It's longer, smoother, and slightly less likely to ruin your will to live. As for me, I stay loyal to the Spicy Deluxe combo like it's a personality trait. Doesn't matter if it's breakfast, lunch, or an emotional support meal, the chicken shows up seasoned, spicy, crispy, and dependable every single time (honestly more consistent than most people). Pro tip: don't sleep on the *Roasted BBQ sauce* with the waffle fries. That combo is dangerous!!! You'll start telling yourself you'll "just have a few fries" and suddenly the bag is empty and you're left wanting more!! read more

Fast food usually gets bad reviews for minor things but the food, cleanliness of the restaurant, and the staff is always great. The 2 issues I have is that the drive thru workers taking orders dont have good situational awareness and are afraid to correct customers. People block the intersection, the workers dont tell cars to move up, which causes a traffic jams since costco is right next door. This location is usually busy so keep that in mind when you select this location. My second issue is that if you go through the drive thru, they prep your food and stage it outside the window on a ledge. With the mobile order line having to merge at the window you can easily go from third in line to 5th or 7th, which can lead to cold food. They need to keep the mobile order line completely separate or only have them do curbside pickup. read more

First time at this location! I always go to the Madison location. Drive thru line went quick. Gentlemen who took my order was supper nice. Got to the window and was given my food in an instant. The girl at the window was nice but the customer service could have been a little stronger. I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was great! The drink was okay. I asked for light ice and that didn't really happen. But it was the fries ... the fries were sad today. I got a medium and they were barely full. On top of that they were cold! Which was shocking because there was a line. I think they have the food prepped so quickly and the food sits and then the fries get cold. That's the only theory I can come up with. Also, I live 5 minutes away and even checking my order as I was leaving I felt the fries being cold. At the Madison location I don't have a no fry cold fry situation. I may try this location again but I like putting my hard earned money somewhere I know is consistent. Buttttt it's right off the freeway when I get off work. We are regulars at Chick-fil-A, whether it's this location or two others nearby. The weird thing is this one is not run as well as the others. The customer service isn't as responsive, and the store is not nearly as clean as the other locations. I do still go here when I'm in the area, but if I have a choice, it's not my first choice Chick-fil-A location. read more

Solid Chick-fil-A location. The food is consistently good and surprisingly there usually aren't long lines, which is a big win. Staff is friendly and orders come out fast. My only downside is the location--it's in a really busy shopping center right next to Costco, so getting in and out can be a bit of a hassle. This location is incredibly disappointing... I can't wait for the location off Madison to re-open so I don't have to come back to this one... First off, the drive through is horrible! The mobile ordering line merging with the regular drive thru line is a cluster. On top of that it would be nice if they gave us ALL the food we ordered. We had ordered a large soup which was almost $8!! And they failed to put it on our bag... really?? The line wasn't even that busy. On top of that they had all the orders just sitting out! I had a really disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A today. I went through the drive-thru after work, and the woman taking my order was very short with me and not friendly at all. When I got my food, it was completely wrong, so I had to go inside to get it fixed. Instead of apologizing, she gave me attitude and acted like it was an inconvenience to correct a mistake that wasn't mine. It made the whole situation even more frustrating. Then, when I finally got home, I realized my order was still incorrect. I was given two chicken strips instead of the chicken nugget meal I ordered, and I was missing my fries entirely. Overall, the customer service was poor and the order accuracy was unacceptable. Order break at 10:18 and I got there at 10:30. Apparently you have to check in on site in order to get you breakfast before 10:30. I didn't make it, roughly 10:32 I pulled up. The girl at the window Mia I believe her name and the supervisor did explain the situation and I was upset to find out the hard way. They honored the transaction though and gave me my two biscuits. Such a pleasure! The workers here are so nice and friendly! A huge shoutout to Shayla who was so accommodating when there was a mistake with our order. They have the same menu items as other locations and the food was very fresh. The place is pretty big with a good amount of seating, but no play area if you have kids. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or not, but a couple of their tables were still dirty so we had trouble finding a clean table to eat at. They have individual parking at the restaurant or you can park in the Costco parking lot and walk over. Highly recommend stopping by. read more

Opens Thursday 21 March 24. Located in the Costco shopping center. Will have 2 drive thru lanes. Did a mobile order and was shocked how quickly and smooth the pickup process was. I was expecting it to be super crowded as they were already opened at 630 and being near Costco. But nope. I was the only one in the mobile order lane. And the fact that you scan the QR code upon arrival so your food can start getting made is AMAZING! The server who gavee our food was nice and had a smile. Even those in the drive thru assisting with ordering and the runners all had smiles. Upon leaving I seen the owner and general manager walking out and that was a nice thing to see. My husband enjoyed his spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. The four piece chicken strips were salty but overcooked. You're better off going to Canes for bigger and better tasting strips. My son's 8-piece nuggets were basically two chicken strips cut up to make 8 nuggets. The kids meal was over $11 and not worth the money by any means. I can't believe they actually think they should sell those nuggets for that amount of money. If you're the manager reading this, please take this issue back to corporate. It's an embarrassment, not to mention highway robbery. On a positive note, the iconic sauce is always good and maybe just sell that instead of chicken, or get into the beef business. She fixed it and when they were having a computer error she took care of it quickly. So I would say that she is definitely a great choice as Manager. Quick efficient and very nice is so important. Even if they're not perfect yet with a new crew when you have someone that is showing them how to get things handled calmly and nicely especially out here where the imports seem to have lost their manners, this makes a huge difference in the day! This is the worst chick fil a ever. What's the point of mobile order when it takes almost 20 minutes to receive your food? In addition, they only have one person running orders out to cars, no one taking orders, giving people wrong orders, etc. the car in front of me didn't receive their order for another 10 minutes so I was stuck and could not leave. You are better off going to the Menifee location or the other murrieta location. This location cannot figure it out. read more

So, I got the app to go through the mobile line which seems to usually move faster. 1st time I went through the mobile line, 4 cars in the regular line that ordered after I got there, received their food before me. When the server finally came out, I realized why it took so long. He brought my order and at least 2 more mobile orders behind me at the same time. On Saturday, March 14, my wife and I were the first in line at the drive-through. We got the line at about 6:25 AM. After 630 came and went nobody removed the cones to get into the drive-through so I hopped out. Remove the Cohn and proceeded up to order. I ordered a breakfast burrito and we got down the road and started eating and there was a long piece of plastic inside the burrito that had to pull out of my mouth. The video attach show shows what the experience was like. Anyways, it was pretty disgusting. I called the store immediately and asked to talk to the operator. I was told that wasn't possible because they weren't gonna be in. Then I asked if they could just pass my number along and they said they typically don't do that but they would try. They asked me to upload the video to the phone number. I called on which I did. This all took place on Saturday. It's now Thursday and no one from their leadership has reached out to make contact. This is, without the question, the worst Chick -Fil-A I've ever been to. We have made 5 trips now to this location, assuming that the myriad of mistakes was originally due to it being a new location, but it's been two months and 5 separate visits now and today was the final straw. On the first 2 visits, they forgot food. Items ordered and paid for, but not included in the bag. The second vista was comical because I explained to the manager that we had been shorted a sandwich the first time so he apologized and promised to fix it by giving us the sandwich we didn't get last time. He did, which I appreciated, but then on that order they missed both of our fry orders and our Mac n cheese order. I went back to him and he apologized and got us our food, but seriously? The next 3 times we're all mobile orders. All food was bagged as expected, but two of those times, including today, the wait was so long without anyone coming to our car window, that I had to pull out and go inside to get our order. Today I waited 12 minutes while watching dozens of cars get their food and exit. At no time did either of the employees facilitating delivery to the cars come to my window to ask my name or tell me there was a delay, nothing. So I go inside and I'm told that I never ordered anything. I show the employee the app, which shows I'm waiting for an order in the drive through and he says "ok" let me check. A manager shows her how to "recall" an order and that's apparently when my order got placed because it never did before that for some unknown reason. I then receive an alert that my order is ready. I wait at the front pickup counter for a few minutes as employees walk by me several times, until finally another manager or shift lead, or something, asks me what I need. I explain the situation to him and he says, "well some people don't scan the codes on mobile thru so that creates a lot of problems. He offers me a free drink, which I declined, but come on, that's how you handle this? I eventually get my food and leave. The mobile order scanning response warrants some clarity for Chick -Fil-A because the location tracking on the app is incredibly hit and miss. On this occasion, before he realized it, I did actually have an issue scanning the code in the app, but not because I forgot to, but rather because no matter how long I sat at either the first barcode in the drive thru or the second, the app did not pick up that I was already at the location. After sitting at the front of the line for several minutes it finally picked up my location, but there are no scan codes at the front so I selected the option in the app which says something to the effect that "I am unable to scan the code". If that doesn't then push someone inside to either start the order or check on the car that's in the drive thru but not showing as having an order, then what's the point???? Overall, 80% of our trips have been failures and at some point, you just have to accept that this location can't perform. read more
