The teriyaki chicken was tough like beef jerky and did not taste like chicken. The noodles were gummy, the rice was ok. Ordered two three item combos, the orange chicken breading was crumbling, as it was old I'm sure and the meat was hard, the spicy chicken was hard. Called in and the guy didn't believe that we hadn't eaten the food. Drove from lake Elsinore to Murrieta back to take the food in, they opened and determined that we had eaten one of the sides, so they charged for the 1side, which was fine because we weren't trying to get out of paying, it was awful and not edible unless you want to risk getting sick. I hope our dog doesn't get sick from eating the 1side that they ate a few pieces from. That's a joke, but we will not return for old food just to have to take it back! Usually Chinese places with the least amount of stars are bussin, but this one I'm skeptical about. The food looks like it's been sitting for awhile. They pile on the food forsure. You definitely get your moneys worth. The spicy orange chicken is too pungent in my opinion and I wish it was crunchy. The chow mein is over cooked. I want to give them another shot. Recently moved to the area so it was our first time trying. Went on a Thursday around 7 for take out. It was empty employees were friendly. I got the fried rice, it was okay, chow mein (was very over cooked) spicy orange chicken, which didn't taste anything like chicken, mostly fried batter .. the spicy pork ribs however were VERY good! This location isn't great. In terms of service, you barely get any. The woman at the front counter is very silent and barely acknowledges anything. The food isn't great as well. The rice is tasteless and stale, and the chicken choices they have taste old with no taste to them whatsoever. Their soda fountain is good though. This was our first time ordering food from here and it will be our last! Basically $30 down the drain. I got orange chicken and chow mein. There was barely any chicken. It was all breading. I literally had to peel the breading off to find chicken. I was so disgusted that I ended up just throwing my whole plate away. The flavor was horrible and it was greasy. The lo mein and sesame chicken are always our go-to dishes, which were both great. We also tried the teriyaki chicken, which was also great, not fatty like other places I've tried!
