Ok so this post is only about this dish alone and nothing else. But wtf is this? I bought this spring roll for $14 that's the size of a burrito but it was filled with what looks like a head of cabbage, carrot, green onion, and maybe 3 butterflied shrimp. Now, spring rolls aren't meant to be this big. In the photo, you can see both of our dishes with cabbage on it.. that's from the other half and some from this. I was so blown away cause I've never had a spring so bad.. I've had different but this isn't close to what a spring roll is and looks more like they're just ripping people off with this dish. read more

Came on a Monday afternoon right before lunch specials ended but for the price it looked like kids meal portion. There were 4 of us so got to try a little more items. Started off with papaya salad and fish cakes. But it was as expected and on par with other Thai places. We got the drunken spaghetti, probably should have gotten the regular drunken noodles because I feel the spaghetti doesn't get the flavor as much. It was good but get the regular drunken noodles. Can't remember what fried rice one of us had ordered but it was good, nothing spectacular. My gf's sisters whom we went with has gone there before and they like it. They got the fried rice and short ribs. Not much a rib person but I've tried better ones at other Thai places. Been to so many Thai places that this one doesn't stand out that much. It's a safe bet for wanting to try a new Thai spot and if you live in the area. Service was attentive, but of course we were the only guests dining in. This place is located in a mini shopping mall. Parking might be a little scarce depending on the day and time, but we visited here for lunch. They offer lunch specials, which is the best thing! Our waitress was great! Very attentive and helped us make decisions on what to order. We ordered Pad Thai Shrimp, Pad Z Ew Chicken and Chicken Panang Curry. Lunch specials included salad and a soda. I've been here twice. Once a few years ago and second time more recently. Nothing like it was a few years ago. The waitress was very passive aggressive with us. Never asked what we wanted to drink. I had to ask her for drinks. She also never asked us if we wanted refills. Then our food took over 45 minutes to reach us because the waitress decided to tend to another customer that already received their food before us and we were seated prior to them and ordered before them. She also got the other customers order wrong and gave them part of our food so we had to wait for them to make the same dish again. Extremely unprofessional! She asked if I wanted more rice and didn't mention that more rice would cost more. Most Thai food places offer more rice at no extra charge. She didn't mention it to me and it wasn't until I saw the bill at the end there was an extra charge for rice. Scrounge every dollar out of customers. My family and I will never be dining here again! Nor will I recommend this place to any living soul. The fish are cool though. Probably the only nice thing about this place is the fish tank. read more

The containers had lost their integrity and contents were spilling out. Although the Panang Curry I ordered had a secondary container (plastic bag), the lid itself was not properly sealed. The packaging of items could use some major improvement. It felt as if no thought was taken into consideration when packaging my order. The flavor of the curry was okay. Overall, unsatisfactory since the sauce appeared to be watered down. I also ordered a Thai Tea with boba (not pictured). At least that came with the least amount of spillage. The flavor was average, however, boba horrible in both texture and flavor. The other food items were somewhat satisfactory. In my opinion, the quality of the food does not justify its cost. We stopped in for lunch after 3 o'clock and the sign on the door said they were closed between three and five. My wife pulled the door open and we looked in. They said they were closed for a little while while the kitchen got some rest but then came back out and got us and said they would open gladly for us. Food was great. Service was amazing. Definitely recommend any place that would open their doors when they're closed to serve a guest. You don't get that in every restaurant nowadays or any place else. read more

First time here today, we ordered the pumpkin curry and the panang curry with the baked mussels. There was no wait and no one inside so I figured it would be pretty quick to get our order. After we ordered it did take some time to get the food, I saw only one guy in the back cooking though. The flavors were so good here! I got the "hot" spice level & it was pretty nice. If you don't like spicy food, don't order any spice level because even the mild will have some spice to it. The inside was really cool, I loved all of the decor. Tried this place out again recently and it wasn't good. I ordered my usual Panang curry and it looked thick and curdled like spoiled milk/ cottage cheese consistency. I used to really like this place I've order many times through uber eats.. but I feel like something's changed. Also my papaya salad portion wasn't a lot at all from what I remember and no peanuts! I was really excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment. We ordered the chicken Pas Z Ew, and the sauce had an unpleasant sour taste. The Mongolian beef was very fatty and lacked flavor. We also tried the chicken satay, but the chicken was soggy and had a sour, slightly bitter taste. I can't believe it has been two years my last visit here. And just like last time I was looking for a place at 9:30 PM for quality food in Temecula. I don't remember it as good as today, the pad Thai with shrimp not only was a beautiful presentation, but it was absolutely an A+! Service was immediate, attentive, and after I finished my meal, everyone made sure that I was satisfied. I'm extremely disappointed in this business manager.I still stand by my original review. For starters, whether or not the spice level was 1 through 5.We asked for it to be least spicy as possible. But let me tell you, if one is going to be a certain level of spicy I shouldn't be coughing and almost choking when I was trying to eat it! If supposedly the spice level was the least spiciest your sorely mistaken. Why wouldn't you offer or recommend something else.? Ive never been here your staff knows the place better than we ever would and how would you expect me to know!? Also I love how the owner is stating they close at 10 pm, but they don't allow seating After 9:30 pm because they don't want to rush the cooks? Or have customers to be rushed out of the restaurant? But that's funny because even after placing the order I got my food in about ten minutes. So if I would have sat down and you would have been able to have the food to the table in ten minutes I would have been out of their by ten pm anyways. If you are not going to stay open till 10 to allow people to dine in, then maybe you should put a sign that states the last time frame dine in is available! Especially when somebody is coming twenty five minutes away because they read reviews that your food was good, and then we can't even dine in. Really disappointing experience. This was the worst Thai food I've ever had. The dishes were very oily and overpriced for the quality. The food was bland and nothing had the fresh, vibrant taste you normally expect from Thai food. What made it worse was the service. Our server never mentioned that gratuity was already included in the bill, so we unknowingly added an extra tip. At no point did she clarify that any additional tip was optional. Pretty decent Thai restaurant. Just moved to the area and this is the first Thai restaurant I've tried. We ordered the fish cakes, pad thai with chicken, and the fried chicken dish (T2 was it?) Everything we had a was pretty flavorful. The Pad Thai tasted a bit different than what I'm used to and the fish cake seemed a little too tough but it was still tasty! I would skip on the T2 entree. It was good but felt a lot like chicken katsu you can get elsewhere. I'm interested in trying the curries and other noodles next! As for service, we were greeted immediately and got sat down right away. Our waitress was pretty attentive and quick. The restaurant itself is very intimate-- I'd say ~8 tables inside and a few outside. They got maybe 5-7 dashers come through while we dined in. Seems very popular for takeout! read more

Went in for lunch a couple of days ago and I made the mistake of ordering the Orange chicken. When it got to my table, it was very hard and dry. There was a tiny bit of sauce in the bowl, which hardly helped. I asked the waitress to send it back because it was bad. She brought out another helping and it wasn't as bad as the original plate, but it still was hard and tough to eat. I had another 2 or 3 bites, then paid for my lunch and left. It was my first time trying this restaurant in temecula and wasn't expecting anything really.. but once we got our food which was the combination fried rice and padzew we were so surprised with how good it was.. their spice level is more on the spicier side but it's still very good. Was waiting to get my car fixed at the Toyota dealership down the street so I wondered off to this Thai spot down the street and thought I'd investigate. You know, I've never seen a bad looking Thai restaurant. They're usually very elegant or just have a nice touch to them. This spot was kinda different-not in a bad way, just a bit more casual. It's not a big place. There's a bit of seating outside and inside I noticed things were a bit compact. Like only one person can walk down the aisle at a time compact. Also, it's the first Thai restaurant I've ever been to where the cooking is happening right there where people can see. You know how usually there's a back area walled off with only some sort of window where you can see things happening? Well here the layout is kinda like Five Guys Burgers and Fries. If you've never been there, imagine your typical dining room layout but half of it is the actual cooking area and there's a divider about shoulder height that separates you from the chefs. I thought it was cool. They've also got a fish tank and your usual Thai decor. Anywho... I ordered the pad Thai with fried tofu plus Thai ice tea. My Thai ice tea wasn't the strongest but was still good. The food came out in a timely manner. I don't like the bean sprouts so didn't get any. I would've definitely liked a bit more food, but maybe the portion seemed small because the plate was so big? When I order pad Thai with fried tofu, everybody does it differently, but I like the way it's done here. You can tell it's cooked together and given attention to make sure it's fried. I enjoyed it. If in the area and deciding whether to come here or to Aiyara Thai, on food alone, that's a tough one. But, if you want a larger location and more of an elegant touch, go with Aiyara. I ordered several items Thai beef fried rice and orange chicken. The rice was flavorful and great. The problem was the orange chicken. It was partially burnt, super dry and with no sauce! The chicken had burned pieces and every bit of it was dry. I also got pieces of fried flour...greasy and gross. At times it was so dry and chewy that chewing gum would have been tastier and less chewy! This was gross and it would have been better if I had dropped the money I paid in the toilet. I've noticed this Thai restaurant a few times when in Temecula. It's across from Costco and we decided to try it a few days ago. The restaurant was very small and cramped and we decided to eat outside, even though it was over a 100 degrees that day. I ordered a shrimp pad Thai from the lunch menu. For $13.99, it came with a small bowl of broth, a couple of fried pieces of won ton wrappers without any fillings, salad and entree. The pad thai itself was ok, but portion was small with 3 pieces of shrimp. I took a couple spoonfuls of the soup broth and left the rest. My husband ordered the chicken satay and was disappointed. He said the flavor was unremarkable and on the dry side. We ordered 2 Thai teas, one with boba. The bobas were hard and some were soft. We didn't finish our drinks. Water was not offered, but that would have been better than the overpriced teas. Not sure why there are so many above average reviews for this restaurant.
