Amazing service, food was super delicious as well! My favorite roll was definitely the golden tiger! Will be back

Random salmon rolls

I liked this place bc my kids liked the appetizers. Its kind of pricey here but it ayce. I didn't liked the pizza bites but I liked all the other appetizers. Its weird they have mini corn dogs at a sushi place. Lol. I liked the chicken teriyaki and the rolls were decent enough. My kids usually get rolls with shrimp and I always get salmon rolls. Its very small inside but the service is good. Its a nice little place with decent sushi and appetizers for my boys!

This place is absolutely amazing!! Best service I've ever experienced. Plus the fish is so fresh and delicious!!!

Came here for the lunch AYCE and the place was not busy so we got good service. Choices and menus can be a bit confusing with the AYCE and lunch specials but it was still fun to pick and choose. The sushi was good but the rice portions were ungodly and we knew it was meant to fill you up so you couldn't get too much more than a first round. Wouldn't recommend it overall just maybe stick to the ala carte and they may not try to over stuff you with rice

I would give zero stars if I could. I asked the owner to use the restroom while dining with my 7 year old and my friend and the owner had to audacity to tell me it's outside and to pee outside in the MIDDLE of us eating dinner and the pouring rain.. Turns out his wife was our server. I'm disgusted by the whole interaction. Her husband yelled thank you at least 5 times on my way out the door. Louder each time. I would recommend unless you want to drink with the owner and buy him shots like the table next to us don't come here. Especially with your children.

I mean what more could you want !! It's a must try for anyone who is visiting or local. Trust and believe you won't regret!

We searched for the best sushi in the area and found Dada Sushi--and it did not disappoint…read more Everything was delicious and the fish tasted incredibly fresh. We sat at the bar, which made the whole experience even better--we got to watch all the beautifully crafted rolls come out and chat with the chef, who gave us great recommendations. One thing that really stood out is how customizable everything is. I've never been to a sushi spot where it felt this easy (and encouraged) to build your own roll. We ordered the beef teriyaki roll, tuna lovers roll, and a custom shrimp tempura roll with cream cheese inside, deep fried, topped with avocado and spicy tuna--so good. It's not strictly traditional if that's what you're after, but it's incredibly creative and thoughtfully put together. If you're open to a more modern, inventive sushi experience, this place is absolutely worth it.

And people would say, 'But that's not a meal.' Well, I love sushi and I love avocados, and now it's my go-to -- Jenna Ortega Sushi is always a go to, Wednesday has it right :-) I thought I wrote a review for Dada but I guess it was deleted or I forgot to write it. Anyway, this is the go to place in the Temecula Valley for sushi. Specialty is Blue Fin Tuna, the Chutoro tonight was to die for. I also love their seared hamachi and spicy tuna with crispy rice. The rolls are fabulous including the Ono Lovers Roll and Ocean Lobster Roll. I wish they had a Wagyu Beef roll but beggars can't be choosers ;-) Bento Boxes are great, love their seared love the miso soup. Sitting at bar is fun, sushi chefs are top notch and will give you the off menu stuff. A great neighborhood sushi joint! Corkage is $15 and they have my favorite sale by the bottle: Kikushui. Highly recommended!

This is coming from someone that has 6years of experience as a waitress, part of that working in a sushi restaurant. The staff was very unkind to my mother for having a gluten allergy. They stated that she cannot have the rice because of having gluten in it?? My mom react to the soy sauce, we have not had a problem with the sushi rice from this location. The tone that the first male server gave was giving "this is an inconvenience" so by stating the rice claim, almost to get us to leave all together. Then he says he will have all the rolls not have any sauce on top which was nice of him to offer. Then we had female waitress, Kelly, who we tried to ask a a question as she was passing. I watched her sit a table, clean a table, place a check before coming back to answer our question. (All I understand) until she walks by our table and pretends not to look at us. So I have to stop her again because one of the roles had a sauce on top. So I asked her if the sauce had gluten in it. Again. (2nd time I asked this question from her passing by twice) she acted as if this was a new question, and was trying to walk away. She assured the sauce does have gluten. So I told her that we already explained to the male sever that we cannot have gluten in the sauces. We kept that roll for the gluten people and order another roll for my mom to eat. She then asks us for another round of tea and brings us a teapot of just hot water.... Overall, I cannot stand when servers make you feel like an inconvenience. The Hana sushi staff by chaparral on Winchester is MUCH FRIENDLIER we are regulars to both locations. After this encounter, we all agreed we will make it a point to only go to the Winchester location as they are very kind and attentive to my mother's allergies.

My family and I stopped by for lunch on Saturday to try out the all you can eat sushi. We were…read moreeasily able to find parking and were seated as soon as we entered the building. The interior is well-decorated with booths and tables to choose from. We were seated at a larger table for 5 adults. Once we were seated, we asked about the all you can eat service and were told to order from a paper. They give you 3 rounds to order whatever you'd like that's available on the menu. Lunch and dinner have different prices and a few more options available for dinner specifically. While filling out the forms, our servers were very good about checking in with us, double-checking if our paper order was ready or not without rushing us, and refilling drinks whenever we were less than halfway done. The quality of the sushi is really good. I felt like the nigiri was really had really good quality fish with a nice bit of seasoning. Each bite felt fresh and easy to eat. My favorite was the mackerel and eel because of their strong flavors. The rolls were also quite flavorful, with lots of different flavors and options. I really enjoyed the spider roll, but all of them were delicious. I'm so glad we stopped by to try because we have a new sushi place in our rotation. Definitely stop by if you're in the area for an amazing deal, and ayce is not your thing, the rolls themselves I think are worth it to order!

Having just moved here from a beach community, I was spoiled by a superb sushi restaurant in San Clemente. Though, my boyfriend loves this place for the all you can eat sushi, but he orders his same thing every time (Mexican roll), and the White House (a heavy cream baked fish) I always order something along the lines of a Rainbow Roll or a Superman Burrito (ahi hand-roll , which I don't think they had), I lean towards fresh ahi tuna, salmon and yellowtail selections. First off, my sake was lukewarm, whereas, I like hot sake. They did reheat it, so it improved it. They had an odd selection of alcoholic drinks: screwdriver, jack and coke, and Long Island iced tea, type of cocktails. Strange, but ok, whatever is a crowd pleaser. The fish to me didn't taste very fresh and seemed more chewy, especially the shrimp. I tried the White House, which tasted fine, but it was so heavy with thick cream sauce. Overall, I guess, it just didn't measure up to the quality that I am used to, comparatively. The vinyl booths were outdated, and dishes made me feel like I was in a cafeteria, white and light plastic. This change would probably elevate the experience and, possibly, even make the food present and taste better. However, maybe this is the theme that they are going for. Though all of those things should be improved upon, I do have to say that the staff was very attentive and kind. I know that a lot of people love this place for their reasons, and my best experience there was them. The last comment I will add is that, when it comes to celebrating a birthday, the celebratory music that is played, is just too loud. A small adjustment in volume would be efficient enough to make someone's day a better one. Maybe, in a few months, I'll try the establishment out again and see how they're doing. Sometimes, just by drawing a fine line on what type of experience you want customer's to have, can make all the difference. Sometimes, less is more. Just don't lose the staff, great customer service does really count.

We were overcharged, and when we asked for a manager, she came out with attitude - rude, defensive, and zero accountability. Instead of fixing it, she hid behind a tiny font disclaimer on the front page of menu that no one would even notice unless someone points it out. That's not transparency, that's misleading. They also sneak in auto-gratuity starting at 5 people (not standard) and don't bother telling you. Perfect for anniversary dinner:…read more Omakase sushi is one of the most refined and memorable dining experiences you can have, especially if you appreciate attention to detail, freshness, and craftsmanship. From the moment you sit down, there's a clear sense that this is not just a meal--it's a curated journey guided entirely by the chef's expertise and intuition. What makes omakase stand out is the trust you place in the chef. Instead of choosing dishes yourself, you allow the chef to present a sequence of sushi that highlights the best ingredients available that day. This often results in a progression that feels intentional and balanced, starting with lighter, more delicate flavors and gradually moving toward richer, more complex pieces. Each bite is thoughtfully designed to showcase the natural qualities of the fish, the texture of the rice, and the subtle interplay of seasoning. The freshness of the ingredients is immediately noticeable. High-quality omakase typically features fish flown in from top markets, and you can taste the difference. The fish is clean, tender, and often melts in your mouth. The rice, which is just as important as the fish, is seasoned perfectly--slightly warm, lightly vinegared, and shaped with precision so it holds together without being dense. Another standout aspect is the craftsmanship. Watching the chef prepare each piece right in front of you adds a level of appreciation you don't get with standard dining. Every movement is deliberate, from slicing the fish to forming the rice to brushing on just the right amount of soy or adding a touch of wasabi. It becomes clear that years of training and discipline go into even the simplest-looking piece of sushi. Omakase also introduces you to varieties of fish and preparations you might never order on your own. This expands your palate and helps you discover new favorites. Seasonal ingredients often play a role, which keeps the experience dynamic and unique each time you go. Service is typically intimate and attentive, especially if you're seated at the counter. The chef may explain each piece, offer guidance on how to eat it, or adjust the pacing based on your preferences. This interaction adds a personal element that enhances the overall experience. While omakase can be more expensive than regular sushi, the value lies in the quality, skill, and overall experience. It's not just about eating--it's about enjoying a carefully orchestrated meal that reflects both tradition and creativity. Overall, omakase sushi delivers a level of quality and thoughtfulness that's hard to match. If you're looking for a dining experience that combines artistry, flavor, and a sense of occasion, omakase is absolutely worth it.
