We got two bowls, egg rolls, crab rangoons and a Vietnamese coffee and thought everything was very affordable and tasty! I was worried the red curry might be too spicy and the girls working even let me taste it before ordering. Everything was very flavorful. I have to say a big standout point for me was that I came in carrying my baby while my husband had our toddler napping in the car, and the girls working insisted on helping me carry my order to my car, something you don't encounter very often anymore. Somewhat of a long wait for food but the wait is definitely worth it. Hot and delicious. Casual atmosphere in a very clean establishment. I really like the fact that you get served in to go containers. Makes it so much easier to just ask for a lid and take your food home if you can't finish. They do give you a lot of food so I think that's a definite plus for this restaurant. I do wish they had a soda machine with The ability to refill. However, you can buy cans of soda and I'm sure they have ice and a cup if you request it. I like the fact that you can build your own meal if you don't want the pre-selected ones. Each time I come back I am trying something new. The only problem I have ever had is that the chicken meat was breast meat and a little dry but I haven't tried it since so I'm not sure if it has changed. Still one of my favorite meals I've had in Temecula! To say I'm obsessed would be an understatement. I ordered the same thing as last time, but it was still just as delicious. The garlic shrimp is so flavorful and the tiger sauce is perfection. The veggies are so fresh and the rice noodles make it feel like a lighter meal. I did try an order of the crab rangoons and they were so good! The flavor of the cream cheese and the dipping sauce was a great pairing. Tonight was my first time at A Noodle Story. My husband and I had been here once before but it had been so crowded that time and we were told when we walked in that it would be about a 45 minute wait, so we went somewhere else. Lucky for us, tonight we were able to come right in and get a table. The place is small and super casual, but it was clean, the staff was friendly, and it smelled amazing! I ordered the Chapter 1 bowl and a Thai Lemonade. My bowl was delicious! The beef was so flavorful and tender. At first I wasn't sure about the cold noodles, but once everything was mixed together, and the sauce was added, it was just great! I had never had a Thai lemonade, and it was SO good. It was fragrant, and sweet, and was the perfect compliment to my bowl. This spot is simply amazing. Showed up about 30 min before closing and was immediately greeted warmly. I knew i wanted the lemongrass bahn mi but I wanted something else. The young lady was very nice and patient with me. I ended up getting the Chapter 2. That garlic shrimp was outstanding and all the veggies were fresh! Now on to that damn sandwich. So good! Been here twice now and both times the food was really fresh and tasty. Had a lemongrass vermicelli and a bbq pork vermicelli. It's like a Vietnamese subway/chipotle the way it is setup. Their lemonade is so good I had to get one to go also. It's nice that they have all the sauces out for you to use as much as you would like. A little out of the way in Temecula but worth it. Food so good I went back two days in a row. This place is genuinely amazing! I want to start off by saying the staff here is so friendly and helpful. You can tell they all care about the food they are serving. The build your own soups offer such an amazing selection and I think any combination would keep anybody satisfied. This place is amazing! Really authentic Vietnamese flavors especially for their vermicelli plates. We ordered their Chapter 1 and decided to add garlic shrimp to it as well. I used to live in Orange County and also have made this at home. It's so nice to have a place just as good in the area. Their portions are a great size. I love that they have a condiments station that you can help yourselves. We've been here twice and both times service was friendly and quick. I have ordered the BBQ pork banh mi, which has good crisp bread and yummy BBQ pork. My favorite from this shop is the Chapter 1 Noodle bowl (basically bun thit nuong) with their lemongrass beef. This beef is so flavorful and was grilled fresh, served with fresh veggies and you can add sauces as you like. I've also had their grilled shrimp which is also tasty. Everything is served in to-go plastic containers even when you dine in so that if/when you bring home left-overs, you just have to ask for a lid and you're ready to go. We ordered both dry and soup version of noodle. I almost regretted ordering the soup version as soon as it came. There was only tasteless beef floating around with something that tasted like boiled water poured over it. It was so so bland and honestly quite awful. However, the dry version was a complete opposite. It was so flavorful and generous with the meat. We'll definitely stick with the dry version the next time we visit. read more

We got the Pork and Beef one, and I have to say the Pork one was definitely the best of the two. The meat was juicy and tender, and the sauce they marinated them in was bonus on top.
