This restaurant didn't have anything that was vegan, but Alex was nice enough to talk to the cooks to cook me up some steamed tofu, rice and veggies. It's interesting how they have a little robot to assist in bringing the food to the table, but I can see why. Because the bowls of soup are filled to the brim, it helps ensure no spillage and the heat to the hands in carrying it is eliminated. So smart! Nevertheless, Alex was the only wait staff and he was shuffling around helping the whole restaurant like a pro!!! He lended me his wifi so I could transfer money from accounts to pay on Apple Pay and told me it's a small family owned business. It is located right next to Target (between the optometrist & fish tacos) in Lake Elsinore, it's not much to look at from the outside, but full of heart on the inside! They charged me for make your own and when I ordered the steak. Which I guess I just saw they ring it up so just heads up on that. Lots of noodles not glass but tons of noodles good meat without a bunch of fat. Broth was a seven out of 10 but not bad at all. I would come back again. The highlight though was the Vietnamese coffee was fantastically tasty! So I'm glad I have another place for that that's within the area. Gave this place a 2nd try, but this time it was a dine-in experience on a Thursday evening. I was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service. Hubby and I tried to order using the QR code provided at each table. That was a mess. We just ended up placing our order with a server. I ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls. Hubby ordered the garlic fried rice and salt and pepper chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly. They came out hot, crispy, and tender. I liked that they left the tips on flats. The spice on the chicken was good, not too overpowering. The fried rice wasn't my favorite. It had bit of an off taste that I couldn't pin point. Great little pho spot! Right when we entered we were greeted and seated right away. By far one of the most efficient places I have been to in a while. I must say I was impressed! Wife wanted this because she saw it on social media. It was a 30 minute drive each way, but she convinced me. Nothing super fancy about the place at first glance, and that's not a bad thing. Very homey. But they have a high tech robot that was delivering food to tables . You order as you go from your phone which was kinda cool. Didn't have to keep the server standing there while I couldn't decide. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was as good as the other yelp reviews say. We had many things and they were all really great! Fried rice, spring rolls, chili oil wontons, and wife had some pho. No complaints! This is our favorite Pho restaurant! The family who work here and own the place are the absolute best so kind and hospitable. The food is delicious. I really love adding the tendon and my husband loves the combination with ribs. They also have great fried tofu, egg rolls, and the chili wonton dumplings are amazing. We enjoyed our lunch at Pho Ngon. We scored a parking place right in front and had our choice of table when we entered the restaurant. Attentive service with a big smile, water and hard copy menus to the table. We order the shrimp spring rolls to start and pho for our main course. Wife gets chicken pho and I go off script and order meatball pho. Spring rolls with peanut sauce are brought to the table by our server but the bowls of pho are delivered by the robot waiter. Spring rolls are fresh and peanut sauce is flavorful. It was a wonderful starter. We really enjoyed the pho. The broth is really flavorful and honestly needs no doctoring up with sauces. Pho has plenty of noodles and protein along with cilantro and some other herbs that make this soup pop. Hell, we were even impressed with the to go container. The woman that greeted me in the store was so nice very amicable and really wanted me to feel at home and her restaurant. She was very fast and taking my order and bringing me my beer while I waited for my mea. They have a nice selection of Asian beers from all over Asia. Japan, Taiwan, China, Thailand. I ordered their egg rolls which were really really good. Mother approved and their tendon Pho. The only thing I would say is that it needed a little bit more tendon inside of my bowl . I felt like they really skimped . Other than that, it was good I would go back again and give them another shot to see if they have a little bit more tendon in my next order . OVERALL I WOULD GIVE THEM A 4.7 just not a perfect 5 read more

My absolute favorite place in Elsinore! I come here several times a month because the pho here really is that good. It's gotten to the point where the people working know my name with all the takeout orders I have done lol. The pho is so good, I usually get the rare steak, but also really enjoy the brisket pho as well.
