I had to travel one hour to pick up something at this Target and was hungry for lunch. This restaurant didn't have anything that was vegan, but Alex was nice enough to talk to the cooks to cook me up some steamed tofu, rice and veggies. It's interesting how they have a little robot to assist in bringing the food to the table, but I can see why. Because the bowls of soup are filled to the brim, it helps ensure no spillage and the heat to the hands in carrying it is eliminated. So smart! Nevertheless, Alex was the only wait staff and he was shuffling around helping the whole restaurant like a pro!!! He lended me his wifi so I could transfer money from accounts to pay on Apple Pay and told me it's a small family owned business. It is located right next to Target (between the optometrist & fish tacos) in Lake Elsinore, it's not much to look at from the outside, but full of heart on the inside! Thank you Alex for accommodating me! read more

They charged me for make your own and when I ordered the steak. Which I guess I just saw they ring it up so just heads up on that. Lots of noodles not glass but tons of noodles good meat without a bunch of fat. Broth was a seven out of 10 but not bad at all. I would come back again. The highlight though was the Vietnamese coffee was fantastically tasty! So I'm glad I have another place for that that's within the area. So all in all I spent like 30 bucks for a large and a Vietnamese coffee. Kind of pricey but probably about the normal right now. read more

Super delicious early dinner last night. Hit the spot after a day at the pool and halfway home to LA. We ordered the shrimp fresh spring rolls and the pork and shrimp vermecelli noodles with egg roll. Everything was ON POINT. So fresh, so good. Wish we had this place in LA. The value was appreciated. Loved the dishes used too - v chic! Washed it down with a Sunkist...yum! Service was friendly and loved the robot helper :) read more

Gave this place a 2nd try, but this time it was a dine-in experience on a Thursday evening. I was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service. Hubby and I tried to order using the QR code provided at each table. That was a mess. We just ended up placing our order with a server. I ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls. Hubby ordered the garlic fried rice and salt and pepper chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly. They came out hot, crispy, and tender. I liked that they left the tips on flats. The spice on the chicken was good, not too overpowering. The fried rice wasn't my favorite. It had bit of an off taste that I couldn't pin point. The pork in the spring roll was tasty and had a fire grilled flavor. It was better than the shrimp spring roll. The peanut dipping sauce was savory and complimented the each of the rolls. read more

Our new favorite pho spot! Amazing food, great service, and a clean restaurant. Absolutely love coming here for their pho, Bành Mì, and can't forget the spicy edamame read more

I wanted to try this spot because I am closer to Pho Neighbors on the other side of town. I say they're both equally as good when it comes to taste. What makes this place different is that they have menus on each table where you can scan and order your food to your table by a touch of a button. So that means that you don't have to wait for staff to order your food, you can simply do it online. I think it's really convenient to have that ability in the restaurant. The staff was really nice and always checked on you. The atmosphere in there is pretty chill, nothing fancy. In addition, you can get free hot tea with your order. read more

I usually don't leave a review, and I'm not even one to send food back if it's incorrect, however I must this time because there was a bug sitting right on top of my spring roll. I had eaten an entire one already. I see they have pretty good reviews but I cannot overlook this. read more

The pho was amazing and such big portions too I usually finish everything and I didn't make it half way with this one. I would come back again for the tai tea alone it was delicious not too sweet. The service was great and very helpful. Plus they're showing the World Cup games. The vibe is so chill and relaxing in here I had never stepped in before. Great little pho spot! Right when we entered we were greeted and seated right away. By far one of the most efficient places I have been to in a while. You simply sit down, scan a QR code, order your food on the app, and a robot server brings your food. Food: Ordered the Chili Oil wontons and definitely highly recommend! So much flavor. Hands down one of the best pho broths I have had in this area. Overall I recommend this place! read more

I must say I was impressed! Wife wanted this because she saw it on social media. It was a 30 minute drive each way, but she convinced me. Nothing super fancy about the place at first glance, and that's not a bad thing. Very homey. But they have a high tech robot that was delivering food to tables . You order as you go from your phone which was kinda cool. Didn't have to keep the server standing there while I couldn't decide. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was as good as the other yelp reviews say. We had many things and they were all really great! Fried rice, spring rolls, chili oil wontons, and wife had some pho. No complaints! Even my 4-year-old chomped her food. The drive is long (and Waze took us through some interesting neighborhoods) but don't be thwarted, we'll be back! Oh and on top of it the price was not bad at all! read more

I was very impressed by their food, prices and portions. I had the Pho Seafood and a little of the Fried Fish Roll. Normally I eat fast but this was so good I had to take my time to savor it. Not only was the food really good but I was very impressed by the fancy dishes, plenty of nice napkins, and their bathrooms were very clean. This tells me the owners really care about their restaurant. Looking forward to next time. read more

We enjoyed our lunch at Pho Ngon. We scored a parking place right in front and had our choice of table when we entered the restaurant. Attentive service with a big smile, water and hard copy menus to the table. We order the shrimp spring rolls to start and pho for our main course. Wife gets chicken pho and I go off script and order meatball pho. Spring rolls with peanut sauce are brought to the table by our server but the bowls of pho are delivered by the robot waiter. Spring rolls are fresh and peanut sauce is flavorful. It was a wonderful starter. We really enjoyed the pho. The broth is really flavorful and honestly needs no doctoring up with sauces. Pho has plenty of noodles and protein along with cilantro and some other herbs that make this soup pop. Hell, we were even impressed with the to go container. It was wide enough that soup did not spill all over the table. We see why Pho Ngon rates great reviews. It really is that good. We should know because we are pho aficionados, don't you know. read more

This is our favorite Pho restaurant! The family who work here and own the place are the absolute best so kind and hospitable. The food is delicious. I really love adding the tendon and my husband loves the combination with ribs. They also have great fried tofu, egg rolls, and the chili wonton dumplings are amazing. Honestly, I highly recommend everything here and the thai iced tea just makes the meal even better. Check it out when you can. read more

My new go to pho place in Lake Elsinore!! The pho is delicious and the restaurant is clean. I'm a bit of an introvert so I appreciate that you can order your food through a QR code and pay through your phone when done. You can still order and pay the traditional way but I prefer the QR code. They also have a cute robot that brings the food out! Highly recommend! read more

The woman that greeted me in the store was so nice very amicable and really wanted me to feel at home and her restaurant. She was very fast and taking my order and bringing me my beer while I waited for my mea. They have a nice selection of Asian beers from all over Asia. Japan, Taiwan, China, Thailand. I ordered their egg rolls which were really really good. Mother approved and their tendon Pho. The only thing I would say is that it needed a little bit more tendon inside of my bowl . I felt like they really skimped . Other than that, it was good I would go back again and give them another shot to see if they have a little bit more tendon in my next order . OVERALL I WOULD GIVE THEM A 4.7 just not a perfect 5 read more

My absolute favorite place in Elsinore! I come here several times a month because the pho here really is that good. It's gotten to the point where the people working know my name with all the takeout orders I have done lol. The pho is so good, I usually get the rare steak, but also really enjoy the brisket pho as well. And the quality of the food is great, whether you eat in the restaurant or have it as takeout, it will always be consistently amazing. Generous portions as well. The restaurant is always clean, and the service is always great. The people working here are so nice and generous, I will always go here! No matter if it's cold and rainy or a hot summer day, you can always find me here for some delicious pho! read more

After my eye appointment at the optometry office next door, I stopped by Pho Ngon for lunch. Even though it's out in Riverside County, I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the pho tasted. They offered a variety of options, including noodles, spring rolls, rice dishes, and more. The restaurant was clean, and they even had a robotic machine that delivered soup to the table. You could either take it yourself or, as in our case, one of the servers helped since the soup was hot. Ordering and payment were done entirely online at the table, which made the process very efficient. They also accept cash if you prefer or payment at the register. The restaurant is located in a large plaza with plenty of parking, right near Target. The ambiance was casual and no-frills, making it a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal. read more

So this place has a lot of potential and I was hoping you would be great because we really need a good pho place in Lake Elsinore, I had ordered a pork banh mi, shaken, beef and rice, and their combo pho. The plate of herbs they had brought out was so skimmed that I had literally too basil on my stem. Pork in the sandwich had no flavor like nothing in there had flavor. The Pho was just OK I did not feel like it had all the flavors in aroma of a good bowl of PHO. The shaken beef rice plate was the best thing we had. read more
