Second time ever trying P.F. Chang's and the food was amazing! We went all in and ordered the sticky ribs, steamed dumplings, honey chicken, shrimp roll, and orange chicken--and honestly, everything was great. The steamed dumplings were probably my favorite, especially the sauce they came with. That sauce was so good we literally started putting it on everything. The sticky ribs were awesome, both chicken dishes were full of flavor, and the shrimp roll didn't disappoint either. The only downside was about a 15-minute wait for lunch, which kind of sucked, but once we were seated, the food and service completely made up for it. Great food, great service, and definitely somewhere we'll be coming back to. For our first P.F. Chang's experience, they absolutely delivered! Highly recommend! read more

Let me start by saying that the service was very good. The restaurant was clean but kinda dark. There was a giant fan blowing on us. The food was just okay. The portions are a lot smaller than they used to be and the food basically tasted like cafeteria food served in fancy, black plates. One person in our party got a total of ONE wonton in her wonton soup. The appetizer ribs were very good and the vegetables were fresh. Hot and sour soup was average. The peanut butter chocolate dessert was very good but a very small portion indeed. It's been a while since I've been to a big chain restaurant. I suppose the food here is what you would expect from a large restaurant chain. Prices have gone up while portion sizes have shrunk. Gratuity was added to the check which was expected. The food was good and hot when it finally came out. We ordered lettuce wraps, that were delivered to the wrong table and had to raise the issue with the hostess in passing since our server was barely present. Mongolian beef w/fried rice, chicken and broccoli w/ brown rice, and the miso salmon off the 3 course meal. I am not sure when it happened, but PFC has gotten very expensive and the portions have shrunk. $30 for an entree of this small size is excessive. We had reservations at 5:45 and were seated within 15 minutes. Originally I asked for inside, but after I walked in and realized inside was hotter than outside (someone should look into this), I asked for patio. You have to kinda squeeze through the patio and battle the overgrown vegetation on your way to your filthy table and seat. I initially wiped everything down dry, but ended up having to clean it with lemon and water after our water came out. Thats how dirty the table was. There were a lot of trip and slip hazards in the walkway (inside and out) and that was concerning. Service was a drag and needs some improvement. I do love some Mongolian beef. Unfortunately guest service is missing. Not sure what happen; it use to be very welcoming. Today we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. We were a party of 7, two being kids. We were told an hour wait, barely anyone sitting down. We watched group after group get seated: perhaps they were on the list before but 3 different groups highly unlikely. When asked for clarification we were dismissed nonchalantly. I am gluten free (necessity - not choice) and each time I have visited, the waiter or waitress has treated me respectfully and communicated so well. I have never had a reaction after eating the food. Great server, good food, long ticket times. We have been here a few times for celebrations and my family is not the easiest group to serve we order a lot and talk a lot. We've always had a good time but our server today Brando (I think that was his name- according to the hostess) is the reason I am finally writing a review. Brando was so patient and never made us feel rushed even when we needed time to think. His hospitality felt very genuine and we were so grateful. The food was good, and they were very accommodating to my food sensitivity. Not impressed! Portions were small considering the price. The Spicy Chicken was not spicy and the chicken was very gummy. Lettuce wraps were lettuce boats. Nothing memorable and something we would not order again. This meal was delivered by DoorDash and although it came late the quality was not that good. We will stick with Chef K. My husband and I ordered one sushi roll each and an appetizer of won tons. Both sushi rolls tasted alike even tho they were different kinds. They were dry and with little to no flavor. The won tons were fried so crispy they broke all apart. Wait staff never asked how things were when he brought the bill. Poor food experience, lacking manners on wait staff all for $60.00. Went the today it I received No egg, two shrimp and two pieces of beef (20.00) complained to waiter and was told that's how it's served (BS) I've been there many times before. Had their orange chicken, another favorite, very small portion. Wife had their wonton soup, mostly soup two wontons and a few mushrooms. She did have a sushi roll which was ok. First time here, quite disappointed. I cannot believe the quality of food that came out of that kitchen, subpar at best. I ordered the mongolian beef, as it is their most popular. As you can see in the picture it looked totally depressing. For almost $30 entree (paid extra for fried rice), it didn't even reach half of the take out container. The meat was tough and over cooked, the sauce was a little salty but ok. My wife ordered the pad thai (sauce on the side). In all honesty, their version of this popular thai dish missed the mark taste-wise, its missing the tamarind and peanutty flavor. On a positive note, noodle was done aldente. I cannot comment on service because we did not dine in. Just looking in when I picked up the food, the ambience looked nice and dark inside, but overall, the food was depressing. Upon making a reservation myself & hubby were seated promptly but not asked if we had a reservation as the couple in front of us were. Hostess was not very welcoming either. We waited while the couple in front of us who were sat literally not even 5 seconds before us had their water brought to them, drinks ordered, and delivered. Next the table that came after us also had there water and drink order taken. By this time approximately 15 minutes had passed & not 1 person offered to bring us water or had taken our order. Great customer service provided by Alicia and the team from start to finish were fantastic! The Manager, I think Bradley?, greeted us and sat us promptly. Even the food runner Eric was great. I can tell that customer service was definitely a focus from the staff. We took advantage of the lunch special which has a starter, starch and a dish from a select menu. We also ordered the crispy green beans separately which were outstanding! The portions were pretty good, especially the hot and sour soup which was tasty. We selected white rice and upgraded to the lo mein noodles and had the spicy shrimp and Mongolian beef which were ok. The Mongolian beef was a tad too salty and sauce was watery rather than thick. We came in for dinner on 8/9/26. Our server was Deborah. She was polite, friendly and helpful. We started off with the pork dumplings. Then had Mongolian beef, garlic noodles and rice. Had not been here in years but brought Australian guests here as it used to be a favorite. So disappointed. My drink was an Asian pear mojito that'd I'd had in the past but this time was very weak. Couldn't taste anything, like soda water. Guest had the coconut one which was much better. Lettuce wraps were skimpier, side noodles (lomein) were lacking flavor, the chopped beef in the Mongolian beef was dry and unlike any other I've tried elsewhere. Should've complained but didn't. I do like PF Changs, value is on point imo, ambiance is so so, service is great. My only complaint is the bathrooms need attention, come on, it's not that difficult to clean them EVERYDAY. Honestly, the manager should do it, no one should enter be above cleaning the shitters. At a classy restaurant you would be offered a free horder or glass of wine. not here, they use that to sell you appetizers and drinks. I ordered a martini, they asked if I wanted a single or double? Asked for a double they only poured a single , but charged more. The shrimp dish was covered with coating to hide the small shrimps they were using. The didn't even remove the tails. Came in to use our gift card & we had not been here before. This location is on the edge of the promenade mall, so it's a nice spot. We were greeted right away when we walked in and seated quickly too. I really liked how spacious the restaurant is and the privacy screens at each table too. I didn't catch our servers name but he was nice, friendly and polite. We ordered the crispy honey chicken and the Mongolian beef add shrimp. We also go the shrimp dumplings. My favorite was the Mongolian beef dish; so flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend it. The shrimp dumplings were my second favorite, the crispy honey chicken was okay. We have visited various PF Changs over the years, including their original location in Scottsdale. The food is very well prepared and is uniformly tasty. I know that may not sound as appealing to some, but when we come here, it is exactly what we are looking for... no surprises, just tasty, good asian inspired cuisine. Recently, we were invited to celebrate a friend's birthday here. They made reservations and everything was perfect, as expected. The decor is tasteful (photo) and we found our servers worked together as a team. Nice. We started with some appetizers of Gyoza dumplings (photos), Spicy Tuna Roll, Tempura Calamari and Edamame. We each took turns tasting the mini dishes and enjoyed them thoroughly. Our entrées ran the gamut too, from Kung Pal this, to Mongolian that. The six of us enjoyed everything we tasted. Now how authentic was the meal? Well that all depends upon your perspective. One of our friends was from mainland China and she found it all very good, if not somewhat amusing. Our Tab came to $90 per couple, before taxes and gratuities. That price also included some Plum Wine, too. So pretty fair given everything we ordered. See Menu photos. Well the wife and I decided to have a date night at p.f. James, we're going on 22 years. What a wonderful evening, we started out with Eden! Tommy which was delicious. We went into wonton soup from there. We ordered orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with a sauce flight. Absolutely delicious! Kudos to the chef! Now let's get to the service spot on! Went on a Monday evening to celebrate my daughter's birthday. No wait. Great service. Our server was excellent. Our drinks came quickly and were delicious. The food came timely. However, my teriyaki chicken was so chewy and hard. The sauce for the crispy green beans was way too spicy. I wish there was a choice. None offered. Food is not consistently fresh for pick up. I ordered one thing and it upset my stomach all night long. It was old food with egg in it. If you are not careful you can put someone in the hospital. The is also a lack of paying attention when you ask if your order is ready and told "no" but another worker walks up and you can see it was there all along. read more
