Great sushi for a non-Japanese sushiya. Their Amish Collar is my favorite and some of their rolls are very delicious. Favorite being the softshell crab roll. Great for dine in or takeout.

Just recently visited after a couple years and their quality remains top notch! Their rolls are so fresh, so delicious!! They have some happy hour specials and I'm definitely coming back sooner than a couple years. Service was quick, we went midday and it was a perfect lunch.

Mind blown by their crème brûlée! It says it coconut but it's not an overpowering flavor. Nonetheless D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S. Great service. Fresh and delicious sushi. The lunch specials are perfect. You get to choose between miso soup of house salad. You are given forms that have their sushi rolls listed. They have a regular menu as well. The rice in the sushi is fresh not dry at all. Nice, clean and large dining area.

Fantastic sushi, sashimi, and tempura! The service is always spot on and the prices are still fair.

Stopped by for lunch with some of my friends and loved that they had lunch specials. There were a lot of options on the lunch menu picking between 2 or 3 rolls with like 4 pieces. It was perfect option to try some new rolls I've never had before. The lunch special also included either miso soup or salad. The baked rolls were really good, I got one that had salmon on it and the other had shrimp. All of the employees were really friendly. They do also have their regular menu available during lunch that had ramen and appetizers.

Our service was great and all of our sushi rolls were delicious and fresh tastings. The prices have gone up since our last visit here, but I believe that is the case for most all restaurants nowadays.

I've been eyeballing this place since I saw it once driving by. Overall great place. We went early around 2pm. We were promptly seated. Lots of choices. We went with a few rolls and a hand roll. The seaweed was soft, not tough. The prices were good not too expensive. And the food was really good. There is ample parking and lots of seating. Definitely our new go to place for sushi!

One Sushi is located off Murrieta Hot Springs & Alta Murrieta, right across Sizzler. We've never eaten here. However, this is our 2nd go-to spot to order sushi platters. I'm sure all or most of the sushi restaurants provide catering, but not all of them include the catering menu in their menus. One Sushi does, that's why it's very easy for us to pick what we want and place the order. On the day of, we've never had any issues w timing, our orders were ready right away. Highly recommend if you're looking to feed a big group, company event, or just hungry kids lol!!

First off, absolutely love the Sapporo roll, y'all are the only place that ever get it perfect I was introduced to One Sushi by my brother a couple years ago, back when they had an AYCE, but even without it, the quality of their food is more than worth it for the price honestly. Consistently have some of the best quality sushi I've had, which is definitely a win in my book considering the amount of sushi restaurants I've been too. I recommend their lunch special, it's a good price for a lot of food, and the selection for sushi is definitely plentiful. Staff are always friendly and helpful, but the food is what shines the most here honestly! Hope to be back soon!

The Best Sushi in Murrieta--Fast Service and Gorgeous Rolls! One Sushi Bar and Grill in Murrieta is an absolute standout and quickly became my new favorite spot. The moment we were seated, the service was amazing and incredibly fast. It was attentive without being overbearing, which made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The star of the show, however, is the sushi. I can confidently say these are the best sushi rolls in Murrieta. They are not only bursting with fresh flavor but are also a good size and boast truly great presentation. Every roll that came out was beautifully crafted--it's clear the chefs take immense pride in their work. While I only ordered sushi this time, I couldn't help but notice the hot plates that passed our table. They looked absolutely delicious and I'm already planning my next visit to try one of the kitchen entrées. If you're looking for top-tier quality, great value, and fantastic service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

This is coming from someone that has 6years of experience as a waitress, part of that working in a sushi restaurant. The staff was very unkind to my mother for having a gluten allergy. They stated that she cannot have the rice because of having gluten in it?? My mom react to the soy sauce, we have not had a problem with the sushi rice from this location. The tone that the first male server gave was giving "this is an inconvenience" so by stating the rice claim, almost to get us to leave all together. Then he says he will have all the rolls not have any sauce on top which was nice of him to offer. Then we had female waitress, Kelly, who we tried to ask a a question as she was passing. I watched her sit a table, clean a table, place a check before coming back to answer our question. (All I understand) until she walks by our table and pretends not to look at us. So I have to stop her again because one of the roles had a sauce on top. So I asked her if the sauce had gluten in it. Again. (2nd time I asked this question from her passing by twice) she acted as if this was a new question, and was trying to walk away. She assured the sauce does have gluten. So I told her that we already explained to the male sever that we cannot have gluten in the sauces. We kept that roll for the gluten people and order another roll for my mom to eat. She then asks us for another round of tea and brings us a teapot of just hot water.... Overall, I cannot stand when servers make you feel like an inconvenience. The Hana sushi staff by chaparral on Winchester is MUCH FRIENDLIER we are regulars to both locations. After this encounter, we all agreed we will make it a point to only go to the Winchester location as they are very kind and attentive to my mother's allergies.

The interior is well-decorated with booths and tables to choose from. We were seated at a larger table for 5 adults. Once we were seated, we asked about the all you can eat service and were told to order from a paper. They give you 3 rounds to order whatever you'd like that's available on the menu. Lunch and dinner have different prices and a few more options available for dinner specifically. While filling out the forms, our servers were very good about checking in with us, double-checking if our paper order was ready or not without rushing us, and refilling drinks whenever we were less than halfway done. The quality of the sushi is really good. I felt like the nigiri was really had really good quality fish with a nice bit of seasoning. Each bite felt fresh and easy to eat. My favorite was the mackerel and eel because of their strong flavors. The rolls were also quite flavorful, with lots of different flavors and options. I really enjoyed the spider roll, but all of them were delicious. I'm so glad we stopped by to try because we have a new sushi place in our rotation. Definitely stop by if you're in the area for an amazing deal, and ayce is not your thing, the rolls themselves I think are worth it to order!

I've eaten here a couple of times before I posting a review because sometimes experiences aren't…read moreall the same. Unfortunately, they both were for me. Having just moved here from a beach community, I was spoiled by a superb sushi restaurant in San Clemente. Though, my boyfriend loves this place for the all you can eat sushi, but he orders his same thing every time (Mexican roll), and the White House (a heavy cream baked fish) I always order something along the lines of a Rainbow Roll or a Superman Burrito (ahi hand-roll , which I don't think they had), I lean towards fresh ahi tuna, salmon and yellowtail selections. First off, my sake was lukewarm, whereas, I like hot sake. They did reheat it, so it improved it. They had an odd selection of alcoholic drinks: screwdriver, jack and coke, and Long Island iced tea, type of cocktails. Strange, but ok, whatever is a crowd pleaser. The fish to me didn't taste very fresh and seemed more chewy, especially the shrimp. I tried the White House, which tasted fine, but it was so heavy with thick cream sauce. Overall, I guess, it just didn't measure up to the quality that I am used to, comparatively. The vinyl booths were outdated, and dishes made me feel like I was in a cafeteria, white and light plastic. This change would probably elevate the experience and, possibly, even make the food present and taste better. However, maybe this is the theme that they are going for. Though all of those things should be improved upon, I do have to say that the staff was very attentive and kind. I know that a lot of people love this place for their reasons, and my best experience there was them. The last comment I will add is that, when it comes to celebrating a birthday, the celebratory music that is played, is just too loud. A small adjustment in volume would be efficient enough to make someone's day a better one. Maybe, in a few months, I'll try the establishment out again and see how they're doing. Sometimes, just by drawing a fine line on what type of experience you want customer's to have, can make all the difference. Sometimes, less is more. Just don't lose the staff, great customer service does really count.

Perfect for anniversary dinner:…read more Omakase sushi is one of the most refined and memorable dining experiences you can have, especially if you appreciate attention to detail, freshness, and craftsmanship. From the moment you sit down, there's a clear sense that this is not just a meal--it's a curated journey guided entirely by the chef's expertise and intuition. What makes omakase stand out is the trust you place in the chef. Instead of choosing dishes yourself, you allow the chef to present a sequence of sushi that highlights the best ingredients available that day. This often results in a progression that feels intentional and balanced, starting with lighter, more delicate flavors and gradually moving toward richer, more complex pieces. Each bite is thoughtfully designed to showcase the natural qualities of the fish, the texture of the rice, and the subtle interplay of seasoning. The freshness of the ingredients is immediately noticeable. High-quality omakase typically features fish flown in from top markets, and you can taste the difference. The fish is clean, tender, and often melts in your mouth. The rice, which is just as important as the fish, is seasoned perfectly--slightly warm, lightly vinegared, and shaped with precision so it holds together without being dense. Another standout aspect is the craftsmanship. Watching the chef prepare each piece right in front of you adds a level of appreciation you don't get with standard dining. Every movement is deliberate, from slicing the fish to forming the rice to brushing on just the right amount of soy or adding a touch of wasabi. It becomes clear that years of training and discipline go into even the simplest-looking piece of sushi. Omakase also introduces you to varieties of fish and preparations you might never order on your own. This expands your palate and helps you discover new favorites. Seasonal ingredients often play a role, which keeps the experience dynamic and unique each time you go. Service is typically intimate and attentive, especially if you're seated at the counter. The chef may explain each piece, offer guidance on how to eat it, or adjust the pacing based on your preferences. This interaction adds a personal element that enhances the overall experience. While omakase can be more expensive than regular sushi, the value lies in the quality, skill, and overall experience. It's not just about eating--it's about enjoying a carefully orchestrated meal that reflects both tradition and creativity. Overall, omakase sushi delivers a level of quality and thoughtfulness that's hard to match. If you're looking for a dining experience that combines artistry, flavor, and a sense of occasion, omakase is absolutely worth it.
