Temecula is a bit of an odd place in terms of quality of food since it's been getting more and more traction / a lot of things are coming to this town. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience and service is textbook Vietnamese pho place vibes and it passed with flying colors in my book.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The pho we got had an amazing quality of broth, and that is all I needed to know in terms of food quality for pho. I need to come back when I have a pho craving soon.

My friends and I were in the mood for sushi and the place we came across ended up being closed. Right next door was Pho Minh and it was pretty busy inside, but we were seated right away. The staff were friendly and took our order after giving us some time to look over the menu. I was so torn on what I wanted to eat, but decided to get the eggs rolls as an appetizer. For my entree, I chose to do the Bahn mi special that includes a Thai iced tea or Vietnamese coffee and a Bahn mi sandwich for $13. I got the Thai iced tea which was delicious and creamy. The Bahn mi sandwich with beef was also so flavorful. It's a good size sandwich and I ended up eating most of it. Next time, I have to get the Pho!

This was my third visit and the first time dining in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was quite nice for a Friday evening, and not packed with patrons but a constant flow of customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ordered the #3 and a #5, very surprised to receive our order in minutes, pipping hot in metal bowls! Lots of noodles and a generous portion of meats. The zoo was really delicious but the broth was little too sweet for my liking! On previous visits I ordered takeout and my selections were combo meals with rice and crispy appetizers. Great customer service and reasonable prices. Will definitely continue to visit and try some of their numerous entrees

[[HIGHLIGHT]]A quaint Vietnamese spot in the middle of Temecula.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Was looking for some comfort food after a day out visiting the wineries, and I was pleasantly surprised to stumble across this spot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was pretty full even for around 8 PM, but I was able to get a table quickly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I wasn't even planning to order Pho when I got there, but the smell in the air made me crave it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I wasn't expecting much but the Pho was pretty good, the broth had good flavor, and it was full of meat. The thit nuong didn't look like how I was used to, but it was actually quite delicious! I'd say to skip the nem nuong rolls and the tau hu ky and the chao tom though. It wasn't as good as the other dishes.

Stopped by to get a meal before my concert and after studying for 5 hours. Slightly disappointed by the lack of greeting at the door as I walked in. I was met with blanks stares and then pointed to a table. The same young man took my order and was dismissive. A young girl brought me water and said not a word. Luckily the cashier ended up being very nice, so I didn't feel as bad. I got the Pho Tai with additional beef meatballs. Decent for a quick stop. Broth was slightly on the sweeter side. However, there was plenty of rare steak and meatballs, so that was good. Their stainless steel bowls keep the broth very hot, which is also a plus. They also had good chili oil, something I like to look forward to in a Vietnamese restaurant. Decor is your usual Vietnamese restaurant. Nothing too fancy, but it was cute.

Had my first visit here with a crew of coworkers. Apparently this place is normally pretty mellow on weekdays, but for our Thursday visit it was packed! The rain and cold weather made it an easy restaurant match for many of us.. Small location, but they utilize the space well for dine-in customers. The service was phenomenal! Greeted immediately upon entering, they managed to put a table together for our larger party. Our waitress got our orders down to a T, every plate/bowl came out perfectly. I found the combination fried rice was really good. Nice mix of flavors. The eggs rolls were a let down for our table, no one cared for the taste. One the other hand, the charbroiled pork spring rolls were a hit! If seeking an appetizer, you have found a pleasant choice.. I got a bowl of the chicken pho with the clear noodles. I kept it plain jane, didn't load up on extras. The flavor was still all there, and I was feeling good eating it.. Priced right at about $125 for our party of 5. With all of us having an entree and the couple appetizers we got, I wont complain.

Service was quick and friendly. Just stopped by for quick bite. My wife and I split the 4 Fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce (i always mix mine with siracha to give it a bite). It was served with shredded lettuce, but we asked for Romaines leave to wrap in as is typical for fried rolls, and the were happy to satisfy our request. We then Had a Chicken Banh Mi sandwich. If you haven't had banh mi before, try one. The bread is on like a crunchy outside soft inside french roll. The give a good portion of meat and veggies. I asked for extra jalapenos on the side...again, no questions and no upcharge. Very satisified. Prices were very reasonable...under $8 for the sandwich! We will return again.

Some items are hit-or-miss. The menu is crazy wide with a bunch of different options, so you're bound to find something you like. For a place with phở in its name, I had high expectations for their phở. After giving it a try, I'm almost certain that the owners are not Vietnamese because my chicken phở didn't come with a side of fish sauce. CHICKEN PHỞ ALWAYS COMES WITH A SIDE OF FISH SAUCE. It's almost a crime not to include it, and the waiter looked at me funny when I asked for it. Weird. * #19 Chicken Phở: 6/10 - no fish sauce, and the broth wasn't very rich * #87 Assorted Grilled Meat & Vermicelli: 8/10 - good portion and nice variety of proteins and veggies [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior was nice, and they have a decent amount of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The parking lot has plenty of spaces, but I can definitely see it getting crowded at peak times like dinner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Not terrible, but probably not our first choice.

The peanut sauce had great flavor, though it leaned a bit on the salty side--but still enjoyable and far from a deal-breaker. Don't skip the Vietnamese coffee. It has the perfect strength and bold flavor--rich, smooth, and just the right amount of intensity to finish the meal strong. Beyond the food, the experience was solid all around. The restaurant was clean inside and out, with plenty of parking available in the shopping complex (a huge plus). Service was quick, accurate, and friendly--the servers were attentive, accommodating, and made the experience feel welcoming without hovering. Overall, this is the kind of place you'll keep coming back to--not for trendy aesthetics, but for consistently great food, efficient service, and a comfortable, no-nonsense dining experience. Love this spot. Food was super delish, servers are fast and friendly. Portion size was super good- we really enjoyed everything. Egg rolls were a lil too sweet, the shrimp/pork, but the spring rolls were delightful, and peanut sauce was so delish. We wanted the beef bone soup but they just ran out. Everything was pretty amazing though- highly recommended.

As someone who grew up in San Diego I am happy to find this gem! This my favorite pho spot in this entire area my kiddos love it here too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's got that hole in the wall feel and traditional Vietnamese style cafe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My favorite is number 8 pho, broken rice with bbq pork, and the fried shrimp balls. This is a solidly average place for pho. It will satisfy your pho craving, but it is nothing to write home about. Coming from Orange County, I was a bit surprised that Temecula had decent pho. I came with a party of 5, and we all ordered pho. The pho was brought out one or two bowls at a time, and one of the servers misspoke about which one they were bringing out, leading it to be served to the wrong person. We didn't realize this until the last bowl of pho came out, and it was not what the last recipient had ordered. The previously misidentified bowl of pho was already sauced up by the person it was given to, but the staff made no effort to remediate their mistake and kind of just awkwardly stood around waiting for us to switch bowls and fix the problem ourselves. My husband also ordered a cherimoya smoothie and asked if it was possible to have it 0% sweet. The server was not sure and went to check with the kitchen, and came back and said yes, it was possible. When the smoothie arrived, it tasted like blended milk (my husband claims there was a cough of cherimoya flavor, but I couldn't taste it). If that was what it was going to taste like, then they should have just said it was not possible to have the drink 0% sweet, especially if they knew they were just going to use a pinch of flavoring powder instead of fresh or frozen fruit. I am used to bad service for Asian establishments, but this particular experience was especially unpleasant. read more

The best Vietnamese spot I've tried yet, and I've been to plenty. The food is always so flavorful, including the pho, fried rice, and just everything lol. The service is relatively quick. We're from Sacramento and was in San Diego for a wedding. We almost always have to find a pho restaurant whenever we are out of town. After researching a few places, we decided to go here. The restaurant is pretty spacious compared to some of the ones I've been to. My husband and I both ordered the house special pho. The broth was sooo good. Very clean and has the perfect amount of spices in it. I always order my rare beef on the side because I don't like it overcooked. We also ordered 2 shrimp spring roll and 2 grilled pork spring roll (not pictured). The spring rolls were okay. Nothing special about it. Service wasn't the best though. . Our server never came back to check on us and never came back to refill our water. Overall, it was a good experience. Food was good but service could be better. read more

Came back to Pho Minh today and tried the filet mignon pho. The broth was cleaner and lighter compared to last time, since the meat was already cooked instead of finishing in the soup like the rare steak. Honestly, I enjoyed this version even more, the flavor felt more balanced. Service was still quick, and my bowl came out within just a five minutes. Pho Minh once again proved to be one of the best spots to return to for a truly delicious pho. read more

One of the more authentic asian spots that I have gotten to try in Temecula. I got to try their number 1 Pho (and like many other places can just choose the number that matches for the meat cuts that you prefer). The broth was actually on the saltier side (which I usually prefer), the noodles still had a good bite to them, and the meats were all nice and tender. For the price of around 15$ and the serving size they provide, it is a good steal of anyone craving a good pho. Will definitely want to come back here and try their other options as well :) read more

This was not my first time at this rodeo, I came a few years ago and idk why I haven't returned since, lol. One of my buddies recommended it and so naturally I HAD to. I came in for lunch with a friend and we got there around 11:30, which was perfect because as we were eating, the lunch crowd started to pile in. We had the corner booth. The walls need to be wiped down, so just don't look (kidding, but not). We ordered the #10, #16, and the #86, because I wanted to be a fatty. How did I never know they had these Bánh Khot (Mini Vietnamese Pancakes) here?! You better believe I'll be coming here when I get a craving for them again!! If you've had Bánh Khot from that IG-famous place in Westminster, these are just as good, if not better!! I want to say they are slightly bigger in size compared to the ones at Bánh Khot Lady, but they come with everything you need, including the mouthwatering sauce! You do need to be patient when ordering them, though, because these babies are made fresh and the wait is WORTH IT!! I had to take half of my pho home since I've shrunk my stomach again (yay!), but that Bánh Khot got torn tf up!! No leftovers because it was all that and a bag of chips!! The pho is a good size and they came out within minutes of us ordering. The restaurant is a really good size. The service wasn't bad, but the guy who served us most of the time needs to speak up and smile. The prices here are great! I know January is upon us, so that usually means inflation (ugh!!), but I hope this place can keep their current prices or at least close to. The parking situation isn't bad, the establishments in this area are all accessible. Now that you know where to find an OC treasure in the IE, stop into Pho Minh and get you some!! I've been coming here for 3 years. This is hands down my favorite Pho, and Vietnamese cuisine restaurant in the Murrieta/Temecula area. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very calm and welcoming environment[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. One of the servers, Mun, is so kind, helpful, and respectful. He's become my friend over the years, and always brings the best service to every table he serves. Having grown up with a Vietnamese Brother in Law and eating authentic Vietnamese cuisine straight from Bà nội, this is the closest I've had to that genuine flavor experience. Pho is always served hot, noodles cooked perfectly, and always the best choice meat cuts to complement the nutrient dense beef bone broth. Highly recommend Pho Minh to All. read more

I came here and tried the pho combination and the egg noodles combination. I was disappointed and surprised that both dishes were on the sweeter side. I had tried several pho places and none had the amount of sugar this one did. I asked the waiter if that is how they normally made their soup and he said yes. So, if you prefer your pho on the less sugary side this is not the dish for you. Otherwise, the soup had plenty of meat and the bowl side and price were good. Service was efficient. read more

First time trying pho in the area. It was the closest place to us at the time. We did pick up a few pho soups ....the soup was flavorful with good "herby" authentic aroma. It's not just the plain pho soup you usually get. I like the rare steak portion it wasn't just 2 slices. I feel like the noodle portion was a tad on the smaller side. But overall I would go again. The sandwich was also good. Price reasonable. read more

The food itself was great -- the broth was light, and their chili oil stuck to your lips in a good way. However, the service I received was absolutely horrible. To start, I put my name down for a table for one and watched my name get skipped as eight groups were seated before me. When I finally asked about it, I was seated at the very corner table. I'd give them a little grace for the placement, but not much. I ordered my food, but my table didn't have a soup spoon, and getting a waiter's attention to bring one was difficult. Throughout my entire meal, no one checked on me even once. The only time my server came by was to drop off the check -- and that's when I asked for a water refill, since my glass had been empty for about ten minutes. This request was ignored (or unheard), likely because he had an AirPod in. I finished my meal without water and eventually had to take my check and card to the front myself because no one picked it up. Overall, the service was genuinely terrible. read more

Traditional Viet dishes that hit the spot. We spend a lot of time checking out Viet places in Orange County and this one is just as great. Definitely the best Viet place we have found In Temecula. Good pho. We had the chicken pho. The egg rolls are delicious. Service is friendly and expeditious. Ambiance is lively, clean, and the place can get pretty busy, it seems to be a popular place for pho. There's also a cookie and boba shop in the same area so that's a plus. read more

A good Pho warms the soul and Pho Minh delivers every time. Pho Minh is our go to Pho place in town. Even when there's a waitlist going it's totally worth the wait. Their Pho is served piping hot with all the traditional toppings. I wind up ordering the Tái Nam Gao but once in a while I'll switch it up. The Big Bone Soup is one to get when you want that super richness from the meat on the bone and scooping out the bone marrow. Our kiddo's go to is the Com Gà Ngū Vi or the Grilled Chicken and Broken Rice. She loves it! read more

What way to end such a good long day in sunny Temecula than to share a big bowl of soup & fried rice with your own mom. Pho Minh definitely "satisfied" that with a #13 pho rare stake & tendon (topped with fresh basil, bean sprouts, a few sliced jalapeños, & squeezed lime) & #31 shrimp fried rice. The wait was short (even though almost every table was full) & service was fast. I had to wash down my meal with a delicious Thai iced tea. We even had some leftover fried rice for the next day, thanks to having a mini fridge & microwave in our hotel! If you're ever in Temecula, make sure you get your pho on here. read more

This place is delicious! Always flavorful meats and great portion sizes. I highly recommend the salt & pepper shrimp if you haven't tried it. I got the bbq chicken plate and it was good, a great portion of meat and came with rice and some pickled veggies (veggies were okay). The soup that came with it had a floral smell and taste to it which I am not a fan of at all. The service here is alright, the girl taking our order was a little aloof, but the guys were nice. Food tastes very good! We had the Big Bone Soup which was a huge serving and very delicious! It comes with bone marrow and everything is cooked perfectly. We also had a Ban Mhi and Fried Half Chicken with rice with tastes very good as well! Incredible flavors! Real pho and Vietnamese flavor! It's a cute little spot with a good amount of seating area. Service was good and servers were always available and active. I just hope they get better on refilling their Chili oils on their table because we had to go through 3 tables to find a jar with good amount of chili oils left. read more

Decent pho coming from Irvine. We stopped by here for lunch before returning to Orange County. I got the shrimp pho ($15) and my fiance got the pork with red rice ($17) with thai iced tea ($5). Food came out pretty fast as most vietnamese restaurants. Pho was not the best i've had but had good flavor and decent amount of shrimp, came with usual fix ins. My fiance liked his pork but not his rice too much. This place has my vote for the best pho in the area. They have an excellent variety of both soup and dry or bbq options. Service is always very efficient and price is on reasonable as well. I only wish they had better home made chili oil which would kick it up a few notches. Some how their chili oil is more on the sour side and lacks the roasted umami flavor read more

The BEST and our favorite pho place. We get to travel throughout California for my work and this is our favorite spot. We can always rely on the most delicious and consistent broth. The people there are always friendly and it feels like home. Big fan of the Vietnamese coffee because it is strong and yummy. Not necessary but we also always do enjoy that they're always showing videos of Vietnam, the cooking, food and the people. Can always count on them playing Vietnamese music to add to the ambience. I've been coming to this place for the longest time and I love it here. I've given Pho Minh 5 stars on Google before. I had order #1 around 6:30pm tonight. There was way too much cassia bark and cloves in my broth. It resembled a Christmas dessert soup. I usually finish a full bowl, but I'll be saving the other half tomorrow to stomach through (I despise food waste). Other than that, I look forward to coming back :) read more

Believe the hype! This place has some amazing flavors. It was packed - wall-to-wall people when we got here for lunch time but we were seated quickly. Service was efficient, with my pho coming out in about two minutes after ordering. The pho was amazing - the broth was salty and sweet and just perfect with plenty of meat. The best pho place in Temecula. I've tried Golden Bowl and Pho Ha and would have to say this is the best in terms of quality and flavor. I get the Pho Tai at every Vietnamese restaurant I go to so I can't say much about their other meats, but I loved mine. They also have this chili oil sauce at the table that pairs so well with the meat. Def try it! The Vietnamese coffee is also delicious (and strong). I've never had to wait for a table and service is quick, so no complaints. Restaurant is clean too. I'd say this place is on par with other pho places I've been to in SD/OC. After a night of drinking, everyone is craving some warm comfort food. We're so happy to have found such a legit Vietnamese place. The pho broth was very fragrant with spices and a tad sweet. The Bo kho broth had a depth of spices and sweet from the carrots and onions, very beefy. The Banh beo had crispy pork cracklings which is authentic but rare to see in the US. Most places omit or replace with fried croutons. My only complaint is that their fish sauce aka nuoc Cham was pretty plain. Wish it was jazzed up with garlic, chili flakes, lime juice, and sugar. The Banh khot flavors were good. I did wish it was crispier. Overall in the top 10% of Vietnamese restaurants for sure. And surprised to find such a good find in random Temecula. I've been here a couple times and the last time I went will probably be my last because the unpleasant experience I've had with the cleanliness in the restroom. I know this place gets busy so they wipe down everything pretty quickly for the next guest but just felt dirty. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so aesthetically pleasing, calming, and cute--very feminine and girly! It's decorated so well, with a really fun Mexican vibe (loved the little cowboy boot shot glass details!). It is hands-down the perfect spot for a girls' brunch, or any girly celebration. Even the bathrooms are super cute if you want to take Instagram photos, and the chandeliers inside are stunning. Inside, the seating is super comfortable with very spacious booths. There's also a coffee bar and a nice open patio to the left if you prefer sitting outside. The AC was great, and the background music was at a comfortable volume. We went on a Tuesday around 2:00 PM (they close at 3:00 PM), which ended up being the ideal time. Our waiter was amazing--he gave top-tier service and let us know that weekends get super packed with long wait times and louder music. Going on a weekday was definitely the right move, and I'll stick to weekday visits for sure! As for the food and drinks--everything was delicious! You have to try the mimosa flight. I literally don't have a single negative thing to say about this place. I can't wait to come back!

As regulars at various Vietnamese spots in San Diego, we were thrilled to find a place that hits the mark right in our own backyard. The menu at Pho Minh is extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes including pho, bahn mi, rice dishes, vermicelli, egg noodles, and more. I ordered the #1 Tái Nam Gầu Gân Sách Pho dish, and it was outstanding. The generous portion of meat was a welcome surprise, but it was the broth that stole the show - rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We also tried the egg rolls, which were a perfect complement to our meal. My wife, who prefers well-done meat, ordered the #11 #11 Tái Chín Nạc Pho dish and was equally satisfied. The atmosphere at Pho Minh is lively and inviting, with friendly staff and a steady stream of customers, even in the middle of the day. I had such a great experience here! I ordered the vegetarian pho with shrimp along with a banh mi, and both were absolutely delectable. The flavors were fresh and balanced--comforting and satisfying at the same time. What stood out even more was the service. The staff was incredibly sweet and attentive. Since I came in solo, they thoughtfully seated me in a comfortable spot, checked in regularly, and made sure I had everything I needed without being overbearing. I couldn't eat the daikon, and they kindly switched it out for a cabbage salad and even added more onion to my banh mi, which was such a considerate touch. On top of that, when I couldn't decide on a drink, they brought me a Thai tea to try, which paired beautifully with my meal. The ambiance is lively and bustling, with people constantly coming and going, which to me is always a sign of a good spot. Even with how busy it was, service was quick and efficient. Pho Minh in Temecula is absolutely a hidden gem! Their pho is incredibly flavorful, authentic, and consistently delicious -- the kind of legit pho I used to think you could only get in Orange County. I'm so happy we finally have a place close to home that serves real, comforting Vietnamese food. The broth is rich and aromatic, the noodles are always perfectly cooked, and they're generous with the meat and fresh herbs. I've tried a few other things on their menu and everything has been amazing. On top of that, the service is always friendly and attentive -- they make you feel welcome every time you walk in. The broth was amazing! The food was great and the egg rolls tasted so good! Me and my husband walked in and got greeted by one of their servers and got sat down very quickly. When I wanted to order me and my husband said our entire order in Vietnamese but our server couldn't speak nor understand it. Me and my husband laughed with the server and even got to know each-other a little and even found out we both really love KBBQ. The hospitality was great, the food was great but one thing I do have to say is how our appetizers come very late into our meal, the pho comes out very quick and we had to wait a while for the egg rolls but the server apologized for the wait and we ate those rolls really quick! I was ambivalent to try this place due to mixed reviews but gave it a shot. Unfortunately, the meal was disappointing. The fried egg rolls had more taro and veggies than meat and had a creamy texture and the outer wrapper was greasy. They were kind enough to take the item off the bill. The fresh spring rolls was half stuffed with lettuce and was lacking in flavor - and the wrapper was a bit chewy. The dry egg noodle bowl was just okay. The sauce was a bit too sweet, and the bbq pork was too fatty. The wontons were good but just a bit greasy. The vermicelli bowl was also just ok. Other diners seemed to enjoy the pho. I was bummed I didn't enjoy the meal. Not sure if I will visit again. read more

I ordered the #9 flank well done and was initially thrilled by all the meat they loaded on top. I added my usual toppings and mixed it all together, enjoying the flavors at first. However, as I began to eat the meat, I realized it was much fattier than I expected. If you're a fan of fatty cuts, it might be perfect for you, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. I recently tried the bun bo hue at Pho Minh, and I was thoroughly disappointed. The broth was bland and lacked the rich, aromatic flavors I was hoping for, making each slurp feel like a chore. To make matters worse, I found hair in my soup, which completely ruined the experience. The lack of noodles were overcooked and mushy, and the sparse vegetables seemed like an afterthought, lacking freshness and crunch. This has been the go-to place for my family to go to get vietnamese food for 4 years, because their food is so tasty and high quality, and it doesn't even cost that much. It always comes fast and the servers are super friendly. Their Pho broth is probably the best part, but almost everything on their menu is absolutely delicious. The food is decent but the service is questionable. Aside from bringing your food they don't come to the table to check on you. A lot of fraternizing among employees.
