Pho is always a good idea on a rainy day. Stopped by to pick up some food for lunch. Interior is nice and clean with pretty decor. Service was very friendly. Ordered the combination pho and Korean short ribs with broken rice. Pho was good but the ribs were excellent. Great flavors!

Had such a great experience here! Parking was very easy. I ordered the combination pho and it was fantastic. It was rich, authentic flavors and super comforting. You can really tell care goes into the broth and ingredients. But the real highlight of the meal for me was dessert. I got the flan that was being advertised on the tables and wow...it was amazing. Not overly sweet at all, perfectly soft, and so light that I didn't even feel guilty finishing the whole thing (which I absolutely did). Service and ambiance were great and everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming. I can't wait to come back and work my way through more of the menu because everything looked so good!

This place was cool. We found it because we were in the area and it seemed new and we wanted to give it a try. Plenty of shared parking. Looks like a small husband/wife owned business. Restaurant is small with a few tables but feels cozy. Easy to order with owner and food came out quickly. We got grilled pork spring rolls and house special phos. My son enjoyed his spring rolls. The pho was good. At first I thought it lacked flavor but after I remixed my bowl it was fine. We asked for all condiments with no issues; vinegar onions, onions in oil, extra limes, etc. They already have chili oil sauté on the tables. I don't remember seeing tripe in our bowls but it did come with the usuals in the specials; meatballs, raw beef, flank steak, brisket, tendon. Overall pretty good we finished our bowls.

So good that i'm back again! And will return Their pho broth is super flavorful. Their shrimp spring rolls & shrimp papaya salad are so refreshing and fresh. Curry is a more liquid consistency but the taste is delicious! I think their portions are quite generous. The service is also great, they were friendly and welcoming. The interior is also clean looking and with a nice ambiance. What a great add to temecula! Support this small business!

We decided to try out this new restaurant when visiting my aunt and cousin in Temecula area. Nice selection of food options - our group ordered a variety of dishes and all of us enjoyed it. There are a few tables in the restaurant that got a little busy by the time we were finishing our early lunch. Highly recommend checking this place out and to try the beef rib pho!

Cool Vietnamese restaurant with a large variety on their menu aside from pho which I was happy to see. Really flavorful broth. Definitely better than your average pho spot. The grilled pork w/broken rice's marinade was also very delicious. I wish they had the other sides that come with broken rice dishes such as the egg cake, tofu skin wrapped shrimp patty & shredded pork skin. But the flavor is definitely there!

I heard Boiling Pho in Temecula had beef rib pho, and honestly, they had me at "rib," so I zoomed over real fast!! Big thanks to my friend, Yelper Ian A., for the tip! Good stuff!! Parking was easy and plentiful. Inside was clean, cozy, and the staff treated me like VIP, and they checked on me so often I felt mildly famous. I kicked things off w tofu spring rolls, each stuffed w enough mint to make my taste buds feel like they were on a spa retreat. The peanut sauce was a bit salty, but nothing a little chili paste and lime therapy couldn't fix. Then the star: #8 Beef Rib Pho. The broth was beautifully clear... none of that murky bloody broth... just pure, slurp-worthy goodness!! The ribs came out swingin big, beefy, delicious, and unapologetically present!! Exactly my type!!! Overall had a very, very solid pho adventure. I left full, happy, and comforted by this deliciousness!!

I had a good experience at Boiling Pho (Temecula). I ordered the Combination Pho ($16.95). It includes rare steak, brisket, tendon, and meatball. The pho's "wow factor" derives from its savory broth. If you're a broth person, you'll love Boiling Pho (Temecula). I arrived at Boiling Pho (Temecula) on a rainy Saturday (around 3:43PM). Parking is easy. The small private parking lot had many spots. Staff is very friendly & efficient. Each action felt purposeful, and every movement felt well-coordinated. Staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and alert. I appreciated how a clean, crisp bottle of water was quickly placed on the table. My order took eight minutes and 28 seconds. Fast! The Combination Pho ($16.95) is not bad. The meat is very tender & clean. The beef broth is better than many pho locations. It's not bland nor bitter/bloody; rather, it felt like freshly prepared beef soup. Unfortunately, I disliked their noodles. The noodles bordered on mushy and soft, and these noodles carried a strange faint soapy flavor. These noodles felt like an afterthought. Regarding ambiance, Boiling Pho (Temecula) felt clean and cozy. It's somewhat small (about eight tables); however, the dining area did not feel cramped. I appreciated the dim lighting, acoustic music, & flat screen TV that displayed island/coastal imagery. Boiling Pho (Temecula) had very clean tables and floors. There's also one gender neutral restroom in the back. Overall, I had a good experience at Boiling Pho (Temecula). Although I disliked its pho's noodles, there's genuine merit in its other qualities. The ingredients taste fresh, and the broth is spectacular. I left full. 4.5 out of 5

This is my second time ordering from Boiling Pho. The first time we ordered for take out because our puppy was still recovering from surgery. I decided to invite some YELPIES to have lunch here and then, go across the street to pick up our Elite drinks at YUM CHA SPOT... SONG of the DAY to play along to this YELP REVIEW: Happy by Pharrell Williams Clap along if you feel like ordering some PHO (Because I'm happy) Clap along if you feel like having eggrolls too, (Because I'm happy) Clap along if you know what you want to order, (Because I'm happy) Clap along if you feel like BOILING PHO is what you wanna do... We are so grateful and happy that a good pho place opened on this side of town! Rare Steak & Meatball PHO: 10/10 I love the broth so much that I finished the broth first and ate the noodles last! The portions are generous... EGGROLLS: Highlight of the order. It was so crispy and tender. Not too salty. However, I did not get the eggrolls sauce when I ordered for take out on Sunday. I did get 2 lettuces and 2 sticks of cucumbers with my Togo order. SECOND time I ordered, I place 2 orders of eggrolls and I got the eggrolls sauce this time but, only got 2 lettuce leaves & no cucumbers for 8 pieces of eggrolls! Consistency and being more generous with the lettuce and cucumbers is needed. I went with my party of 3 and we ordered some chicken wings, fried tofu, 2 bowls of pho and grilled pork, chicken& shrimp broken rice. My party finished the fried tofu and pho! Everything came out really NICE and HOT! SERVICE: Friendly but, NOT ATTENTIVE. No one came to check on us within 1 hour of us sitting in the restaurant. I understand it was busy but, I did see 3 staff in the front house. We had to grab our own Togo boxes. I also ordered separately for my mom: Meatball pho 2 orders of eggrolls and grilled pork broken rice. I was very DISAPPOINTED to see 1 PACKET of HOISIN SAUCE & 1 packet of SRIRACHA SAUCE when I got home. Please don't be stingy with the condiments especially with high paying and possibly loyal customers that want to help support your business... PARKING: Plenty! I would definitely come back for more pho and eggrolls. I'm also curious to try their chow fun and other items next time. I do wish BOILING PHO a golden success! They have my full support. I will patiently watch them grow and work on CONSISTENCY and ATTENTIVENESS. ROCK ON BOILING PHO!!!!!

This place opened up recently near Pechanga Casino off the freeway exit. It's located in the same plaza as Carl's Jr. I came here with my parents to try their pho. We shared appetizers of goi cuon (fresh spring rolls, $8.45) that came with a peanut dipping sauce and cha gio (eggrolls, $10.95). The appetizers were good. We each got their #1 combination ($16.95) which came with sliced raw beef, tendon, fatty brisket, lean brisket, and beef meatballs. The broth was seasoned nicely and not too salty. The staff is nice and the place is clean with a good amount of seating.

Small, cozy, clean tucked in a small complex right of Temecula Parkway exit. Looks like a family-run business...dad,mom and daughter team. Got my attention from their hyped beef ribs pho being discussed in Yelp! Paid them a visit but wasn't feeling for a pho so I ordered a broken rice dish, fried rice and buttered chicken wings. All good. Next visit is in order for the hyped spare ribs pho. Check them out!

Im going to give this place 4 stars bc there's room for improvement. However, there are more things I don't like than I do like. Their menu is limited and caters to western folks. The pho is bland and they use white meat chicken for their lemongrass chicken. The lemongrass chicken flavor was really good but the meat is dry. I got the beef spare ribs pho. The ribs were good for me. I loved the texture and its meaty. I was only disappointed in the broth. I need a more deep, potent, oily, star anise, cinnamon flavor! My husband cannot have onions so he always asks them to remove it. Clearly, the server, in this case, looks like the owner or manager, told the kitchen staff, no onions. We heard it. The cook/preparer wasn't paying attention and added onions. The owner/manager said she'd get more broth and noodles in a different bowl. No need to remake. I don't want them to lose money. This used to be where my fav thai food restaurant was. Its very small in here, but clean and cozy. My only problem here is they don't have bun bo hue, bun rieu, banh khot, or any vietnamese salads. They don't have any dishes i adore. Nonetheless, I'll come again bc the lemongrass chicken has a really good flavor! Maybe their com tham, or bun will be good!

Excellent service, excellent food. The dining area is very small and very full. We went at 3pm expecting less people. They are very popular. The rolls were fantastic, pho was very good.
