The first time, I came in, the waiter (young man) was very aloof and did not give good vibes as a waiter. I felt he was unapproachable at times. The second time, I had a wonderful waitress. She greeted me when I came in. She also made sure to ask if everything was okay and she also came over to make sure the fried egg that I ordered a la carte to go with my grilled chicken broken rice plate was added. Food is great! We had an order of crispy egg rolls-delicious, chicken wings- so fresh and crispy and flavorful, and each tried a different option of pho. Everything was 10/10 and the service was great- everyone was kind and frequently checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Boiling Pho could very well make the best pho in Temecula. We have pretty much visited all restaurants in the area that make pho and this soup was pretty spectacular. Service was top notch as well. Servers were attentive, pleasant and expedient which added to the dining experience. We ordered shrimp spring rolls to share and both ordered the pho ga. The spring rolls were fresh with just the right amount of shrimp, lettuce and herbs. The peanut sauce was very flavorful but not overpowering so that we could enjoy the fresh spring rolls. The chicken pho came out hot with lots of chicken and oodles of rice noodles. The broth was very flavorful, some of the best I have ever tasted. We have come to enjoy researching and visiting pho restaurants. Boiling Pho might just have made our top 5 on our all time favorite Vietnamese restaurants. We will be back. Food was good but not as amazing as I thought it would be. This is our first time to come here since we want to try a different Pho restaurant in our area. We ordered the crispy egg rolls and the combination Pho, both were decent, a little better than we previously had but not as I've expected it to be. Pretty good pho for the area but if you had to compare to a pho restaurant in OC or more densely viet population it's meh. Pros - pho is served in bowls that retain heat thus broth is piping hot. Protein is fresh. Cons - broth not as tasty. Veges on the side were wilted and not fresh read more

Our office ordered lunch today from here because I heard through other friends that it was delicious. Mo st of us ordered pho a few ordered the beef ribs along with some Thai teas. The pho was pho-nomenal (see what Idid there ) from the broth to the meats so tender and juicy! Nice generous portions too. Everyone loved what they got. I think this might be my new favorite pho place! Can't wait to order again and try one of the other amazing looking items on the menu. I really love the pho here, the broth is so savory. It has a good amount of fat on the top that keeps me coming back for more. The noodles have a good texture to it. The staff here are super attentive and so kind. They make sure that you don't wait too long for a table and always asks if you're enjoying the experience. Johnny, the owner, is an incredible guy and truly cares about what he does. His food is absolutely delicious. I think the woman was the owner she came and checked on everyone was so nice and pleasant she helped us also packing our soup to go because I ordered way too much but now have dinner. Honestly hands down the best shaken beef I've had in a long.time. the meat so tender you dont need teeth. The flavor was really good. Soup broth was rich and I didnt need to put a ton of fish sauce or hot sauce in because I didnt want to ruin the taste. Today was opening day for this cute little spot. Upon entering, it had a nice ambiance and was very clean. It is small so seating could be an issue if they get busy which I think they will be. We ordered appetizers. Potstickers and salt and pepper tofu. They were both very delicious! I ordered a number 5 rare steak and fatty brisket, my daughter ordered just noodles and soup and my youngest had kids pho. I always rate my pho on the broth. The broth was good and rich with beef flavor. The noodles were just right. We also had the milk tea boba. I've been waiting months for this place to open since we lack pho on the outside of town. As for appetizers, we rotate between the crispy egg rolls and fried calamari steak! Both of which are very very delicious! My fiancée always gets the #1 combination pho and I almost always order the #25 combination rice vermicelli with a side of pho broth! I usually order my to go Vietnamese food from Pho Minh but I keep passing by this spot and decided to give it a go today. Didn't really see any reviews about delivery which I felt was risky but I didn't really want to go out to eat lunch today because my cat hasn't been feeling well so I'm keeping an eye on her. Everything was packed with care which tells me this place really cares about their food. I ordered the combination pho, bbq pork banh mi (for hubby to take to work), and salt/pepper fried tofu based on a review that said it was a must try. I'm always weary of fried tofu being soggy and overly breaded but their fried tofu is so good-it might be my new favorite! Not overly breaded, perfectly seasoned, and there were crunchy bits on it. It was just missing the jalapeños..The pho was delicious even to go! The portion was huge and I still had some broth leftover for the rest of the soup I didn't finish. My only complaint is there wasn't any sriracha packed with the to go order, jalapeños they provided in the veggie bag weren't spicy at all, and there could've been more basil/lime.
