    Rare steak pho
    Jasmin Lalani F.

Finally found a place where I can sit down, enjoy lunch, and get some work done on my iPad without feeling rushed or uncomfortable. The restaurant is immaculate -- seriously, 10/10 clean -- and that's a big deal for me because I cannot stand eating in places that feel even a little dirty. This spot is spotless and has such a calm, relaxing vibe. My pho came out in under 3 minutes, which shocked me in the best way. I had a special request for only rare meat, and they honored it perfectly -- and not only that, they gave me a LOT of meat. As someone who prioritizes protein in every meal, that made me so happy. Overall, amazing service, super clean environment, fast food, and generous portions. Definitely my new go-to lunch spot!

Great food and great service. I love how efficient everything is. The waiters are on top of it and remember my dietary restrictions.

Really nice clean interior, tastefully furnished with lots of seating available The employees were quick to get us seated and get our orders taken, not really attentive after that but we didn't need much anyways Had to try this place again because we heard it was under new management and the food was steps up from what it was previously to which my boyfriend and I have to agree We got the bun bo hue and special pho, both came out relatively quickly with a lot of side veggies and lots of meat, I really appreciated that the bun bo hue had pork hock and pork blood as well because many places won't go through the hassle of including those

Walking into this place, I was genuinely impressed. The interior is beautiful--super modern with a great color palette and big TVs. It honestly might be one of the nicest-looking pho shops I've ever stepped into. I really wanted the pho to match the vibe, but it just didn't hit for me. From the first sip, I could tell the broth wasn't as rich or beefy as I like. It had a bit of sweetness but lacked the depth and spice I usually crave in a good bowl. On the bright side, the staff was awesome--super friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was an okay experience. Not bad, but not something I'd rush back for.

I came here on a rainy day. I got seated right away and I got my food within a good time. The food was good and what I was craving. Inside is clean. Prices are kind of pricey, I paid around $24 for my meal: pho bo vien and iced coffee. The receipt I got was not itemized

Nothing like a hot bowl of Pho on a 100 degree day. Good thing Pho Tho has good air conditioning. We have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile and decided to try it for lunch. It is conveniently located not far off the 215 on Murrieta Hot Springs. It is a spacious restaurant situated in a strip plaza with a lot of parking. We are shown to a booth and water to our table within seconds. With menu's in hand we both opt for the shrimp spring rolls and chicken pho. Before we know it our lunch is table side ready to be doctored and enjoyed. Spring rolls are pretty large and the peanut sauce is some of the best we have experienced in the area. The pho is extremely delicious with many fresh ingredients. The broth is flavorful with real hunks of chicken and oodles of noodles. Again, some of the best we have experienced in the area. Service is outstanding complete with smiles and never did our water glass reach empty. Price is on point with other Pho establishments and they also offer 30% off from 4-8 pm M-Th. Our visit to Pho Tho was 5 stars. We will be back.

I hate leaving reviews that aren't at least 4 stars, and I feel bad, but this is honestly the worst pho I've ever had. Undercooked noodles, bland broth, chicken is so overcooked that it's chewy and rough. The employees were nice and it's clean in here. That's the plus side. Also, they didn't have a single seafood pho on the menu. Weird. This pho is terrible. I won't be back. :.(

    Beautiful interior!

Great food! I have been to 100+ pho restaurants and this is easily in my top 5 of all time. The taste of the broth is perfect, noodle were perfect, meat quality is great. The presentation on the spring rolls was nice and they gave very generous portions for everything including sides of white onions an beef oil. 10/10 would recomend, i literally texted multiple friends and told them about this place during the meal. Its also very nice inside! They have the quality and authentic taste of a small mom and pop shop in west minster but the inside decor of an upscale spot. Usually the nicer looking pho places dont taste as good/authentic but this place has both a beautiful interior and great taste! The waitress was very nice and service was great, everything came out extremely fast!

They had already messed up by selling A&W Root Beer, and I hate that variation of the drink. They had also messed up by not making my wife's, nor anybody else's pho correct. It had tasted super bland from what I had tried. Had barely any flavor. Their water had tasted as if it came from the tap. You could taste the iron. Service was very poor. While quite quick and efficient on bringing items out to the table, there also was a side of poor attitude coming from our waitress. We had asked how her day was going, and immediately got the cold shoulder. The main male host who initially greeted us upon arrival was nice, but that main girl was not friendly. Nor at any point did anyone come and check to see how our meal was going. No, they only had made an appearance when the check was presented, while simultaneously hovering over to see if I would give him a tip. All stars deducted.

This place deserves higher ratings. Very flavorful broth, delicious fried egg rolls, and some of the best Thai iced Tea I've had in a while. Cozy booths, relaxing music, extremely fast service. Very comforting after a long day soaking at Murietta hot springs!

I took my Father last night to this place. As we walked in a man was seating us. My Father asked for us to sit in a booth further way from a door. it was cold, so I think you get the idea. The man seemed pretty upset that he had to seat us further than where he had planned. He mentioned afterwards that the door does not open. Now how were we supposed to know that? The food was good although the service was subpar. We were even served warm water with a lime slice in it. Apparently, it upset that man so much that someone served us warm water instead of iced water. I don't think they'd intentionally sabotage our food, but then they did mention that we had to pay an additional 3% if we paid by card. We paid with cash instead. Sad.

Place is has nice decor and the food and menus are great but the customer service sucks. Both times I've been here, it's been the same girl with bad vibes and no friendly customers service.

This was our first time eating @ Pho Tho but we've eaten at 100's of Vietnamese restaurants so were not new to Vietnamese cuisine. The restaurant only had 2 tables with customers, including us. Every time we visit a new Vietnamese restaurant, we always order the same items to gauge the food. My go to is the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork, shrimp and egg roll. The portions were very small and the tiny pieces of grilled pork was red. It reminded me of Tocino and tasted like it. Which is cured pork. The fried lemon grass chicken, was ok. The chicken was over cooked, it was too dry. Also, we ordered Pho, which was the better of the other two choices. The broth was delicious.
