The broth was so dark and tasted SO SWEET!!! It literally tasted like Bo Kho (beef stew) Pho should not be that sweet. I'm not exaggerating either. I had to force myself to at least eat the noodles so I at least ate something. They also gave us no bean sprouts, basil, limes and jalapeños for the side garnishes. As I'm writing this review I can feel my stomach hurting as the Pho is settling inside. I am so upset about this!!!! 2) Bi cuon: Again, the meat didn't taste fresh. 3) Com Tam Suon Bi Cha: Meat not fresh, strong after taste. Also tasted like leftovers. Coming from San Diego, I was on the hunt for a good pho place. This place is now my go to. I love the taste of the broth, and flavors of the meats and texture of the noodles. Portion sizes are perfect for what you pay for. I always get pho tai (rare steak), egg rolls & my kids love their chicken and rice dish. We also like their banh mi's (sandwiches). Ordered the #3 and a #5, very surprised to receive our order in minutes, pipping hot in metal bowls! Lots of noodles and a generous portion of meats. A quaint Vietnamese spot in the middle of Temecula. Was looking for some comfort food after a day out visiting the wineries, and I was pleasantly surprised to stumble across this spot. The place was pretty full even for around 8 PM, but I was able to get a table quickly. I wasn't even planning to order Pho when I got there, but the smell in the air made me crave it. I wasn't expecting much but the Pho was pretty good, the broth had good flavor, and it was full of meat. The thit nuong didn't look like how I was used to, but it was actually quite delicious! Stopped by to get a meal before my concert and after studying for 5 hours. Slightly disappointed by the lack of greeting at the door as I walked in. I was met with blanks stares and then pointed to a table. The same young man took my order and was dismissive. A young girl brought me water and said not a word. Luckily the cashier ended up being very nice, so I didn't feel as bad. I got the Pho Tai with additional beef meatballs. Decent for a quick stop. Broth was slightly on the sweeter side. Growing up in the 805, spending 20 yrs in the 619 area and making frequent visits to the 415 and 714 over the past 2 decades, I'd like to think I know good Pho spots. As someone who grew up in San Diego I am happy to find this gem! This my favorite pho spot in this entire area my kiddos love it here too. Being out in Temecula, generally people are looking for wine, Italian, or american barbecue as that is often what is most popular in the semi-rural town. However, we decided to try something different and found our way to Pho Minh. Service was quick and standard, and nothing too out of the ordinary of a walk in strip mall restaurant, but seating was well available despite it seeming to be relatively busy the night we went. We ordered the Tau Hu Ki, Chao Tom, Charbroiled Pork Spring Rolls, and the Bun Bo Nuong. Everything was very tasty, but the highlight was certainly the Bun Bo Nuong, which was incredibly tender and served with wonderfully fresh vegetables. My one issue was that I felt as though the sauces served on the side were not as good as many other Vietnamese restaurants I have been to, but since they were served on the side, that didn't pose any real issue. Today was the day in which Pho Minh had its chance to redeem itself from our two half ass past experiences. And to be fair this was the first time we actually dined in the restaurant. Chowing down in person made a huge difference. Excellent service from the get go. Placed in a booth and water rushed to our table. Making sure we were settled in our server sauntered over to our table and took our order. Adventurous as we are we ordered our well known shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce and "wait for it" Pho Ga. Spring rolls make their way out but this time our server swaggers over to us. Wife notices there is a shit load of shrimp in each roll. The peanut sauce however is not banging and needs some added spice. We get a bite of the roll and here gallops our server with our Pho Ga. This soup is loaded with chicken and oodles of tasty noodles. They even added toasted garlic to the pho. This broth is serious. Tasty as is but explodes with flavor after I add chili oil and some fish sauce. The portion was big enough that I could not even finish it off. We did not let it go to waste as we filled containers and bagged it to go. Dining in person elevated our dining experience from 3 star to 5 star. Pho Minh did indeed redeem itself. read more

I've been coming here for 3 years. This is hands down my favorite Pho, and Vietnamese cuisine restaurant in the Murrieta/Temecula area. Very calm and welcoming environment. One of the servers, Mun, is so kind, helpful, and respectful. He's become my friend over the years, and always brings the best service to every table he serves. Having grown up with a Vietnamese Brother in Law and eating authentic Vietnamese cuisine straight from Bà nội, this is the closest I've had to that genuine flavor experience. It's a super good quality meat. The salt and pepper shrimp are very tasty. I wish they would actually make it with the shell off, so be aware that if you do order this, it will come with the head and shell and if you're not into that, you may not like it. the shrimp is a very flavorful dish for sure. I give it 3.5 stars. I also tried the spring rolls that have pork and shrimp in it super traditional very tasty. I would give them 4 out of 5 stars for that. Service was good. The pho came out first as it should. Appetizers always come out second because they are preparing everything. The pho is made in large batches so it's basically ready when you get there. This is a solidly average place for pho. It will satisfy your pho craving, but it is nothing to write home about. Coming from Orange County, I was a bit surprised that Temecula had decent pho. I came with a party of 5, and we all ordered pho. The pho was brought out one or two bowls at a time, and one of the servers misspoke about which one they were bringing out, leading it to be served to the wrong person. We didn't realize this until the last bowl of pho came out, and it was not what the last recipient had ordered. The previously misidentified bowl of pho was already sauced up by the person it was given to, but the staff made no effort to remediate their mistake and kind of just awkwardly stood around waiting for us to switch bowls and fix the problem ourselves. My husband also ordered a cherimoya smoothie and asked if it was possible to have it 0% sweet. The server was not sure and went to check with the kitchen, and came back and said yes, it was possible. When the smoothie arrived, it tasted like blended milk (my husband claims there was a cough of cherimoya flavor, but I couldn't taste it). If that was what it was going to taste like, then they should have just said it was not possible to have the drink 0% sweet, especially if they knew they were just going to use a pinch of flavoring powder instead of fresh or frozen fruit. We're from Sacramento and was in San Diego for a wedding. We almost always have to find a pho restaurant whenever we are out of town. After researching a few places, we decided to go here. The restaurant is pretty spacious compared to some of the ones I've been to. My husband and I both ordered the house special pho. The broth was sooo good. Very clean and has the perfect amount of spices in it. I always order my rare beef on the side because I don't like it overcooked.
