The salad was surprisingly good and they are generous with the avocado when you upgrade your plate to include it. The portion is pretty big and I was able to get almost two meals out of one plate. I ordered my bowl and chose the brown rice and vegetables to go with my plant based protein. My Bowl was ready in about 5 mins. It looked great. The rice and vegetables looked and tasted fresh. The protein wasn't bad at all. The texture was great but I was turned off by the overly sweet and salty teriyaki sauce. Well today I was sorely disappointed in the serving size. This is a side of chicken for over five dollars in a very small bowl. It basically comes down to a few bites and that's it. One of our "go-to's" lately. Filling and yummy! The veggies are a little al-dente so if you don't like your veggies crunchy, maybe skip them. Rice and chicken/beef bowls are both great. We have also tried the tofu bowl too. Yum. The dumplings are good but cool very quickly. Eat them while they are hot! We usually choose the spicy Waba sauce and it's delicious. The price is reasonable and you get a free bowl when you sign up with their app. Service - the service is very fast, lots of people go in and out constantly and very little wait. My only disappointment was that the first time I use the app with the free bowl promo, I asked the person on the register to upgrade it to a plate, he said no problem, so I gave him my order, but when I received it, it was not upgraded. I have even ask if there is an up charge that I am willing to pay for, but he said no and not a problem. It's either he's not paying attention or we didn't understand each other. This chain is another one that I used to drive by in other towns but there was not one by where we lived, so I was not able to try it until our recent move to Temecula. I was on the south side of town not knowing what I wanted to eat, but knew I wanted something healthy. I ordered via the website and loved all of the choices and ways I could customize my meal.
