This place is usually ok sometimes they mess up my order and then they fix it no big deal, but just today I had a horrible in-person experience. My friend placed an order for me last night through Uber Eats scheduled to be picked up this afternoon. When I picked up the food, I noticed it was not what I requested so I drove back to the restaurant and Lightheartedly, I asked if I could exchange it for what I actually wanted. They came across extremely aggressive, as if I was trying to pull a fast one on the restaurant. Very reluctant, mean, and even giggling, saying it couldn't be exchanged because the receipt showed it was placed through Uber Eats the night prior--despite the fact it was scheduled for pickup this afternoon I explained to them. What made this whole situation worse was the unprofessional sarcasm, the dismissive "come on man" attitude out of the managers mouth, in a profiling tone. A polite explanation would've been fine, but the way I was treated was unacceptable second class vibes. Because of this experience, I'm rating this place one star and will not be returning with my business here for the future. read more

Came in around 645. Busy but not crowded but not empty. In the beautiful in between. Emily was the server. She was really attentive and friendly. I knew coming so late there was a chance they could be out of the Naurto merch. But she checked and thankfully they had exactly what my kiddos were wanting. Sadly it was my fault to not ask before ordering since there is a combo with the headband. We left full. The curry rice is picky eater toddler friendly. The calpico took me back to my childhood in Japan. Also they offer military discount :) read more

The Tonkotsu ramen was great! I loved how they packed it conveniently to go in separate containers, they have w hip vibe and logo which makes it more fun too haha. Only bummer is they need more traditional ramens add-ons like wakame and fish cakes! The vibe will only get you so far! read more

Great and convenient. Reasonable priced for ok ramen, but hits the spot. If you want authentic ramen, go to Japan or Long Beach at Guy Ramen on 4th. But SilverLake does not pretend to be a high end place. Always good quality ramen for price read more

Can't believe I came all the way to Temecula to get ramen when I have access to couple dozen near home. There are at least three Silverlake Ramen locations within 10 mile radius of where I live. Given its somewhat fast expansion I never really wanted to give it a try but this seemed like the best option while traveling with little kids. My family and I ordered the Classic, Garlic Truffle, and Blaze ramen. Last one was my favorite because I like spicy ramen, but the Classic (tonkotsu broth) was nearly as good. Garlic Truffle was my least favorite even though it was the most expensive one. I think it's because it uses a combination of pork and vegetable broth, where as the other two are pure pork broth. Protein choices are pork, chicken, or tofu on all ramen. Definitely seems like a popular spot because it got packed about 15 minutes after it opened. It's located in the Promenade Temecula near Edwards Cinemas so it gets quite a bit of foot traffic. read more

Really cool and delicious place to eat at and get your ramen fix! Everything about this place is clean, cool and exciting. The staff all were really nice, attentive and the chefs killed it. We can't wait to come back and try new dishes:) The restrooms are clean and kept which definitely adds to the clean and happy experience. read more

Oh Snap! This place is delish! A bowl of ramen is just what I needed to warm me up on a cold day. The broth is to die for. Service was speedy and the manager even swung by our table to check if everything was up to par with our expectations. Nice! I appreciate the easy access of the restaurant from the parking garage too. I didn't understand all the hype until I experienced Silverlake Ramen for myself. I'll be returning for sure! read more

Just open a month and doing very well. We came in, and the place was packed. One booth open, and we got it. The menu is pretty good with lots of choices. The ramen was good, but my pick didn't have the creamy broth. That will be my go-to for next time, the tonkatsu. The service was very good as well. We went with a combo and got like 2 bucks off a side of pork bun. The pork bun is more Vietnamese style like a bao taco. It was very tasty and I recommend it. read more

Good addition to the existing ramen restaurants in Temecula. Silverlake Ramen is located in the Temecula Promenade mall area. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has modern/minimalistic feel to it. The food selection is just right. Not too much or too little to choose from. The menu simply offers what you would expect from a good ramen spot. There are a few options for broth, toppings, and proteins (you can add extras too). The broth I tried was creamy, well spiced and balanced. Very testy! There are a few options for starters such as buns or chicken karaage. Chicken karaage I tasted was tender and had a good crunch from frying process. Spicy sauce that was served with the chicken karaage paired nicely with it. Short list of desserts was also available. Definitely restaurant worth coming back to. read more

LIKE A VIRGIN, it was our very FIRST TIME trying this place & the very first time I actually heard about SILVERLAKE RAMEN was on TikTok! There Garlic Truffle ramen went viral with over 5 million views!!! EXCITEMENT: We were really excited about this ramen place opening in our home town TEMECULA. They got a nice busy location in the promenade next to Yard House :) SERVICE: We were greeted by Jaslyn and Daniel who took great care of us at our table :) SHOUT OUT to Daniel ;) FOOD: We wanted to try as much as we can but, we also wanted to save some room for some SUPERBOWL SUNDAY GRUB as well. GARLIC TRUFFLE ramen was our favorite and I added a side of ghost pepper Kimchi, corn, chili paste and FRIED JALAPEÑOS! The CHICKEN KARAGE was a great appetizer!! This reminded us of Raki raki in San Diego but, with a FUSION twist... FRIENDLY FIGHT: The dish that kept me and my hubby eating more and more of was the IMPOSSIBLE KATSU CURRY bowl! If you like katsu and curry then this is a MUST TRY guys! Wished they had the little red pickled radishes ;) We will definitely be back to try some other dishes here... Rock on SILVERLAKE RAMEN! Cheers everyone!! read more

It's a very small restaurant. Very busy, but we were seated fairly quick. 15 minutes wait for 2. Service was good. Love that it's right next to the mall so I can just cross the street & go shopping if for any reason they ever have a long wait. Food was great. Except for the popular truffle ramen. I thought the broth was mild and kind of bland. It doesn't have a deep enough flavor like some of my favorite ramen shops in LA or SD. I did however LOVE the tsukemen dipping ramen broth. It's flavorful & rich just as it should be, and coats the noodles perfectly. The chashu pork is so tender & perfect too. I do wish that they cooked the noodles less so it can have some chew to it. My husband & I also really enjoyed their pork bun and chicken karage. Very satisfied and i will be back for the dipping ramen & appetizers. But if I want regular ramen, I will go somewhere else. read more

This is my second time ordering Silverlake Ramen...just this month. Yes, it's THAT good. I have not been in person, both times I tried their delivery. This is a 10/10 service. The ramen comes with the broth in a separate container so nothing gets soggy. The ramen is so so good, definitely in the top of my list. I got the Blaze ramen with chicken and medium spice. My husband, which is very picky, gets the pork bowl with pickled cucumbers. This is also one of his favorite dishes. For appetizers we have tried the grilled gyozas and crispy chicken karaage. Both are delicious. You can't go wrong with either choice. Go check Silverlake Ramen out! I promise, you won't regret it! read more

I've been wanting to try this place since before it was open. Last night 12/5/24, we decided to stop in. We are big ramen fans so we were super excited. We ordered 3 bowls of ramen and it did not disappoint. The music was loud but quiet enough that you could still talk. Jade was also friendly when she waited on us. It's a bit pricey but nothing more than any other ramen or Pho place I've visited. We would definitely be back and we recommend. read more

What a treat to have this trendy eatery in Temecula. I love the modern vibes of the decor and the comfy booths that make dining here cozy. The service was fantastic and the food equally satisfying. I expected to order at a counter because of the casual atmosphere but was pleasantly surprised to have a server take our order at the table. We ordered several different items in order to get a good idea of the menu. The Gyoza was a huge hit! We loved them. The Bao Buns are amazing. Very flavorful and perfectly cooked proteins. The Ramen was good but it was our least favorite dish. We ordered the Tomkatsu ramen. My favorite entree was the chicken bowl with ALL the add-ons. Total flavor bomb! Such good chicken. The Tuna bowl was great as well and the Tuna crspy rice appetizer too. To sum it up- a wonderful place to dine. We can't wait to go back! read more

This place missed the mark by a mile for us, maybe it's because it was hyped up so much on Facebook that we had such high expectations. 10 stars on service alone, everyone is really friendly and helpful, I did like the fact that I got a refill on my iced matcha tea which was yum! The place is a lot smaller than the pictures posted depicts, plus no proper waiting area for people coming in, so they are all jammed at the front door watching you eat. Prices are pricey, $5 for a small ramekin of edamame that most other restaurants give complimentary. My friend ordered a water with lemon and was brought a water with no lemon because they didn't have any, yet we all got slices of lemon with our gyoza which was really weird. In my entire life I've never had a gyoza made with an egg roll wrapper let alone eat it with lemon. To each their own, this was probably the highlight of the meal anyway. We ordered two classics and a veggie ramen, food came out relatively quick even though it was a packed house, but sadly the ramen was barely luke warm. The mayu (black garlic oil) was delicious, but everything else was bland and the noodles were nothing spectacular either. Basically we all concluded that this was something that could be easily made at home at the fraction of the cost. Also anything that you order on the side to add to your ramen comes in separate dishes, I ordered garlic mushrooms and that came to me cold as well. The reason for such a low rating is at the time we got our bill (pushing $90 for 3 combo ramens and one edamame and 3 drinks) I asked if they have military discount, which they do! The girl said she would apply the discount and bring me back a new bill. She did not, instead she came back with their electronic payment device and all of a sudden with my "discount" my total went UP $3 so I had to question it on principle. Apparently when applying the discount, it took off the "combo discount" and that took them about 10+ minutes to figure out and we just sat at the table awkwardly. Sadly for the prices, even with the discount, the food just isn't worth another visit for us. read more

The shoyu on fire ramen was basic , very oily and my noodles were undercooked. The blaze chicken ramen noodles also felt undercooked. Ordered pick up so idk if they rushed but Not coming back read more

Yummy food, quick & attentive service, & the AC inside feels good on a hot day too. They have food such as ramen, curry bowls, sushi, etc. It's in a shopping mall that had a lot of stores nearby. read more

I love to eat here! Unfortunately the service is careless. I take out often, and last night they forgot a side of ramen. I let them know the next day, when I went to pick up another take out order. I let them know they forgot one of my sides of ramen. The lady very rudely said there's nothing she can do about it, the kitchen is closed. No other resolution offered. Dude I didn't think it was that serious but the way she responded made me feel like my business wasn't anything they'll miss. Okay, yes I get it, you won't miss my business...bye! read more

We ordered the classic ramen. Tasted bad. We didn't want to return it so we asked our server (female) for hot sauce to try and endure the bad taste. She brought out some hot sauce and we made it through. The check comes and we got hit with a surcharge for the hot sauce. We thought we were being nice by not returning it, and instead we received a higher bill. There was no warning from the server. We weren't sure how they got 4 stars so far. Maybe a bunch of friendly teenager reviews. Diner be wary! Taste not great and sneaky surcharges. read more

It was okay. Noodles were oddly 'dry' feeling since they were undercooked. Feel like they should've been warmed/reheated before being added to the hot broth. Ramen broth flavor was good. Light on the proteins, expensive for what you get. Over all I ended up wishing I had stayed home and made a ramen packet. It was nice to try it, but it's not memorable. Staff were nice no complaints there. read more

I went to Silverlake Ramen on Monday and had an amazing experience. My server, Raquel, was incredible! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great recommendations. I ended up ordering one of her suggestions, the Shoyu on Fire with chicken, and it did not disappoint. She explained that it has a chicken stock base, which made the flavor even more comforting and rich. I also ordered the combo with fried gyoza, and Raquel recommended squeezing lemon on them to enhance the flavor. I tried them both before and after adding the lemon, and wow!! Such a game changer! They were so delicious that I ended up ordering a full order of gyoza afterward. Highly recommend this place ! This my new ramen spot !! read more

Today, while picking up my order, I accidentally stepped past the counter line because the area was wide open and not clearly marked. An employee immediately started yelling at me, saying, "You can't be here--step out." I was very confused and shocked by how aggressive and rude the interaction was over a simple mistake. Whether this kind of behavior is considered normal in the culture she comes from or she was simply having a bad day, it is not acceptable customer service. Customers do not deserve to be spoken to in such a hostile manner when picking up their orders. read more

The spicy tonkotsu ramen was good and very filling. The ramen had an extremely overpowering pork broth, but as soon as I mixed in my chili paste, the flavor became more harmonic and enjoyable for me. I did enjoy my ramen after the fact. I recommend this ramen if you really like pork. Unfortunately, every other dish's portion sizes were incredibly small and overpriced for the amount of food that was offered. The karaage bowl and the gyoza appetizer were delicious, but they had very sad and stingy portions. They also give you half an egg for your ramen. read more

I don't even live in California but I frequent Temecula a lot and every time I go, I need to get some Silverlake Ramen! In these past two months, I think I have ordered take out maybe about 10 times. I know that this is a restaurant chain and there's one in Washington (Kirkland location) but they do not have the impossible katsu curry! I'm glad this place does, it hits every time. The order is always ready whenever I pick it up even if it's busy. read more

Got the Blaze (mild) and it was still pretty spicy. This is some of the most flavorful ramen I've had. The broth was amazing!

When we arrived it was pretty busy, we were able to get seated within 5 mins , I thought the restaurant was pretty cute especially with the Naruto theme. Our server was great and friendly & now on to the food we order 2 buns one chicken one pork, the flavor was there however a lot of onion was packed into the bun as filler so all you got was a little bite of meat and a lot of green onion and pickled onion over powering the bite. We also ordered the blaze ramen and a bowl of garlic truffle ramen, it was okay the spinach and kale kinda threw us off there wasn't much that came into the ramen just one piece of meat, half an egg, kale/spinach (prefer boc choy) ,mushrooms/bean sprout and the noodles were really doughy. read more

Newly opened Silverlake Ramen chain is located in the open air part of The Promenade. Lots of parking the garage. I came in on a Thursday night and they were not full. I was stuck in traffic and had already gotten a text that my food was ready. By the time I picked up my food it had been sitting out a good 30 minutes. It was sitting by the door in a rack like most restaurants. I was worried that it would be cold so as soon as I got it, I ate it in my car after taking pictures of course! The soup was still warm, yeah! The noodles were separated and at first they were hard. The key is to let it seep in the soup a little longer. I really liked the garlic truffle Ramen! It was so good! The broth was seasoned well and not too salty. The items in it were also very good. I would definitely get this again! read more

Finally!!!! An authentic ramen bistro in Temecula! I've eaten ramen all over Japan and will unabashedly admit this place is legit! Even their egg is perfectly done every single time. I'm not fond of the thicker noodles. The tonkatsu ramen is my go to. Some of the other noodles come with the thicker noodle. No need to mess with a good thing. Love their noodle combos with karaage chicken or pork belly roll. You really can't go wrong with any of their choices. Their great customer service is icing on the cake. Tried their Chicken Karaage bowl and Tirso was a great cook, 10/10 would recommend again

Warning! Undercover chef here! LOL Please read before you go! 5 stars because the lady owner came to the table to just say hi! Amazing customer service! But... the food is still in process to taste at its best.. The love however, outshined the everything! They just opened so do not expect old school umami with meat cooked through perfection as of yet. You will NOT waste your money, they're just in the beginning phase in getting into the groove. The pork sandwich was way too salty, and ramen broth a little bland. It doesn't have the deep flavors. Longer cooking broth w bones, is needed. A little too westernized as of now. Even the noodles were like spaghetti noodles. Lack of chew. The egg needs a little more help. Tiny bit more salt. Tiny. Then why do I give them 5 stars, because im grateful. Even though the ramen was Americanized, the server Alyssa C was so incredibly sweet and made sure my experience was a delightful one. And again the cute little grandma was being such a cute hostess. Walking around non-stop. Gotta give them the love back. Service makes everything better. I feel if the owners (who are seniors trying to pursue their American dream, I imagine) continue to hang around like they've been doing for quality control, this place will become a go to for all ramen lovers. So I suggest u give them a chance and know they're working on making the food taste better, more and more each day. The food is a 6 out of 10. Service is 10 out of 10. To the owners: Bring your chefs to LA (like J town) so they can taste the original flavors from broth-making masters. Make it a fun field trip. Oxoxox! read more
