My husband and I came to this pho spot because it clearly says online that they close at 10 PM. We arrived at 7:35 PM, plenty of time to eat or so we thought. The server came up to my husband and I six times in less than ten minutes, rushing us before we could even look at the menu. She was extremely pushy and made us feel uncomfortable from the start. When I finally asked what time they close, she rudely told us 8 PM, even though their online hours say otherwise. If you're going to close two hours earlier than advertised, at least update your information and don't make your customers feel unwelcome. Terrible service and terrible attitude. ORDERED: I've ordered the no. 1 a couple times and lately I ordered no. 4 and now it's my new favorite! The portions are pretty big so me and my husband could share one together. My husband and I have been here twice. I had their rare beef Pho and my husband had #68, which has crispy birds nest egg noodles, chicken, shrimp, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onions and a delicious sauce. We loved both!! The first time we came it was really busy more like 5pm. Today we came a 345 for late lunch/early dinner and we got seated right away. The staff is friendly and professional. I've lived in orange county my whole life and moved out here last year so I'm very happy to have finally found a more than decent vietnamese spot out here, specifically a pho spot. Service was good, and this spot seemed to be popular with other ethnicities My bf and I got the banh beo chen which was perfectly chewy with plenty of crushed shrimp on each one, the fried rice was well seasoned with very nice traditional flavors, and the seafood pho ap chao was good but I found the fried noodles to be too soggy and dense since they used boiled dry rice noodles instead of thick fresh rice noodles which is what I am used to. I've been meaning to post this review for some time...but, life has a way of getting in the way. So, I'm posting even though I only have one photo to share. But truly, one photo is all you need. I love pho, especially the beefy ones with rare steak, brisket, etc., they have so many to choose from. Pho Minh even has Bun Bo Hue....a richer soup made with beef and pork, that comes to the table already a little spicy, unlike pho...and man is it a treat! The service here is friendly, and the place is always busy with hungry customers. It's a simple place, nothing fancy, but it doesn't need to be...the food is great! We've been here two times in the last two weeks...next time I'll work on my check in...can I get a Yelp Elite badge for pho? Food was really tasty. Normally we order out. This time we decided to dine in. The condiments were dirty and very sticky to the touch. The restroom was filthy as well as the hallway leading to the bathroom. Server only came to table once to take our order. The pho came out within 5 minutes. Our daughter's meal took about 25 minutes. The restaurant was only about half full the entire time. I got the attention of an employee and asked for water. They said they would bring us water but never did. A table next to us waited 15 plus minutes to even get acknowledged. The staff looked disheveled and unprofessional. Maybe it was a one off night, but my family and I will not be dining in again. Maybe we will just order take out. Before that happens we will try some other Vietnamese restaurants first. read more

Excellent service and great food! Within 10 minutes of ordering our food, they were already serving it to us! The pho was absolutely delicious. We also got the bbq shrimp (5 for $3.99) and an egg roll ($2.75) as an appetizer. I ordered the bbq beef Banh Mi. It was very good but I think they need to find a smaller bread roll because it really was a lot of bread. I believe it was between $13 and $15 for the sandwich and a Thai tea which I thought was a great deal! Checked this place out after hearing a new Vietnamese spot opened up by the mall. It's located in the same area as Chick-fil-A. You can even see the sign of their building driving down Margarita. Parking is plenty. I came with my family, making us a party of 4, and we were seated immediately. For a newly opened business, they seemed to be decently busy for a weekday lunch. I was pretty surprised to have found banh beo on the menu! From living in the Bay, I know only a few locations even in South Bay that sell the dish so I didn't expect a spot here in Temecula to also offer it! I immediately added it to the order. It was super yummy and a great appetizer to share! I ordered the small vermicelli with sugarcane shrimp for myself. It was delicious altogether but the shrimp was a bit too salty by itself. Great to see new Pho restaurant in Temecula. Visit to newly opened Pho Minh was a nice afternoon treat. The place was redecorate and redesigned since the last Pho restaurant closed the business. It was sad to see them go but the new restaurant is a good replacement judging by the quality of food we tried today. The menu is well designed and offers ample variety of dishes. There are many meat options but there is vegetarian section as well so anyone can find some good food here. - I ordered my favourite vermicelli with assortment of meats (shrimp and pork). It was delicious, full of flavours and fresh ingredients. Their vermicelli noodle is one of the best I have tried in a long time. Also, julienne vegetables were spot on. - Pho soup was equally good, very fragrant and well balanced. The broth had delicate consistency and pleased our palettes. Best pho I've had around the IE area. The broth is so flavorful. Usually I have a hard time finding pho that doesn't give me an MSG headache. One size bowl but great portions. The salt & pepper shrimp is so crispy and bursting with flavor. Some of them can get a little oily from the oil piling on the bottom of the plate. They also add bell peppers and onions. They're always busy which I feel like says a lot about the place. They have a good flow when it does get busy with pick up orders checking out through an ipad. They're also very thorough in making sure you receive the right order. Definitely going to be a go to spot. read more

Appetizers were just ok (fried tofu being the best, veggie egg rolls were mushy and bbq pork spring rolls were just meh) so nothing impressive, also their smoothies were bland and the boba was hard. The pho was decent and probably the best part of our $75 for two dinner. It came in one size, but it was big enough to split it between the both of us. It needs more flavor, but I liked that it wasn't oily like some places are. It wasn't the best, but it also wasn't the worst. Walked in, greeted right away! The place is nicely decorated and pretty clean except for the fish sauce, but I'm nit picking at this point. The food was delicious and affordable as much stuff as I got. Hope I remember the correct names as I am in a food coma. We got big bone broth soup, tofu wrapped shrimp, steamed rice cake, and pho Tai with 2 Vietnamese coffees. $ 66 plus tip. Not to mention, the portions are no joke. I recently visited Pho Minh with my 13-year-old son, and unfortunately, it was an experience I won't be repeating. Our visit started off innocently enough, but quickly turned into a series of mess-ups on their part. We both ordered the Pho #18: Banh Nuroe (Rice Noodle Soup; No Meat). Things took a turn when our order was mistakenly delivered to the family sitting next to us. After eating a good portion of it they realized it was not their correct order and immediately notified the staff. It was actually our order that they received. The staff came and took away the two bowls of Pho and then brought them to our table. We began eating and shortly after, my son remarked that the Pho tasted different than usual. I tasted his and sure enough both our dishes tasted completely different even though we ordered the exact same soups off the menu. His had a strong sriracha flavor -- something we definitely hadn't ordered or added to it. It triggered me to ask the family next to us if they had added sriracha to the soups they were mistakenly given, started to eat and returned back. They said yes. I immediately alerted the staff about the situation, and while they seemed aware of the mix-up, their response was less than satisfactory. They offered to take the bowl back, but based on their attitude I asked that they leave it with us until they brought a fresh bowl because I was afraid that they were not going to bring us a new Pho and instead give us the same soup. They left the bowl behind and brought us a new Pho. There was no apology, there was no acknowledgement of any inconvenience. They brought us a new Pho and a to-go bag. What they did was absolutely gross. Things didn't get any better. After my son started eating the new Pho, which should have been only plain noodles, nothing else. He noticed a strange quarter size object in the soup which appeared to be some sort of seafood. I've attached pictures for reference, though I can't say for sure what it was, there should not have been any seafood in the Pho order. This experience was incredibly frustrating, particularly because my son has food allergies. Luckily to our knowledge not a seafood allergy, but we are familiar how dangerous food allergies can be. This situation could have been dangerous had he been allergic to seafood. A potential allergic reaction to seafood could have led to serious health risks. I'm disappointed that the restaurant failed again to ensure food safety and customer care. The lack of an apology or proper response was incredibly disappointing and disgusting. Given the multiple issues we faced, we will not be returning. read more

TL;DR currently one of the best pho restaurants in town to visit. Flavor is close to traditional, and service is consistent. The pho here has a nice southern vietnamese style flavor and does not have the essence of being watered down. The quantity of meat received is a lot and makes you feel like you received your money's worth. I have eaten here over 5 times, and every time, it is consistent and flavorful. The meat quality and quantity remain the same, as well as the broth flavoring. These are some issues I've had at other pho restaurants. The restaurant is nice. It's very simply laid out and does not feel crowded. There is a nice photo on the wall and it is comfortable overall. The staff is very nice and speaks English well. This is one of the best vietnamese restaurants in the area, in my opinion, and I'm sure glad we've found it. The place is in a large shopping center, so no worries about parking. Today is the third time we ate at Pho Minh in the last couple weeks. Couldn't get enough of their Beef Pho. We have had their Spring Rolls, Banh Khot and Banh Beo, and they are all very good and satisfying. And their prices are quite reasonable.
