Our friends/neighbors invited us out to dinner. They arrived before us so they were able to secure a table before it got crowded. When we arrived just after 6:00 PM, a line had already formed. Fortunately, we were able to get right in and get seated. Tastefully decorated with low lighting gave off a classy & elegant vibe. Our server came over and introduced herself and she was very sweet. I guess pechanga and Asian food are just not a good match. Considering how many Asian clientele they would have I was slightly surprised with the food. It's decent looking place with a nice entrance with hosts and everything. Their menu consists of different types of Asian food like seafood, Chinese, Filipino, Korean and more. I got to try the Galbi Short Ribs and the Pan Fried Noodle with Chicken. I just wanted to see how their simple Asian food was so I thought there was no way they could mess these two up. The Short Ribs were so dry and hard, and lacked seasoning like salt or even a little added flavor. It's normal for it to be chewy because of the cartilage but it was just hard and dry. The noodles were maybe one of the worst I've had. There was almost no flavor, and the sauce and everything around it tasted like water. Just adding a little salt would make a difference. They could even maybe try in presentation or something to make it seem like it's worth looking at the food for the price. I'd rather pick up fast food Chinese food than this ever again. The food here is excellent and the service was impeccable! My boyfriend and I came here on the evening of 8/31. Kevin was our server and although we should up 45 min before closing (which we hate doing but we were so hungry and could smell the delicious food from the casino!) he provided excellent service and great food recommendations (Bò Lùc Lăc, sooo good!!!). Not only was he kind, helpful and quick he also made us laugh! The food and service were so good we returned the next evening (much earlier) on 9/1! We asked to be seated in Kevin's section and the hosts were very accommodating, we were so happy to see him again. Kevin made another great recommendation (Spicy Basil Beef Fried Rice, my mouth is watering just typing this)! Also their espresso martini was one of the best I've had! My favorite dish is their Green Garden with their Spicy XO Sauce which is a shrimp paste/bagoong - so tasty! The Chili Pepper Shrimp is made with a sweet and sour sauce over crunchy crispy shrimp. I almost wanted to pass on doing this review because I feel like this was just a forgettable experience in general. The place is inside Pechanga resort near the Asian table games. Ambiance is almost like a diner but with a green/natural theme. Nothing remarkable but nothing offputting either. Host staff were okay but our server was pretty slow. He was friendly for sure but was absent for long periods of time. Food was eh. We got the vegetable fried rice and spicy noodles with chicken. The biggest compliment I can give is the portion size. It definitely will keep you full. The food was lacking any real flavor, which is more disappointing for the spicy noodles. Hello Yelpers! I am back Out in California for a short weekend trip and had to share this place with all of you! This restaurant is located in Pechanga Casino and Resort. It is quite busy and we weren't able to do reservations in advance. The wait was about 1.5 hours, but the casino kept us occupied. Ambiance: Although it was located in the casino, it gave such a home warning feeling. It was simple decor, but so welcoming at the same time. Service: The service was great and our server was very attentive to our refills and requests and accommodated with a smile. He made sure our drinks were always full and check on us regularly, but without being so over bearing. Food: The menu is very diverse with various Asian cultures and as the name is self explanatory, it is Asian food based. The menu carries food from China, Philippines, Thailand, etc. We ordered from the Philippines section since my family and I wanted some comfort food. We wanted some comfort food. We ordered Kare Kare (a peanut butter based savory curry with mixed vegetables and ox tail) and Crispy Pata (deep fried pork with a homemade dipping sauce, based off vinegar, onions, and soy sauce). The portions are big enough to share between 4-5 people with a big bowl of hot white rice. We were extremely pleased with the food and impressed with how much it came close to how it's made in the Philippines. The flavors combined definitely pleased the taste buds without a doubt. Food is way overpriced, portions are small, but the real kicker is my husband ordered the bulgogi and they gave him the short ribs. When he requested for the bulgogi the staff said sorry "everyone orders the short ribs, it's better anyways".
