LOVED this place! My sister and I walked in and got seated really quick. The Food was great. It was so tasty. I got the regular chicken Ramon and my sister got the spicy one. They were both AMAZING! The service was also great. I always pay attention to cleanliness it was nice and clean. I will 100% be going back.

Delicious Ramen! I got the spicy chicken ramen and enjoyed it! Quick friendly service! Nice place to get quick lunch or dinner! I'd definitely recommend.

It was our first time to visit the SLR and we glad tried it! It's right next to Luna Grill, so we had options if the place is packed but luckily there was one available table good for 2 people. We waited quite a bit to get assistance because it was a very Saturday afternoon. We got the pork bowl and Garlic truffle ramen. Both were pretty tasty and happy with our meal. I was able to download their app, so I got a free drink. Love the ramen and rice bowl. They have plenty of selection so you won't be disappointed. There's vegetarian options too. We like this place a lot!

This place can get really busy and has long wait but the surrounding had a lot of place to walk around to kill time. The place is your typical size intimate cozy ramen place tables are near each other small walkway. But food was good the broth was very rich and flavorful definitely a must to stop by and try.

Better this time than the first, food was very good and the warm sake the perfect compliment even to my spicy soup. Though I love all things spicy, the ghost pepper kimchi was good, but not great. I think you should offer a regular kimchi too. The soybeans with fried garlic and spice are the bomb!!!

Hands down the best ramen joint in Temecula! They offer a moderately extensive range of ramen options, with substitutions such as chicken or tofu if you're looking for lean or vegetarian. Noodle consistency is great with their Blaze or Classic ramen options, as the broth tends to be a little thicker and creamier than the Shoyu option. Their appetizer selection is also pretty diner friendly and sure to include a little something for everyone. If you're not in the mood for noodles, they also offer regular or large rice bowls, which come with amazing flavor profiles all on their own. At a glance, the 'regular' size option might seem like an insignificant portion, but rest assured it comes ready to satisfy the types of diners who'd prefer to taste a little of everything. My only critique would be on the sushi selection. It didn't taste so fresh, but then again this place is obviously not named Silverlake Sushi, so I'll rest my case on that note. I stand firmly behind ramen being the craft that Silverlake takes time to perfect, both in the intricate taste and in visual detail. Highly recommend if you're craving noodles and don't want to drive out of town to get them!

We tried Silverlake Ramen and really enjoyed it overall! My husband ordered the Garlic Black Truffle Ramen, which was rich, garlicky, and full of flavor. I went with the Classic Ramen and loaded it up with extra egg, corn, bamboo shoots, micro cilantro, and garlic mushrooms, plus a side of chili paste to give the broth a nice kick. I also got the combo with gyoza (the sauce wasn't my favorite, but the gyoza itself was good) and the spicy tuna on crispy rice, which was amazing! The service was friendly and fast, and it's a cute little spot overall though I have to say, the music was pretty bad and didn't really match the vibe. Still, the food made up for it, and we'll definitely be back for the ramen!

Food tastes good and great serving size. Place is simple, clean and possibly can accommodate about 40-50 customers. They serves alcohol as well including Soju and Sake. Design simple but nice. Lightning is appropriate. Parking will be challenging on a busy days. Staffs are friendly and service is fast. Recommended when in town.

The restaurant was really cute inside. The food and service were good as well. The ramen broth wasn't as flavorful as other places I've been. If you're someone that likes spicy food, their spicy level is actually spicy. Overall I enjoyed my time and would go back.

First time here. I would come back again. I think it's good comfort food. Temecula doesn't have very many good ramen spots. The service is friendly and efficient. Decent space, but limited seating. Wouldn't recommend coming here with a large party, but I'm sure they can accommodate. My family and I came here trying everything and we all left with empty plates.

I was craving ramen on a cold day and this place did not disappoint. This restaurant is located in the Temecula promenade area. We parked in the nearby garage and walked over. We shared edamame and garlic truffle ramen and it was good. If you're hungry, you'll definitely need your own ramen order.

Came here on Tuesday Lunch when not that crowded. Not much good impression as first timer as when I entered and waited to be seated, the wait staff did not interact with other guests, instead was busy with stocking beverage in a jar, which can be hold and seat me first. I was literally standing for 5 mins to be seated. Once I seated I ordered the great value combo (selected ramen & selected appetizer) for $20. Ordered spicy blaze Ramen which was great as usual, I ordered spicy and they have it on the side which can be mixed according to preference. The downside was popcorn chicken, it was mushy, and not taste crunchy at all. Been in some other locations and this was not great in terms of service.

Perfect for anniversary dinner:…read more Omakase sushi is one of the most refined and memorable dining experiences you can have, especially if you appreciate attention to detail, freshness, and craftsmanship. From the moment you sit down, there's a clear sense that this is not just a meal--it's a curated journey guided entirely by the chef's expertise and intuition. What makes omakase stand out is the trust you place in the chef. Instead of choosing dishes yourself, you allow the chef to present a sequence of sushi that highlights the best ingredients available that day. This often results in a progression that feels intentional and balanced, starting with lighter, more delicate flavors and gradually moving toward richer, more complex pieces. Each bite is thoughtfully designed to showcase the natural qualities of the fish, the texture of the rice, and the subtle interplay of seasoning. The freshness of the ingredients is immediately noticeable. High-quality omakase typically features fish flown in from top markets, and you can taste the difference. The fish is clean, tender, and often melts in your mouth. The rice, which is just as important as the fish, is seasoned perfectly--slightly warm, lightly vinegared, and shaped with precision so it holds together without being dense. Another standout aspect is the craftsmanship. Watching the chef prepare each piece right in front of you adds a level of appreciation you don't get with standard dining. Every movement is deliberate, from slicing the fish to forming the rice to brushing on just the right amount of soy or adding a touch of wasabi. It becomes clear that years of training and discipline go into even the simplest-looking piece of sushi. Omakase also introduces you to varieties of fish and preparations you might never order on your own. This expands your palate and helps you discover new favorites. Seasonal ingredients often play a role, which keeps the experience dynamic and unique each time you go. Service is typically intimate and attentive, especially if you're seated at the counter. The chef may explain each piece, offer guidance on how to eat it, or adjust the pacing based on your preferences. This interaction adds a personal element that enhances the overall experience. While omakase can be more expensive than regular sushi, the value lies in the quality, skill, and overall experience. It's not just about eating--it's about enjoying a carefully orchestrated meal that reflects both tradition and creativity. Overall, omakase sushi delivers a level of quality and thoughtfulness that's hard to match. If you're looking for a dining experience that combines artistry, flavor, and a sense of occasion, omakase is absolutely worth it.

All of the servers were friendly, attentive, and quick to check in on us. We never had to flag anyone down or wait long for assistance. The menu offers a great variety of options, making it easy to find something for everyone. We ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, Shrimp Tempura Udon, Garlic Edamame, and a variety of rolls. Everything came out quickly, was fresh, and tasted great. The ramen and rolls were especially enjoyable, and there wasn't much left behind except for the broth. The only item that missed the mark for me was the Garlic Edamame. It was coated in quite a bit of sauce, which ended up overpowering the flavor of the edamame itself. I'd recommend ordering it with less sauce or asking for it on the lighter side if possible. Overall, the prices were reasonable, the food was good, and the service was attentive. If I'm back in the area, I'd definitely stop by again.

There were only a handful of other people inside eating at noon on a Friday. The waitress told us to pick where to sit and was very attentive. I had browsed the menu prior so I kind of already knew what we were getting. My issue with the service was similar to other comments about the constant push for other sales even though I said what we wanted to order followed by "that's it, thank you." But she continued asking if we wanted so and so or even if we added to add on more ramen for another few dollars into eating our meal. We eventually got our food. The dumplings were delicious but the ramen was just....meh. It was our first ramen experience and I expected a little more taste I guess? The chicken was bland and just tasted like it seasoned with pepper. The broth was just simple watered down chicken broth. There wasn't much about it that I couldn't recreate at home and for much cheaper but I'm sure I could enhance the taste a lot more. To be honest, the "Top Ramen" packets at the grocery store that college kids live off of have more flavor than this place did. :/ After today I unfortunately wouldn't return. I took a star off for the pushiness and a star off for the bland ramen. The dumplings are keeping the rating at 2 stars.

I came here craving soup after being sick and ordered the pork soon tofu, while my wife ordered the bulgogi. The meat in both dishes was noticeably tough and difficult to chew compared to other Korean tofu restaurants we've visited. Because I wasn't feeling well, I couldn't fully taste the food, but my wife and daughter both immediately noticed that the bulgogi tasted sour. When we brought it to the staff's attention, they kindly offered to replace the meat, so we requested teriyaki chicken instead. Unfortunately, another serving of bulgogi was brought out instead. By that point, my wife and daughter had already finished eating and gone to the car, so I simply asked for it to be boxed up. After getting home, we decided to throw it away because we didn't feel comfortable taking a chance on meat that tasted off. The side dishes also didn't seem fresh, which matched what I had seen mentioned in other reviews. While I can't say for certain what caused the sour taste, it left us without confidence in the meal. Another thing worth mentioning is that there was no air conditioning on a very hot summer day, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy a steaming bowl of soup. Also, the dishes were served on hot plates, but nothing arrived sizzling or boiling the way you would normally expect at a Korean tofu restaurant. I genuinely want local family-owned restaurants to succeed, which is why writing this review isn't easy. Every restaurant can have an off day, and hopefully that's what happened here. Unfortunately, this visit didn't meet our expectations, and based on our experience, I'd encourage others to use their own judgment when deciding to dine here.
