Not bad. Traditional Asian casino bistro ambiance. You can get your late night fix when you're hungry for Asian cuisine. I dropped by after a concert. There was a line, but it went by quickly. There's always something fun about eating while you hear the machines. Ordered the pork/shrimp wonton egg noodle soup. Broth was delicious. Chili oil was also a plus. She served us in a timely manner. It was a dimly lit restaurant, but the food seemed very well seasoned. The whole duck was a bit difficult to eat because it was very fatty. We came to pass some time while we wait to strike an event in Temecula. We were able to be seated right away as a party of 8. This place was clutch! My wife and I were gambling all night and were starving. It was almost 1am and there wasn't too many places open at the time so our only choices were either the cafe, blenders, the food court or Blazing Noodles. When we first arrived I knew this was one of the places I wanted to eat wondering if they had shumai and dumplings (which I totally forgot to see). Anyway, once we arrived the place was clean and empty. It was last call and about 20 mins from closing so they sat us right away and took our order! We ordered as much as possible since it was our only chance. After a few drinks and a good time we just splurged on pad Thai with shrimp on the side, pad see ew, kung pao shrimp, egg rolls and Thai ice tea. I don't know if we were just hungry but everything hit. My wife loved her pad Thai and pad see ew. She only took a bite of each but said it was perfect. I ate the side of shrimp and they were good. They were smaller shrimp than the ones I had in the kung pao but they were good. Now my kung pao was fire! I ordered out without any spice and my SHRIMP had to be prawns or something because they were huge! The sauce was super flavorful and everything was on point. I had it with a side of rice and a Thai ice tea with boba. I actually want tha same meal typing about it right now. My wife also ordered egg rolls and those were good too! Lastly, the service was great and very quick, because again, they were closing and the guy wanted us out as soon as possible but he wasn't pushy or rude about it. He also reached out to my wife's hostess for something and came back and told us most of the meal was comped just because. My wife and I visited the Pechanga Casino and decided to have dinner at a restaurant inside the casino resort known as Blazing Noodles. It was busy, however, we were seated within a couple of minutes of putting our names down on the list. Leonardo, our server greeted us and presented menus along with two glasses of water. We ordered a plate of lo mein with chicken, beef with Chinese broccoli , and a cup of Won Ton soup. The soup was served first and it consisted of 2 Won Ton noodles stuffed with pork, and spinach alongside cilantro. The soup was hot, and very delicious. Our plates were bought out shortly thereafter, approximately three minutes they were good size portions. Both very tasty . The broccoli was crisp and not overcooked, the noodles were medium size meaning not too thin, and not too thick. As for the beef with Chinese, broccoli, it too, was very delicious, the broccoli was crisps, the carrots were not overcooked, and the beef was very tender. To my surprise, the mushrooms were black, Chinese mushrooms, these if you have not tried them are super tasty and they were very tender. The dishes were very authentic Hong Kong style. Because the restaurant is located in the casino resort, it can get a bit noisy. It was difficult to carry on a quiet conversation. So if you were looking for that type of environment, this would not be the restaurant of choice. All in all my experience was delightful and I rate it with four stars I would definitely suggest that you try it and see for yourself. read more

We arrived in Temecula on a Wednesday and decided to check out Pechanga that evening. After walking around the casino, we chose Blazing Noodles since it was the most crowded restaurant. We assumed the crowd met the food would be good. We waited about 30 minutes for a table. We ordered shrimp fried rice and orange chicken. The rice came first, but the chicken didn't arrive until about 20 minutes later. By the time it arrived, we were ready to leave. What really ruined the experience was the state of the dining room. Over a dozen tables around us sat dirty long after guests had left. Dishes and food was just sitting there and the staff was walking by as if they didn't see it. My boyfriend pointed it out, and once I payed more attention, it was impossible to ignore. It killed our appetite. When the orange chicken finally arrived, we each took one bite and couldn't eat more. It was not good. And honestly, if the dining area looks like that, it makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. That was a hard pass for us. I didn't take pictures because there were people around and I'm not a fan of uploading pictures with people in it. On the positive side, our server was sweet and did her best. See photos- Of the two, the potstickers were my favorite appetizer- the little dipping sauce took those little babies to the next taste level! Very nice, quick and friendly service. My mom has severe allergies to mushroom and broccoli and I was so pleased when the manager visited our table to discuss how their kitchen cooks in woks that have residual mushroom or broccoli. We told him it was fine as long as it wasn't whole pieces. He returned shortly to advise that two of her dishes use a sauce with mushroom in the base and he would have them substitute it with soy sauce but that the dish would taste a bit different. I really appreciated his caution and concern and felt it was excellent service. The food came out quickly, hot and tasting great. Blazing Noodles offers a mix of Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisine in a modern setting. We had an early dinner around 5:30 p.m. before we watched the concert. We chose Yang Chow Fried Rice ($21) and vegetable egg rolls ($9) for an appetizer. Even though they charge a bit higher at the resort casino, the portions were quite big. We did not regret the choices we made. The fried rice had BBQ pork, Chinese sausage, shrimp, eggs, scallions, peas, and carrots, and it was flavorful. The vegetable egg rolls were also crispy. Spicy chicken basil was my favorite, had lots of flavor. Beef and broccoli, pad Thai was also very good. Yellow curry was disappointing, it lacked flavor and tasted very bland. I am highly disappointed with my experience here. The food did not taste authentic or good at all. The tom yum soup is supposed to be a sour, flavorful soup with lemongrass, but this one was bland and lacked any of the signature taste. The pad Thai didn't taste like pad Thai whatsoever--it was very underwhelming and not what you'd expect from the dish. The only thing that was decent was the lemon pepper chicken with plain rice, which ended up being the only dish we actually enjoyed. Service was also an issue. Our order was messed up, the servers didn't refill our waters, and no one really checked on us during the meal. On top of that, we had to wait a very long time both for our food and for the check, which just added to the frustration.
