I wanted to shout out those two women that were so nice and the individuals that worked on our meal! I also wanted to shout out this location as I've never seen what I saw in the bathrooms. I'm not a mother so I never needed this but they had extra diapers in there for the changing table! That genus and I'm sure will help someone in a 911 situation someday! Upon arrival I notice a BUSY drive-thru then after parking I notice the amount of people walking in to order or pick up food. Inside everyone from the workers to management is greeting customers as well as 4 order takers on the drive-thru! I Loved the vibe! As for the food: 30 piece nugget box, waffle fries & cookies and cream shake; it was prepared well but taste was average and overly seasoned, but their shake was heavenly. So if you want chicken or fries from here be aware that you'll end up needing a lot of water to off-set the amount of extra salt/seasonings you consume from their food. read more

Their waffle fries are unique but lack the crispy texture that I prefer when it comes to fried potatoes. Reasonable price, friendly staff, and very good customer service. We ate here yesterday and had the best service. We were welcomed at the front door. All of the staff were friendly. The place was really clean. We got our food super quick. The food was good. I was able to make the market salad vegan by removing the chicken and blue cheese. They were very accommodating. Even a member of the management team stopped by our table to check in and brought us ice cream. Definitely give it a try. read more

I just have to shout out Reagan and the entire shift team on 2/17/26 around noon - they were the sweetest, most caring, and accommodating people. My car stalled out in the drive-through and without a second of hesitation, 2-3 team members jumped in to help me push my car to a safe location. I was overwhelmed by their kindness. To top it off, they blessed my son and me by comping our entire order, turning what could have been a really stressful day into such a grateful and memorable one. We don't live in the area but we stopped to grab food before starting our drive. So this was our first time at this location. Right when we were about to walk in, we were greeted by Rob, who opened the door for us and welcomed us in with a big smile. This location was very clean. Each staff member we encountered was very friendly. Food was delicious. Rob stopped by our table twice to check on us. He took our tray of trash. He even noticed my son was low on sauce and offered to bring him another one. I observed him interacting with other guests the same way. He is super friendly and makes me feel so welcomed here. I know it's fast food and fast paced, but Shawn takes the time to really conversate w me even if it's for a quick minute. Making customers feel welcomed is essential to a business, it helps em keep coming back, aside from the quality of the food. The other team members at this Temecula location are wonderful too.... never had a problem w anyone here, in fact EVERYONE here is super friendly and welcoming and I appreciate that!! We stopped by for lunch after our grandson ended his bake sale in the park. He requested chicken nuggets with waffle fries since they're his favorite along with a strawberry milkshake. Hubby and I had the chicken sandwich and he had fries and I opted to skip it. The place was very crowded and finding an empty table was a challenge. The layout could be improved; the space was a bit tight. The staffers kept the place immaculately clean and it was a nice ambiance with the beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The workers were very nice and polite especially the young lady, who brought us our food. We enjoyed our food and our grandson wanted to go outside and enjoy the outdoor playground. I've been going to chick fil a for over 30 years. my experience in the Temecula store was so poor I won't ever step foot in one again. the customer service has gone so far down it's astounding to see. When I complained, I got no solutions and just a feeble, trained apology. It was sad to see because you could see the employees were like robots, programmed to respond in a specific way, unable or unwilling to actually solve the issue. it all felt fake and scripted, not genuine at all. They've fallen a long way from what I remember. They're just another fast food store now and way over priced. I'll take my business accross the street to Canes from now on. We didn't have to wait very long for our order and the workers brought our food to our table. It was really packed when we went and we almost weren't able to get a table. The restaurant is definitely family-friendly because there's an indoor jungle gym so it was really loud. The parking lot was also crowded and it was kind of difficult to maneuver and find a spot. Workers were nice, but they didn't ask if we were a rewards member and scan our code when ordering. I had it ask them and almost forgot myself. First time visiting this location and first off, their parking lot is way less messy and stressy than the one on Madison. Looks like it's freshly renovated, inside is very nice and clean. Rosa was kind and patient while I let my kids order their meals, also stopped in to use their restroom which was pleasantly clean. The only issue I had was I ordered their new watermelon mint sunjoy tea they have advertised (tastes like a virgin mojito lol) but, it took way longer than our food because (at peak lunch hour) they had to brew a new batch and then they forgot about it as I stood to the side and waited. This Chick-Fil-A location is near the Temecula Promenade Mall and has just had a major Parking Lot and Interior overhaul Not surprising though, is it's still ridiculously crowded, both inside and out on the Drive-Thru line. LOL. The employees however are great, typical Chick-Fil-A happy folk. They're patient and have great listening skills. We ordered some food for eat-in and some more for our daughter who was arriving later. Everything was typical Chick-Fil-A tasty and made to perfection. Of course the food was tasty but the service is AMAZING! This is a fast food restaurant. Yet, multiple times, everyone eating had someone ask if they could get them anything. They were so attentive! Even the restrooms were great. They had diapers, a step stool at the sink, it even smelled like Crabtree and Evelyn. I'd especially like to shout out Alberto, he walked the restaurant over and over making sure we were all good. He took my tray. Unfortunately, I think the pictures speak for themselves. I came home after ordering from the drive-thru to find a fly in my Cobb salad and a (what looked to be) cat hair in my second salad. I called the restaurant, and the manager on the floor apologized and was very kind. They offered a refund for the salads, or to remake them, or coupons for different food. I ordered about $80 worth of food AND had to drive 30 minutes back to the restaurant with the salad since they requested I keep them until I was able to bring them back. They refunded $22. That was it. I'm so disappointed my time and inconvenience wasn't taken into consideration. I won't be back. Good luck to those who frequent, watch what's in the salads, everyone. read more
