Vegan dish I asked for Tofu and vegetables and they were able to accommodate. It was so good!

The food, service, and ambience here are really good. The food was amazing! The service was really quick. And it was peaceful, there wasn't many people aside from someone coming to get carry out. If you haven't tried this place you should. They accommodate if you can only have certain things (Vegan) and it's super good and fresh.

Place looks pretty empty and dead inside, but be happy that there's actually good and authentic Vietnamese foods here. Temecula is a cute old town with lots of restaurant choices. Not far from hotels and the Pechanga Hotel Casino. Jefferson Ave stretches pretty far. If you stay near Hibachi Buffet or Holiday Inn Express, Saigon Noodle House is walkable, just down a block and right across the street. Pork and shrimp vermicelli dish was delicious in taste. Typical Vietnamese flavors. Special Pho bowl was served in a square looking bowl. Interesting. Clean and bright inside. There wasn't any other customers dining inside after 5:30 pm while we were there on a Saturday night. Staffs really appreciated having us as customers and they are passionate about making their foods look good and taste good. The lady there was very friendly. $18 for Pho is considered a bit pricey than most, but it's Temecula, so driving a bit further out here is worth the trip. Nothing much happens here. Very quiet. It's not an area with lots of Vietnamese people. Authentic foods are pretty good. One stop is good enough.

I have many dislikes about this place and I have many likes as well. The service is the main reason for lower stars. Every time I'm here the owner lady, who's older, always gets my order wrong. She's very nice but she's always missing a few things I ask for. For example like the sauces or a cup of ice to go with my canned diet coke or my steamed sprouts or sometimes just an entire dish. I think she needs help. Her and her husband I presume are the only 2 there. The food is hit or miss. The pho is bland and the noodles are pasty most times. I usually order stir fry egg noodles. The flavor is pretty good. The grilled pork stuff isn't kicking and screaming with flavor. The nuc mam sauce is sort of bland. I think their stir fry stuff is slightly better than the other types of dishes. All the food are ok with the exception of 1 or 2 dishes that are really good. This place is ok and the owners are very nice. They are pretty fast with their orders.

The place is a bit outdated, but the Pho is excellent. My favorite Pho spot (in San Diego) closed due to COVID and I've been searching for a new place. After eating/searching several location I found my new Pho spot. I also tried a cold cut sandwich. The bread was a bit hard and the meats really had no flavor. The spring rolls (in the pic) were really good. I hope it was a one time thing. Also, the peanut sauce really isn't peanut sauce. I will be back for sure.

Best pho in inland valley!!! Get the squid tempura! Hard to believe any negative reviews on here. If you want great food, come here.

Great family owned Vietnamese restaurant. We stopped in the other night for some pho. There was a man and woman running the place, and they were very sweet. The menu has lots of options, they even have Bun ba Hue on Sundays. I ordered the Pho Thai Nam, my boys stuck with the pho ga. The spring rolls were tasty, both the fresh and the fried. The service was fast and friendly.

Spring Roll appetizer...LOVE the dipping sauce!

A quaint local spot with a very nice and welcoming older woman and man. Lots of seating and ample parking. It wasn't busy when we arrived, but as soon we got our Spring Roll appetizer more guests began trickling in (several to-go orders). Ordered the brisket and flank #11 pho - it was flavorful and not oily. The broth helped warm us up on a cold and rainy Winter day. Will be coming back to try their banh mi...

Before entering the building we were already rushed to have a seat and place our orders. Food came out in a decent amount of time, the main issue was the service after receiving our orders. The servers never came back out to check on us, wasn't offered any drink refills or anything. Once we finished our meal, we waited about 20-30 mins for the bill till finally we had to yell "HELLO!" at the cashiers desk to get someone's attention from the back kitchen. A few other customers had entered the building as well with no greeting from the staff and ended up seating themselves. One couple actually got up and grabbed their OWN menus and had to shout for a waiter to come out from the back kitchen as well. The food was OK, but unfortunately this wouldn't be a place we will be returning to.

Located right near the freeway but had plenty of shared parking. When we went in we were greeted right away. Small dining area with a few tables. There was a diner and take out orders. I ordered boat noodles, Lao style papaya salad (som-tum), kawneaw-mooping. The boat noodles were good, but no tripe included. Very thick and potent. Flavors were good. They have spice options and also have a spice rack if you need more spice. The som-tum most likely comes Thai style but I requested Lao style which they accommodated to. I got the spiciest level but it wasn't that spicy to me. The pork skewers that came with sticky rice was well flavored and had that smoky charred grilled taste which was nice.

I found Pho Ha #1 on my trusty yelp app and saw that they opened until midnight on Saturday's. The friendly male staff greeted us and seated our party immediately. The menu was really large and diverse. We started off with summer rolls which were yummy and we each order bowls of pho. I opted for the combo large pho which was packed with proteins and the broth was temperature hot and really hit the spot after all the wonderful wine tasting at Doffo winery. Service by the entire staff was solid and friendly. My friends were impressed with the food, and I would certainly return here again in the future.

A short 15-minute drive brought us to The Dumpling House, where diners were already waiting both inside and outside. We added our name to the list at the bar (about 7-9 parties ahead of us) and were seated surprisingly quickly. Once at the table, we ordered generously--soup dumplings, BBQ pork buns, shumai, beef and broccoli, and still more dumplings. Everything was outstanding. The dumplings and other dim sum items are made fresh in-house, which really shows in both the texture and flavor. They were so good we left almost nothing behind. Looking back, we probably should have left at that point, but our kids were already starving. Once our food arrived, we still had to flag down a server just to get our drinks and utensils. The drinks eventually came, but the utensils never did we ended up getting them ourselves. We never had an assigned waiter just multiple people bringing our dishes. I came here craving soup after being sick and ordered the pork soon tofu, while my wife ordered the bulgogi. The meat in both dishes was noticeably tough and difficult to chew compared to other Korean tofu restaurants we've visited. Because I wasn't feeling well, I couldn't fully taste the food, but my wife and daughter both immediately noticed that the bulgogi tasted sour. When we brought it to the staff's attention, they kindly offered to replace the meat, so we requested teriyaki chicken instead. Unfortunately, another serving of bulgogi was brought out instead. By that point, my wife and daughter had already finished eating and gone to the car, so I simply asked for it to be boxed up. After getting home, we decided to throw it away because we didn't feel comfortable taking a chance on meat that tasted off. The side dishes also didn't seem fresh, which matched what I had seen mentioned in other reviews. While I can't say for certain what caused the sour taste, it left us without confidence in the meal. Another thing worth mentioning is that there was no air conditioning on a very hot summer day, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy a steaming bowl of soup. Also, the dishes were served on hot plates, but nothing arrived sizzling or boiling the way you would normally expect at a Korean tofu restaurant. I genuinely want local family-owned restaurants to succeed, which is why writing this review isn't easy. Every restaurant can have an off day, and hopefully that's what happened here. Unfortunately, this visit didn't meet our expectations, and based on our experience, I'd encourage others to use their own judgment when deciding to dine here.
