Number 1 they open before 1:00 pm and their prices are so much better. I always come to this spot because my friend loves coming here for This special soup that we had ordered off the menu. However, it's not the same people anymore , therefore, we couldn't really able to order it. Place keep it pretty clean and organized. A little music would be great for the vibe. We ordered: -Vegetable Egg Foo Young: I've never ordered this dish before, but the picture online looked so good. I'm glad I did, it was nice and crispy on the outside and the sauce that it comes with is soo good. My 2.5 year old son really liked this too -Black Pepper Beef: yummm the beef was so tender and they don't skimp on anything. Perfect amount of black pepper, my son loved this too. -Singapore Mei Fun (curry noodles): this is one of my favorite items to order from Chinese restaurants and they did a great job with this. If you want noodles, but lighter than lo mein, this is a great option. I love the texture of the thin noodles -Char Sui Bao: I half expected this to be store bought, but it was homemade! The bbq pork pieces were large and the sauce was not too sweet. The bun with soft and pillowy and it was just perfection. -Vegetable stir fry: I don't know if they accidentally gave this to us for free, but it was my husband's favorite dish. The sauce that it comes in is savory and slightly sweet/gingery. My son who doesn't normally eat vegetables was eating zucchini and mushrooms from this dish. Chef K is a wonderful Chinese takeout located conveniently off the 215 freeway. I've been here several times and the food is always fantastic. The absolute best part is almost everything can be made gluten free here which was a great surprise on my first visit. They even have gluten free Orange Chicken! The service is always great. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the woman & gentleman that owns the restaurant. There are seats to dine in, but this place is known for takeout so don't expect a fine dining room/experience. Can't speak on the actual place and dine-in experience. My issue? The vegan options seem to often have some meat in them. Like they added several tablespoons of sugar in the sauces. We could barely finish our portion. The original location in Temecula is superior. The beef and broccoli sauce was too sweet. The fried rice was bland and tasted like MSG. The noodles was the "best" part but somewhat bland overall. The service was nice and the lady at the desk was sweet. Had to make a stop at the Los Alamos Post Office, and came across this little gem in the same complex. It was almost noon so we were lucky enough to catch their lunch specials for $12.99 Each entree comes with a soup ( sour or egg drop) and an appetizer (wonton with cream cheese, chicken wing or egg roll) And rice or noodles or half of each. I have to say, we got a lot of food, for that $12.99 and everything came steaming hot and fresh. I don't know of anyplace similar to this. It's definitely Chinese. We loved the Temecula location so much, we decided to try this express version for lunch and we were not disappointed. Their servings are extremely generous and they did not skimp on the meats with big servings of jumbo shrimp in the soft noodles and big chunks of bbq pork in the fried rice. My husband, myself and two of our children thoroughly enjoyed the food and we highly recommend this place! Having just moved to the area, finding a good Chinese restaurant is very important. I ran into this place on Yelp, because of it's decent reviews. Instead of Doordashing, we drove there. Chinese food is better straight from the kitchen rather than after a 30 minute car ride on someone's floorboard. Anyway, I ordered my usual dish, the Mongolian Beef. My wife got the Dry Fried String Beans dish. We also had the Crispy Cream Cheese Wontons and a side of Fried Rice. You only get white rice with their dishes. Anyway, the place was very friendly and clean. We both loved our respective dishes. We ordered too much food, but it was delicious. We finished everything off the next day for lunch. We were craving Chinese food and hadn't really tried anything in the area, so we decided to give this place a shot since it was only one exit away. When we arrived, we were greeted right away by two employees who were busy packing pickup orders, which was nice to see. We browsed the menu and I didn't initially see egg drop soup, so I asked the lady at the counter and she assured me they did have it. We ended up ordering the sticky orange chicken, pork soft noodles, wontons (8 pieces), and a small egg drop soup to go. She also asked us to choose a spice level for the chicken (1-5), and we went with a 3. Our food was ready in about 10 minutes, which was super convenient. Went here based on some Yelp reviews. The location is a good spot right of the freeway. Inside there are a few tables. You place your order on kiosk which I am all for but there is only one so if it gets busy I can see there being a line trying to place an order. With that being said, the food was great. We drove about 20 min to get here and having to drive the wntire way back smelling the food was torture, but once we got home and were able to enjoy it it was very good. read more

Combo fried rice is so good and comes with enough portions for 3 hungry people. The egg foo young is delicious and one of my favorite Chinese dishes, every place does them differently their gravy is brown translucent type of gravy and not a thick southern style of gravy. All in all it is delicious and everything I've had from them has been delicious. Tangerine chicken had a wonderful flavor. With 2-3 of the dishes you can easily feed a family of 5. The family wanted Chinese food and we had seen that Chef K had opened nearby. We stopped in around 6:30 pm for dinner. When we entered it was apparent that they are focused mainly on takeout. There are 4 small tables inside. We looked at the menu and was surprised by the selection, almost any classic dish is served. When we ordered, I asked what appetizers were gluten free (my daughter is gluten intolerant) and the young lady taking orders said the could make almost everything gluten free by using corn starch. Awesome, we ordered the spicy shrimp appetizer, house special fried rice, Kung Pao tofu, walnut shrimp, wonton soup, General Tso's chicken, and Tangerine Crispy chicken. They split the large wonton soup into 4 bowls and put the wontons on the side. The soup was delicious with plenty of meat and vegetables and there were 10 wontons to share. The spicy shrimp were spicy and delicious. The Tangerine chicken was delicious and perfectly cooked, crispy without being overcooked. The General Tso chicken was the best I've had in decades. It was sweet, tangy and perfectly cooked. The fried rice was very good as was the Kung Pao tofu. The food here is absolutely delicious, fresh, perfectly cooked and very ample servings. The place is limited on seating but that is ok. I would rather eat at home with this delicious food. The pork fried noodles portion is so huge, it can feed a family of 4. I mean it is so delicious that it reminds me of eating in the oldest Chinatown in the world or at a food hall in Singapore.
