I came here with relatives who live in the area, and they really enjoyed the food. This was my first visit, and the place was packed! The food was tasty and well prepared, with reasonable prices. Overall, we had a good experience and I'd be happy to come back.
My friends and I were in the mood for sushi and the place we came across ended up being closed. Right next door was Pho Minh and it was pretty busy inside, but we were seated right away. The staff were friendly and took our order after giving us some time to look over the menu. I was so torn on what I wanted to eat, but decided to get the eggs rolls as an appetizer. For my entree, I chose to do the Bahn mi special that includes a Thai iced tea or Vietnamese coffee and a Bahn mi sandwich for $13. I got the Thai iced tea which was delicious and creamy. The Bahn mi sandwich with beef was also so flavorful. It's a good size sandwich and I ended up eating most of it. Next time, I have to get the Pho!
Temecula is a bit of an odd place in terms of quality of food since it's been getting more and more traction / a lot of things are coming to this town. The ambience and service is textbook Vietnamese pho place vibes and it passed with flying colors in my book. The pho we got had an amazing quality of broth, and that is all I needed to know in terms of food quality for pho. I need to come back when I have a pho craving soon.
This is my first time to this establishment. The staff here is very friendly and tenitive to their customers. I order a #9 the broth was very tasteful and not to salty. The meat was lean and. Not as fatty as some other places. They have plenty of tables and can accommodate larger parties as well.
This was my third visit and the first time dining in. The atmosphere was quite nice for a Friday evening, and not packed with patrons but a constant flow of customers. Ordered the #3 and a #5, very surprised to receive our order in minutes, pipping hot in metal bowls! Lots of noodles and a generous portion of meats. The zoo was really delicious but the broth was little too sweet for my liking! On previous visits I ordered takeout and my selections were combo meals with rice and crispy appetizers. Great customer service and reasonable prices. Will definitely continue to visit and try some of their numerous entrees
Had my first visit here with a crew of coworkers. Apparently this place is normally pretty mellow on weekdays, but for our Thursday visit it was packed! The rain and cold weather made it an easy restaurant match for many of us.. Small location, but they utilize the space well for dine-in customers. The service was phenomenal! Greeted immediately upon entering, they managed to put a table together for our larger party. Our waitress got our orders down to a T, every plate/bowl came out perfectly. I found the combination fried rice was really good. Nice mix of flavors. The eggs rolls were a let down for our table, no one cared for the taste. One the other hand, the charbroiled pork spring rolls were a hit! If seeking an appetizer, you have found a pleasant choice.. I got a bowl of the chicken pho with the clear noodles. I kept it plain jane, didn't load up on extras. The flavor was still all there, and I was feeling good eating it.. Priced right at about $125 for our party of 5. With all of us having an entree and the couple appetizers we got, I wont complain.
Stopped by to get a meal before my concert and after studying for 5 hours. Slightly disappointed by the lack of greeting at the door as I walked in. I was met with blanks stares and then pointed to a table. The same young man took my order and was dismissive. A young girl brought me water and said not a word. Luckily the cashier ended up being very nice, so I didn't feel as bad. I got the Pho Tai with additional beef meatballs. Decent for a quick stop. Broth was slightly on the sweeter side. However, there was plenty of rare steak and meatballs, so that was good. Their stainless steel bowls keep the broth very hot, which is also a plus. They also had good chili oil, something I like to look forward to in a Vietnamese restaurant. Decor is your usual Vietnamese restaurant. Nothing too fancy, but it was cute.
A quaint Vietnamese spot in the middle of Temecula. Was looking for some comfort food after a day out visiting the wineries, and I was pleasantly surprised to stumble across this spot. The place was pretty full even for around 8 PM, but I was able to get a table quickly. I wasn't even planning to order Pho when I got there, but the smell in the air made me crave it. I wasn't expecting much but the Pho was pretty good, the broth had good flavor, and it was full of meat. The thit nuong didn't look like how I was used to, but it was actually quite delicious! I'd say to skip the nem nuong rolls and the tau hu ky and the chao tom though. It wasn't as good as the other dishes.
Service was quick and friendly. Just stopped by for quick bite. My wife and I split the 4 Fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce (i always mix mine with siracha to give it a bite). It was served with shredded lettuce, but we asked for Romaines leave to wrap in as is typical for fried rolls, and the were happy to satisfy our request. We then Had a Chicken Banh Mi sandwich. If you haven't had banh mi before, try one. The bread is on like a crunchy outside soft inside french roll. The give a good portion of meat and veggies. I asked for extra jalapenos on the side...again, no questions and no upcharge. Very satisified. Prices were very reasonable...under $8 for the sandwich! We will return again.
Some items are hit-or-miss. The menu is crazy wide with a bunch of different options, so you're bound to find something you like. For a place with phở in its name, I had high expectations for their phở. After giving it a try, I'm almost certain that the owners are not Vietnamese because my chicken phở didn't come with a side of fish sauce. CHICKEN PHỞ ALWAYS COMES WITH A SIDE OF FISH SAUCE. It's almost a crime not to include it, and the waiter looked at me funny when I asked for it. Weird. * #19 Chicken Phở: 6/10 - no fish sauce, and the broth wasn't very rich * #87 Assorted Grilled Meat & Vermicelli: 8/10 - good portion and nice variety of proteins and veggies The interior was nice, and they have a decent amount of seating. The parking lot has plenty of spaces, but I can definitely see it getting crowded at peak times like dinner. Not terrible, but probably not our first choice.
I can't believe after my last review 3 yeas ago, I have to come back and make an update that is quite different from the raving review I made originally. The food quality and taste has drastically changed for the worse. We hadn't been here in a while but decided to order today. I'm not sure if the cook has changed but everything we ordered was terrible. We ordered Pho with rare beef tendon and brisket....Bi cuon (pork/pork skin spring rolls)...Com tam suon bi cha (broken rice, grilled pork chop, pork egg loaf and shredded pork/pork skin) The issues: 1) All the meat in each dish we ordered didn't taste fresh and had a strange after taste. 2) The Pho was absolutely terrible! The broth was so dark and tasted SO SWEET!!! It literally tasted like Bo Kho (beef stew) Pho should not be that sweet. I'm not exaggerating either. I had to force myself to at least eat the noodles so I at least ate something. They also gave us no bean sprouts, basil, limes and jalapeños for the side garnishes. As I'm writing this review I can feel my stomach hurting as the Pho is settling inside. I am so upset about this!!!! 2) Bi cuon: Again, the meat didn't taste fresh. 3) Com Tam Suon Bi Cha: Meat not fresh, strong after taste. Also tasted like leftovers. Also, the amount of MSG is enormous and I'm trying to get it out of my system asap!!! Unfortunately this will be the last time we come here. I really hope you take into consideration everything I said as a Vietnamese person that knows how Vietnamese food should taste. My reviews are honest. When it was delicious you saw my original review. Now something drastically has changed and I hope you guys figure it out and fast.

There's some light decor to give it character, but nothing over-the-top, which honestly works in its favor. It lets the food speak for itself, and wow, does it speak loudly. The pho is the star here. The broth is deeply flavorful with a perfectly balanced profile--savory without being too salty, subtle spice, gentle sweetness, a touch of tang, and beautifully layered notes of mint and anise. It's the kind of broth you want to sip slowly because every spoonful tastes intentional and refined. The mixed grill meat pairs wonderfully with the noodles and fresh veggies, adding richness and texture that complements the pho rather than overpowering it. Everything feels well thought out and harmonious on the plate. The shrimp spring roll was fresh and delicious, with nicely cooked shrimp and crisp veggies. The peanut sauce had great flavor, though it leaned a bit on the salty side--but still enjoyable and far from a deal-breaker. Don't skip the Vietnamese coffee. It has the perfect strength and bold flavor--rich, smooth, and just the right amount of intensity to finish the meal strong. Beyond the food, the experience was solid all around. The restaurant was clean inside and out, with plenty of parking available in the shopping complex (a huge plus). Service was quick, accurate, and friendly--the servers were attentive, accommodating, and made the experience feel welcoming without hovering. Overall, this is the kind of place you'll keep coming back to--not for trendy aesthetics, but for consistently great food, efficient service, and a comfortable, no-nonsense dining experience. Still enjoying this family owned business serving authentic Vietnamese food in Temecula! Very comforting and all around good earnest food with a good amount of variety that showcases some of the lesser known dishes. I've noticed it has been getting busier and busier so may be a little bit of a wait depending on when you come.
This is our family's go-to Vietnamese restaurant in the Temecula/Murrieta area. After trying several other restaurants, this place has consistently had friendly service and quality food The food always comes out hot and fresh, especially their soups. I hate Pho, but my wife loves it, so this is on behalf of her. She said it's ranked right up there with some of her favorites from Orange County. Flavor profile was top notch. She said that she would be returning very soon, either to dine in, or just as an order pick up to eat later back at home. I personally think this place was an instant win, just based off the fact that they had sold root beer as a beverage. And not just any root beer, no it was Barqs root beer(My Favorite). Most places only ever carry that nasty A&W garbage. But I am sad to inform, that they failed to sell any form of an alcoholic beverage. It's 2024, and almost every place in my book should sell alcohol. Even Disney parks and Movie Theaters sell beer. One star deducted for not selling beer. Sorry. read more

In the area and looking for comfort food in Temecula. Found it!!! Nice place to have a meal. Very bright and open and the waiters were friendly and helpful. You feel very welcomed and satisfied when you leave. Food was absolutely out of this world!!! See pictures. Definitely coming back to have more of the delicious food. read more
Me and my husband are always having a craving for pho and this place really hits the spot! We've been coming here a lot lately so I finally decided to write a review... ORDERED: I've ordered the no. 1 a couple times and lately I ordered no. 4 and now it's my new favorite! The portions are pretty big so me and my husband could share one together. APPETIZERS: Spring roll was good just a bit tough and chewy on the outside. We recently tried no.85 which is band beo and that was really fun to eat. Well, I'm currently waiting for my food to come at the new Korean restaurant called SURA. It's here so I'll wrap this up now folks... Pho Minh will cute your craving for PHO PERIOD! Met my friend here for lunch and the minute we walked in, we could tell that this place was authentic. Big variety in the menu so we decided to share a couple of dishes. We really enjoyed the mini pancakes cause not a lot of Vietnamese restaurants offers this. Will definitely be my go to place for Vietnamese food. read more

I've been meaning to post this review for some time...but, life has a way of getting in the way. So, I'm posting even though I only have one photo to share. But truly, one photo is all you need. I love pho, especially the beefy ones with rare steak, brisket, etc., they have so many to choose from. Pho Minh even has Bun Bo Hue....a richer soup made with beef and pork, that comes to the table already a little spicy, unlike pho...and man is it a treat! The service here is friendly, and the place is always busy with hungry customers. It's a simple place, nothing fancy, but it doesn't need to be...the food is great! We've been here two times in the last two weeks...next time I'll work on my check in...can I get a Yelp Elite badge for pho? Oh, and if you get the chance try their wings...they are awesome! read more

So this pho place opened in the spot of our old favorite pho place and I was a little skeptical to go. Obviously I skimmed over their menu before going and realized they had bun Bo hue and banh knot sooooo I had to go! Everything was supppppeeerr delicious! Very flavorful! We ordered ALLOT! (I didn't appreciate the look the old man who brought us our food each Tim but eh whatever!) We met the owners and she was super kind! Everything we ordered Banh knot Bun Bo hue Pho special Grilled pork banh mi Com Bo luc lac Com tam dac biet I am a huge snob for bun bo hue and they had everything I wanted in the soup and more! read more

Checked this place out after hearing a new Vietnamese spot opened up by the mall. It's located in the same area as Chick-fil-A. You can even see the sign of their building driving down Margarita. Parking is plenty. I came with my family, making us a party of 4, and we were seated immediately. For a newly opened business, they seemed to be decently busy for a weekday lunch. I was pretty surprised to have found banh beo on the menu! From living in the Bay, I know only a few locations even in South Bay that sell the dish so I didn't expect a spot here in Temecula to also offer it! I immediately added it to the order. It was super yummy and a great appetizer to share! I ordered the small vermicelli with sugarcane shrimp for myself. It was delicious altogether but the shrimp was a bit too salty by itself. Service was also very attentive! I know my family who lives here will be frequenting this place as their new go-to Vietnamese restaurant! read more
UPDATE! Finally made it to the brick and mortar. It did not disappoint. You know the quality of a restaurant when it's packed on a Friday night. The service was so friendly and quick. The food comes out almost as fast as you put it in. The restaurant has spaced out seating and nice lighting so it's a good spot for date night. read more

Great to see new Pho restaurant in Temecula. Visit to newly opened Pho Minh was a nice afternoon treat. The place was redecorate and redesigned since the last Pho restaurant closed the business. It was sad to see them go but the new restaurant is a good replacement judging by the quality of food we tried today. The menu is well designed and offers ample variety of dishes. There are many meat options but there is vegetarian section as well so anyone can find some good food here. - I ordered my favourite vermicelli with assortment of meats (shrimp and pork). It was delicious, full of flavours and fresh ingredients. Their vermicelli noodle is one of the best I have tried in a long time. Also, julienne vegetables were spot on. - Pho soup was equally good, very fragrant and well balanced. The broth had delicate consistency and pleased our palettes. Highly recommended and we will be regular customers at this new Pho restaurant. read more
Service was phenomenal (I tipped 25%) just because the guy waiting on us was so patient and helpful. Appetizers were just ok (fried tofu being the best, veggie egg rolls were mushy and bbq pork spring rolls were just meh) so nothing impressive, also their smoothies were bland and the boba was hard. The pho was decent and probably the best part of our $75 for two dinner. It came in one size, but it was big enough to split it between the both of us. It needs more flavor, but I liked that it wasn't oily like some places are. It wasn't the best, but it also wasn't the worst. I'd give it another shot and try something new if in the area again! read more

Walked in, greeted right away! The place is nicely decorated and pretty clean except for the fish sauce, but I'm nit picking at this point. The food was delicious and affordable as much stuff as I got. Hope I remember the correct names as I am in a food coma. We got big bone broth soup, tofu wrapped shrimp, steamed rice cake, and pho Tai with 2 Vietnamese coffees. $ 66 plus tip. Not to mention, the portions are no joke. Could not finish anything was full, and now I'm regretting my choices. Try it it's good, flavorful, and the team there is nice and helpful. Oh I forgot tofu spring rolls lol. read more

Excellent service and great food! Within 10 minutes of ordering our food, they were already serving it to us! The pho was absolutely delicious. We also got the bbq shrimp (5 for $3.99) and an egg roll ($2.75) as an appetizer. I ordered the bbq beef Banh Mi. It was very good but I think they need to find a smaller bread roll because it really was a lot of bread. I believe it was between $13 and $15 for the sandwich and a Thai tea which I thought was a great deal! Overall our meal for two people came to just under $40 (without tip) so their pricing is really good! We'll definitely be back. read more

TL;DR currently one of the best pho restaurants in town to visit. Flavor is close to traditional, and service is consistent. The pho here has a nice southern vietnamese style flavor and does not have the essence of being watered down. The quantity of meat received is a lot and makes you feel like you received your money's worth. I have eaten here over 5 times, and every time, it is consistent and flavorful. The meat quality and quantity remain the same, as well as the broth flavoring. These are some issues I've had at other pho restaurants. The restaurant is nice. It's very simply laid out and does not feel crowded. There is a nice photo on the wall and it is comfortable overall. The staff is very nice and speaks English well. I haven't had any issues ordering here, nor ever had bad service. Overall I would recommend this place if you are looking to try pho or want a consistent spot! read more

I recently visited Pho Minh with my 13-year-old son, and unfortunately, it was an experience I won't be repeating. Our visit started off innocently enough, but quickly turned into a series of mess-ups on their part. We both ordered the Pho #18: Banh Nuroe (Rice Noodle Soup; No Meat). Things took a turn when our order was mistakenly delivered to the family sitting next to us. After eating a good portion of it they realized it was not their correct order and immediately notified the staff. It was actually our order that they received. The staff came and took away the two bowls of Pho and then brought them to our table. We began eating and shortly after, my son remarked that the Pho tasted different than usual. I tasted his and sure enough both our dishes tasted completely different even though we ordered the exact same soups off the menu. His had a strong sriracha flavor -- something we definitely hadn't ordered or added to it. It triggered me to ask the family next to us if they had added sriracha to the soups they were mistakenly given, started to eat and returned back. They said yes. I immediately alerted the staff about the situation, and while they seemed aware of the mix-up, their response was less than satisfactory. They offered to take the bowl back, but based on their attitude I asked that they leave it with us until they brought a fresh bowl because I was afraid that they were not going to bring us a new Pho and instead give us the same soup. They left the bowl behind and brought us a new Pho. There was no apology, there was no acknowledgement of any inconvenience. They brought us a new Pho and a to-go bag. What they did was absolutely gross. Things didn't get any better. After my son started eating the new Pho, which should have been only plain noodles, nothing else. He noticed a strange quarter size object in the soup which appeared to be some sort of seafood. I've attached pictures for reference, though I can't say for sure what it was, there should not have been any seafood in the Pho order. This experience was incredibly frustrating, particularly because my son has food allergies. Luckily to our knowledge not a seafood allergy, but we are familiar how dangerous food allergies can be. This situation could have been dangerous had he been allergic to seafood. A potential allergic reaction to seafood could have led to serious health risks. I'm disappointed that the restaurant failed again to ensure food safety and customer care. The lack of an apology or proper response was incredibly disappointing and disgusting. Given the multiple issues we faced, we will not be returning. read more
