If you've had Bánh Khot from that IG-famous place in Westminster, these are just as good, if not better!! I want to say they are slightly bigger in size compared to the ones at Bánh Khot Lady, but they come with everything you need, including the mouthwatering sauce! You do need to be patient when ordering them, though, because these babies are made fresh and the wait is WORTH IT!! I had to take half of my pho home since I've shrunk my stomach again (yay!), but that Bánh Khot got torn tf up!! No leftovers because it was all that and a bag of chips!! The pho is a good size and they came out within minutes of us ordering. The restaurant is a really good size. The service wasn't bad, but the guy who served us most of the time needs to speak up and smile. The prices here are great! I know January is upon us, so that usually means inflation (ugh!!), but I hope this place can keep their current prices or at least close to. First time trying pho in the area. It was the closest place to us at the time. We did pick up a few pho soups ....the soup was flavorful with good "herby" authentic aroma. It's not just the plain pho soup you usually get. I like the rare steak portion it wasn't just 2 slices. I feel like the noodle portion was a tad on the smaller side. But overall I would go again. The food itself was great -- the broth was light, and their chili oil stuck to your lips in a good way. However, the service I received was absolutely horrible. To start, I put my name down for a table for one and watched my name get skipped as eight groups were seated before me. When I finally asked about it, I was seated at the very corner table. I'd give them a little grace for the placement, but not much. I ordered my food, but my table didn't have a soup spoon, and getting a waiter's attention to bring one was difficult. Throughout my entire meal, no one checked on me even once. The only time my server came by was to drop off the check -- and that's when I asked for a water refill, since my glass had been empty for about ten minutes. Pho Minh definitely "satisfied" that with a #13 pho rare stake & tendon (topped with fresh basil, bean sprouts, a few sliced jalapeños, & squeezed lime) & #31 shrimp fried rice. The wait was short (even though almost every table was full) & service was fast. I had to wash down my meal with a delicious Thai iced tea. I got the bbq chicken plate and it was good, a great portion of meat and came with rice and some pickled veggies (veggies were okay). I've been coming to this place for the longest time and I love it here. I've given Pho Minh 5 stars on Google before. I had order #1 around 6:30pm tonight. There was way too much cassia bark and cloves in my broth. It resembled a Christmas dessert soup. Even though it was 11 AM there was a decent amount of people so it must be pretty packed during peak hours. Menu is large with vast choice of noodles, rice, and appetizers. I got the shrimp pho ($15) and my fiance got the pork with red rice ($17) with thai iced tea ($5). Food came out pretty fast as most vietnamese restaurants. Pho was not the best i've had but had good flavor and decent amount of shrimp, came with usual fix ins. My fiance liked his pork but not his rice too much. The best pho place in Temecula. I've tried Golden Bowl and Pho Ha and would have to say this is the best in terms of quality and flavor. I get the Pho Tai at every Vietnamese restaurant I go to so I can't say much about their other meats, but I loved mine. They also have this chili oil sauce at the table that pairs so well with the meat. Def try it! The Vietnamese coffee is also delicious (and strong). They're always nice to my daughter and she always get a lolly pop after check out. Food is great, but I'm questioning the cleanliness... I've been coming here since the place opened, and I've always enjoyed the food--it's consistently delicious. However, my most recent visits have made me seriously question the overall cleanliness of the establishment. Every time I go to the restroom, it's more and more disgusting. The smell of urine, stagnant water, and musty air hits you immediately. And the condition of the space? I've attached a few photos that speak for themselves. Over time, it seems like the sanitation standards have really slipped, and it makes me wonder about the hygiene practices elsewhere in the restaurant. I want to continue supporting this spot because the food is still excellent, but the condition of the restrooms is a real concern. I hope they can address this issue soon, as it's starting to affect the overall experience. read more

TLDR; More than just good pho! Give this place a try! This is our go-to spot for pho. Any time it rains or someone in my household has a strenuous day; Pho Minh is usually our pick. We come from the LA area and usually trust a Asian eatery when an uncle and/or auntie is helping serve you lol But it's not just the pho that's good! The beef stew is so good and tender and you can get rice, noodle or baguette. My husband absolutely loves the duck soup! I tend to ask him for a few sips of the broth when he orders this lol My husband and I love their salt and pepper fish too. I don't think they get orders for that too often so I does take a bit of time to prep, but it's worth the wait. Service is good. You just need to be a bit vocal to get someone's attention when they have a full house. The servers are usually young people so they control the music in the restaurant. I had to update my review because their pho has become my favorite here in Temecula. Very flavorful. I also, love their #53, shrimp paste wrapped in tofu with thin rice noodles & veggies. You basically wrap some shrimp tofu, herbs & noodles in some lettuce & you dip in the fish sauce. I love their bbq pork with the meatloaf too. The pork skin that it comes with is the best I've had because theirs has a delicious smoky flavor to it. Their #86 mini pancakes is so good, love how crispy it is. My husband and I also enjoyed their wings. It's in a yummy fish sauce sweet chili sauce. We do ask for it extra crispy, and it always is. My husband likes their beef fried rice too. It's delicious & they don't skimp on the beef which is great. Their banh mi sandwich is also good, but I wish they offered other versions aside from just bbq meat banh mi. I'm excited to try their banh beo next time since that's not often served in most Vietnamese restaurants. I think the only thing i didn't enjoy here so far is their fried eggrolls, like Kevin M. Mentioned below, it has a mushy texture. I think because of a particular starchy veggie they use inside, probably taro. But my husband likes it. After a night of drinking, everyone is craving some warm comfort food. We're so happy to have found such a legit Vietnamese place. The pho broth was very fragrant with spices and a tad sweet. The Bo kho broth had a depth of spices and sweet from the carrots and onions, very beefy. The Banh beo had crispy pork cracklings which is authentic but rare to see in the US. Most places omit or replace with fried croutons. My only complaint is that their fish sauce aka nuoc Cham was pretty plain. Wish it was jazzed up with garlic, chili flakes, lime juice, and sugar. The Banh khot flavors were good. I did wish it was crispier. Overall in the top 10% of Vietnamese restaurants for sure. And surprised to find such a good find in random Temecula.
