My husband usually doesn't crave Vietnamese food as he grew up with it but when he does want it this is our favorite pho place in Temecula whether it's to go or dining in. We usually order goi cuon/salt and pepper shrimp but this time I wanted the mini pancakes-it's just become my new favorite! Our usual soups are the pho tai (for my husband) and pho tai gau gan (for myself). To drink, I always get the salty plum soda as it is my favorite and it's a nice little refreshing treat. Everything was good, but my salty plum soda was everything but salty or soda and the pho broth for some reason today was very....anise and sweet. We get it though, sometimes restaurants have off days. Still a good broth though! I always end up taking my pho leftovers home and adding more water and sauces to it when reheating. The restaurant walls could be cleaned (like, how the heck does all the sauce end up on the walls??) but other than that bathroom is clean, tables are good, and there's plenty of seating for large parties. read more

Ordered the #98 Big Bone Soup, #24 Cơm Tấm Bì Chả Sườn Nướng, and some chicken wings. Food came out timely and at the right temperature. Wings were very good albeit messy as they were covered in sauce. Soup broth was flavorful and the meat was tender. Rice and pork chop were cooked right (chop was tender and moist) and were flavorful. I ordered through GrubHub - UH-MAZING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! I'm obsessed with pho and spring rolls and this was my first time ordering. Wonderful customer service as they did exactly as l had asked (please place the raw meat in a separate bag so it doesn't over cook on the drive). Phenomenal! This place was packed on a rainy day when visiting. We were greeted and sat quickly at a booth, ordered pretty promptly and food came out in good time. Ordered: spicy chicken wings, pork spring rolls, 2-#59 vermicelli meals and Pho. All the food was nice and hot and quite delicious! I'm bookmarking this place to return, it was so fresh and flavorful. Restroom: Restrooms were decent, hidden in the back of restaurant. Service: good and quick. My husband and I have been here twice. I had their rare beef Pho and my husband had #68, which has crispy birds nest egg noodles, chicken, shrimp, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onions and a delicious sauce. We loved both!! The first time we came it was really busy more like 5pm. Today we came a 345 for late lunch/early dinner and we got seated right away. The staff is friendly and professional. Honestly I'm unsure of this place after tonight's visit. This is strictly about the customer service we received. We ordered the 5.99 beef with fries on their appetizer portion of the menu and upon getting our bill it was changed to 9.10... I said to them that their pricing was wrong and to change it to what the menu says. My aunt happened to be sitting at our table and paid for her own tab after we did but after we paid, they tried adding the 9.10 onto my aunts tab without her noticing. Her tab went from $73 to $83. The cashier began to argue with her about having the "beef tips and fries". What kind of customer service is that...all we asked you to do was change the price! Please double check your receipt's!! I would even triple check them. They seem to not put the correct pricing on the receipts. I don't know if I'll return after this. read more

We were craving pho and we're glad we chose Pho Minh located on Margarita in Temecula. It was our first visit and we were happy we came. The establishment was well-kept and the A/C kept us comfortably cool. The staff was polite and attentive in taking our orders. We chose the pho soup with brisket and tendons, along with fried egg rolls served with lettuce wraps. The soup was rich and flavorful, while the egg rolls were delicious with crisp, fresh vegetables. I hate Pho, but my wife loves it, so this is on behalf of her. She said it's ranked right up there with some of her favorites from Orange County. Flavor profile was top notch. She said that she would be returning very soon, either to dine in, or just as an order pick up to eat later back at home. I personally think this place was an instant win, just based off the fact that they had sold root beer as a beverage. And not just any root beer, no it was Barqs root beer(My Favorite). Most places only ever carry that nasty A&W garbage. But I am sad to inform, that they failed to sell any form of an alcoholic beverage. Recommend Now for the big BONES soup. Served with the best rice noodles and sausage in a separate bowl. Two huge bones with only one bone with about 2 tablespoons marrow. Broth good, a bit on sweet side and heavy anise spice. Not much meat and plenty of perfectly firm tendon. I would have preferred splitting this dish- way too much for a light/med eater like me. Recommend if you like tendon, marrow and broth as described. I plan on coming back and trying my go-to Bun Bo Hue. Above average Vietnamese and minus our appetizer a good value. My husband and I came to this pho spot because it clearly says online that they close at 10 PM. We arrived at 7:35 PM, plenty of time to eat or so we thought. The server came up to my husband and I six times in less than ten minutes, rushing us before we could even look at the menu. She was extremely pushy and made us feel uncomfortable from the start. When I finally asked what time they close, she rudely told us 8 PM, even though their online hours say otherwise. If you're going to close two hours earlier than advertised, at least update your information and don't make your customers feel unwelcome. Terrible service and terrible attitude. The restroom was filthy as well as the hallway leading to the bathroom. Server only came to table once to take our order. The pho came out within 5 minutes. Our daughter's meal took about 25 minutes. The restaurant was only about half full the entire time. I got the attention of an employee and asked for water. They said they would bring us water but never did. A table next to us waited 15 plus minutes to even get acknowledged. The staff looked disheveled and unprofessional. Maybe it was a one off night, but my family and I will not be dining in again.
