Scallion Ramen

First time trying this ramen spot. Was honestly not a fan of the flavor of the broth. However, they have multiple different flavors so maybe I just need to try a different one. The service was very friendly and fast. I also like that they have a dog-friendly patio so we were able to bring our pup with us. The heaters outside also kept us nice and warm out there.

Had lunch at Rockin Ramen and ordered the spicy rockin ramen, sweet chili chicken karaage, and a garden salad. The ramen had a good level of spice with a broth that was full of flavor. Noodles were chewy and held up well. The chicken karaage was crispy with just the right amount of sweet chili glaze, easily the standout. The garden salad was fresh and a nice lighter side. Service was fast and friendly, making it a solid spot for lunch.

Great food! First time to an authentic ramen spot. Plenty of parking out front with inside and outside seating. They do have a bathroom too. Tables and location were very clean. When we walked in just before 12pm on MLK there was only one employee, she didn't acknowledge us when we came in so we took our own seats. Another older woman came in to work around 12. Both were nice taking our order and serving. Place filled up quickly by 12:15pm. We ordered the miso ramen, kids ramen, and chicken with rice. All were delicious and good portions! We also had the strawberry/banana and the plain banana boba smoothies. These were sooooo good! Our waitress also brought us the fried octopus and tako yaki. We thought it was free or included since it was our first time. These were also delicious! Unfortunately when it was time to pay we found out they gave us the $20 worth of appetizers by accident and asked if we would pay for them. I agreed, but lost -1 star for the mistake and then having us pay. Overall a great ramen spot with tons of options. The boba smoothies are excellent and food was well priced for the portions. Just wish the waitresses were a little more attentive when we walked in and what table they were taking food to.

Ramen was not the best in the area. I tried the Spicy Beef Ramen and although the beef was actually surprisingly tasty and tender, the broth was not the best. On the bright side, this spot is located in a plaza with lots of parking and even has a dog friendly patio. Service was very friendly and food was served super fast.

My son and his gf came to visit and took us to dinner at Rockin Ramen. First time having ramen at a real ramen shop. Parking was plentiful. There's outside seating w heaters. The inside has a lot of seating but got crowded during dinner time. Service was great, they constantly refilled our drinks. We ordered spam musubi, sweet chili chicken, chicken ramen, meat lovers ramen, and spicy beef ramen (w substitute miso broth, yes for me because apparently most of their soups use pork broth). Each ramen serving was huge and could have been shared between 2 people. The noodles were good, the beef was tender and I love the subtle miso broth. The sweet chili chicken was delish w a hint of spice (honestly could have been spicier). We finished our meals w taro boba smoothies and Thai tea boba smoothies. Overall a really great ramen spot!! It's such a nice feeling when your child takes you out to dinner and handles the entire bill!!

Hands down the best ramen I've had in a long time. The tonkotsu broth was incredibly rich and creamy without being overly salty--you can tell they spend hours on it. The noodles had that perfect 'al dente' snap, and the chashu literally melted in my mouth. Don't skip the marinated egg; it was jammy perfection. 10/10 will be back!"

I have not been here in a while but returned tonight. It was great! they did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was even better! We had Ramen, eggrolls, sweet potato fries and it was all tasty and good portions. Our server Bo Young went above and beyond and was so kind and joyful! She was also attentive and a great server! They were wonderful even with us getting to the restaurant about 35 minutes before they close they were all very kind and served us like they had just opened. May God bless you all

I just wanted to add photos. Not sure why it has to make me review it again. Anyways, this is the best ramen place in temecula. Perfect service and really great food.

Disclaimer this happened last January. I been sitting in this for a while and needed to close out my reviews from the past year. Hopefully things have changed for the better Unfortunately the place smelled weird and disgusting. The smell made me feel like the food went bad. Ordered a few ramen bowls and it didn't taste good at all. I got a shoyu based broth and my wife got a miso based ramen. The egg tastes a little funny. I at half my bowl. My wife took one bite and said no way she could finish it. I got food poisoning from here for sure and ended up at the hospital a few nights later in extreme pain. It's the inky place I ate out that week. I should have listened to my gut feeling about the smell when I walked in. I can't prove they made me sick but if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have found some underlying issue. We won't be returning at all but try and maybe it was just a bad day there. Who knows.

Nice restaurant with many ramen options. I like that they offer combo meals during the week, it looks like a good deal. We got the black garlic ramen and the sapporo ramen. Both were light and had the right amount of meat. I do with the broth was a little richer in flavor. Overall good options for ramen when you're craving a cozy meal.

Food, Service, Ambiance. Everything was great! My child was so happy to come here! The place was packed! But we would've chose to eat outside regardless. Food and drink service was fast. The waitress was very helpful. Will try boba next time !

This is my second time coming and the food was exceptional. The service was very quick and super kind! They have a cute outside patio with warmers for the winter time and it's so chill and relaxing. Definitely will be coming back!(:

Everything is always perfect here. Best Ramen in town by far. I've been into so many Ramen houses in Temecula and none of them compare.

Osaka House Ramen & Sushi

Perfect for anniversary dinner:…read more Omakase sushi is one of the most refined and memorable dining experiences you can have, especially if you appreciate attention to detail, freshness, and craftsmanship. From the moment you sit down, there's a clear sense that this is not just a meal--it's a curated journey guided entirely by the chef's expertise and intuition. What makes omakase stand out is the trust you place in the chef. Instead of choosing dishes yourself, you allow the chef to present a sequence of sushi that highlights the best ingredients available that day. This often results in a progression that feels intentional and balanced, starting with lighter, more delicate flavors and gradually moving toward richer, more complex pieces. Each bite is thoughtfully designed to showcase the natural qualities of the fish, the texture of the rice, and the subtle interplay of seasoning. The freshness of the ingredients is immediately noticeable. High-quality omakase typically features fish flown in from top markets, and you can taste the difference. The fish is clean, tender, and often melts in your mouth. The rice, which is just as important as the fish, is seasoned perfectly--slightly warm, lightly vinegared, and shaped with precision so it holds together without being dense. Another standout aspect is the craftsmanship. Watching the chef prepare each piece right in front of you adds a level of appreciation you don't get with standard dining. Every movement is deliberate, from slicing the fish to forming the rice to brushing on just the right amount of soy or adding a touch of wasabi. It becomes clear that years of training and discipline go into even the simplest-looking piece of sushi. Omakase also introduces you to varieties of fish and preparations you might never order on your own. This expands your palate and helps you discover new favorites. Seasonal ingredients often play a role, which keeps the experience dynamic and unique each time you go. Service is typically intimate and attentive, especially if you're seated at the counter. The chef may explain each piece, offer guidance on how to eat it, or adjust the pacing based on your preferences. This interaction adds a personal element that enhances the overall experience. While omakase can be more expensive than regular sushi, the value lies in the quality, skill, and overall experience. It's not just about eating--it's about enjoying a carefully orchestrated meal that reflects both tradition and creativity. Overall, omakase sushi delivers a level of quality and thoughtfulness that's hard to match. If you're looking for a dining experience that combines artistry, flavor, and a sense of occasion, omakase is absolutely worth it.

I liked that they had kid's cups. The sushi was super spicy and the presentation was fun. The interior is casual with Asian decor items like lanterns. The service was prompt. The location is prime and in the middle of the Old Town area. The bad: The chicken was tough and seemed microwaved. It lacked grill flavor and the rice also seemed old. The vegetables weren't tender and also were lackluster in flavor. Food was all served in to-go containers even though we dined in. It was unappetizing to see miso soup in a 1/2 filled plastic container. The interesting: We were the only diners there on a Thursday evening.

The interior is well-decorated with booths and tables to choose from. We were seated at a larger table for 5 adults. Once we were seated, we asked about the all you can eat service and were told to order from a paper. They give you 3 rounds to order whatever you'd like that's available on the menu. Lunch and dinner have different prices and a few more options available for dinner specifically. While filling out the forms, our servers were very good about checking in with us, double-checking if our paper order was ready or not without rushing us, and refilling drinks whenever we were less than halfway done. The quality of the sushi is really good. I felt like the nigiri was really had really good quality fish with a nice bit of seasoning. Each bite felt fresh and easy to eat. My favorite was the mackerel and eel because of their strong flavors. The rolls were also quite flavorful, with lots of different flavors and options. I really enjoyed the spider roll, but all of them were delicious. I'm so glad we stopped by to try because we have a new sushi place in our rotation. Definitely stop by if you're in the area for an amazing deal, and ayce is not your thing, the rolls themselves I think are worth it to order!

Having just moved here from a beach community, I was spoiled by a superb sushi restaurant in San Clemente. Though, my boyfriend loves this place for the all you can eat sushi, but he orders his same thing every time (Mexican roll), and the White House (a heavy cream baked fish) I always order something along the lines of a Rainbow Roll or a Superman Burrito (ahi hand-roll , which I don't think they had), I lean towards fresh ahi tuna, salmon and yellowtail selections. First off, my sake was lukewarm, whereas, I like hot sake. They did reheat it, so it improved it. They had an odd selection of alcoholic drinks: screwdriver, jack and coke, and Long Island iced tea, type of cocktails. Strange, but ok, whatever is a crowd pleaser. The fish to me didn't taste very fresh and seemed more chewy, especially the shrimp. I tried the White House, which tasted fine, but it was so heavy with thick cream sauce. Overall, I guess, it just didn't measure up to the quality that I am used to, comparatively. The vinyl booths were outdated, and dishes made me feel like I was in a cafeteria, white and light plastic. This change would probably elevate the experience and, possibly, even make the food present and taste better. However, maybe this is the theme that they are going for. Though all of those things should be improved upon, I do have to say that the staff was very attentive and kind. I know that a lot of people love this place for their reasons, and my best experience there was them. The last comment I will add is that, when it comes to celebrating a birthday, the celebratory music that is played, is just too loud. A small adjustment in volume would be efficient enough to make someone's day a better one. Maybe, in a few months, I'll try the establishment out again and see how they're doing. Sometimes, just by drawing a fine line on what type of experience you want customer's to have, can make all the difference. Sometimes, less is more. Just don't lose the staff, great customer service does really count.
