. Nothing grandeur of the restaurant. The review is more about the food, right? We sat down immediately. Simon greeted us quickly. We've been dining and hanging out there at pechanga more than 30yrs, it's always fun but we also have notice some items in the menu, the portion has shrunken quite a bit. We love the galbi but for past two years the amount of meat is so small for $30, 5 -6 small pieces, barely covering the shredded onions on the skillet. Lobster is delicious but gosh it's tiny, barely any meat mostly shell for $130. I know economic reasons but casinos should have higher quality because customers do spend a lot of money going there. If we lose to gambling at least we get good food and a reasonable portion for the price. read more

We grabbed a table at close to midnight and ordered a variety of dishes to share: - Wonton soup - Fried fish - Seafood fried rice x 2 - Seafood rice noodles The wontons were a bit hard but the broth was delicious. The soup tasted like something my mom used to make and had flavors that my tastebuds recognized. This is a compliment, because she was an excellent cook! The seafood fried rice, seafood rice noodles, and friend fish were all great dishes! They were very generous with the amount of seafood and the portions were perfect for sharing. The egg rolls were not cooked enough, and I am sorry but have to say they had no flavor whatsoever! But they were toasty on the outside but not cooked within! It was like eating paste! The egg drop soup had no flavor but I was surprised on the pieces chicken in the soup as I've never had that in egg drop soup! The dining area is lit well, not too bright, and no need for a flashlight, I like that. Extensive menu choices for all flavor fusions. Wait staff is quick to take drink orders, then returning for food and/or appetizers. The fried rice with choice of meat is perfectly flavored, not overly greasy, and easily enough to serve two (but you may not want to share). Wonton soup for appy, along with tempura shrimp, perfectly cooked and delicious. Never felt rushed to turn the table, service was timely but not 'pesterly'.
