Went through the drive thru today. The service was great, I was both surprised and impressed that my tiny tacos were hot and crispy. I left there with a positive experience! read more

I had an excellent experience at Jack in the Box, thanks to Nicole and her extraordinary customer service. My order was delayed because it was still being prepared, and Nicole went above and beyond to make the experience better. She kindly offered me a free Chocolate Overload Cake as an apology for the wait. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness, professionalism, and effort to make sure I had a positive experience. Thank you, Nicole, for the outstanding service! Employees like you make a big difference. read more

One of my gym girls stopped by to drop off a 'Witch Please Shake' just for me from the CK JITB. She said it has ube in it and thought of me. Awww... how sweet!! The shake is good and definitely packs ube in every sip. There are also Oreo cookie crumbs in it. I liked it a lot except for it was a tad bit too sweet, that's my only criticism of the drink. I still enjoyed it and thought it was good. I'm also impressed that Jack In The Box actually serves ube, that in itself is awesome! Thanks Kit!! read more

Horrible. I'm absolutely dissatisfied. I ordered on the mobile app for a simple meal that costed me $10.65. A blonde bigger Latina lady at the drive thru working late night shift 02/10/25, had the audacity to tell me they never got my order they can't give it to me, mind you I'm showing them the order placed straight from the app no screenshot, and couldn't even give me a complimentary meal or casually hand me my order. So I basically paid for nothing. Wonderful. Also told me to just contact customer service like as if that would make it any better ? Thanks Clinton Keith Jack in the box. read more

Gabby is the best thing about this establishment, hands down. She is just the sweetest ray of sunshine and her voice is so distinctive, that it makes me smile when she's working when we roll through. Just wanted to leave her this shout out and the recognition that she highly deserves! read more

We really put the pressure on these guys and boy did they deliver! We paid a mere $32.89 and received a perfectly accurate order of 40 tacos and 12 cheeseburgers at a warm temperature within 20 mins of placing our app order. When I think about how much I love this location, I can't help but feel like that crazy woman who married a roller coaster. I love this Jack in the Box location so much that I feel like I would consider giving it my first born son! The orders here are always fulfilled with accuracy and speed and somehow amazingly still warm when I get home. I always get a great attitude from every employee in this location! I know it's really stressful fulfilling large orders, but these team members don't let it show. Thank you for saving this mom from her own poor planning again! I want to say the young man who helped us was possibly named Seth, but for some reason the name Derek is in my head. Sorry I don't remember his name, but he was a great kid! You guys rock! Let me know if you're hiring and I'll send my son over so I can get even greater discounts! Enough of my love affair; Come check out the place! It's definitely a leap above any other fast food customer service in the area! read more

How does the drive thru not take card? And then they tell you when you get to the speaker when there are people behind you! So now you have to wait in line to leave. You should probably put a sign in the beginning of the drive thru so we don't waste our time. Horrible!!! read more

Never did I think I'd leave a review for a Jack. Honestly some of the best quality Jack in the box I've had. My tacos weren't greasy, curly fries were hot and crispy, and my iced coffee was actually good. On top of that! I stopped on Christmas Day, and despite the staff having to be there on a holiday they were still so polite and efficient. read more

Update: went back received a full refund, but the manager implied my daughter or I put it there because they don't have this kind of paper in the store. As you can see from the pictures its toilet paper and they clearly stock it in their bathrooms. I'm disgusted by finding this in the food and insulted that she insinuated I put it there. Well I'd stay away from this one, bloody napkin in our food. Tried calling them 3 times but I only get an answering machine. I'll be going back in the morning for a full refund. read more

I've gone to this location on multiple occasions in the morning and the sweet lady who works the drive thru is always so polite and nice. I've been eating Jack in the Box since the late 1960's and have never had inedible food until today. Sausage breakfast croissant's contents were overcooked, dried out and seemed to have been microwaved for re heating. Hash browns were very undercooked and dripping with brown grease that tasted like fryer oil should have been changed a couple days prior. The food came from drive thru and was so bad I threw it away and had frozen White Castle sliders from home freezer instead. This location needs to fire the manager and find employees that take pride in their work, as people work hard for their money and deserve to have quality food at any location. read more

This location is in my opinion the best one in Murrieta. I love always using their app because they have some killer deals on there, but even before using their app I always had good experiences here. I've never gotten an order wrong here. The workers there are always on top of their A game. The food quality? I also think this location has the best quality of Jack In The Box food in Murrieta, and honestly in a 10 mile radius. That includes Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Temecula. This location is alright in my book. read more

Went to drive thru and took 25 mins for my food and only 2 cars in front of me and was late getting back from lunch. Never going back

Drive-Thru review - ordered the ULTIMATE CHEESEBURGER combo. I am extremely disappointed with how my soda was over filled with soda spilling out of the lid on to my lap and cup holder. Let down with cold, over salted, and stale fries. Dumb founded with the level of skill it takes to follow a recipe card when it comes to putting a burger together ? Basically, I received a mustard and ketchup soup sandwich with the amount of condiments poured into my burger that ended up on my lap with the soda. Due to this bad experience I don't find myself visiting this franchise joint for awhile. read more

Staff seems unmotivated and uninterested the soda machine has two options for drinks and out of the rest of the option

This location always closes way earlier than the closed time posted online. Very annoying and this happens very frequently. Online says 1am. Get to the drive thru at 12:30am. And they tell in the speaker they are closed. How convenient. Most likely will not go to this location anymore , so much for late night. Smh read more

There's a reason it only has two f-ing stars. It's literally the service that's so horrible. Now listen, it's jack n the box. I'm not expecting much. I don't even expect the young teenager with more angst than a twilight movie to say hello. BUT what I do expect is if you run out of an item that's on my order, you TELL THEM YOU DONT HAVE IT. I don't care if it's something small like a d*mn sauce. If I paid for my order and then have to deal with someone who is a ding bat and can't tell me they simply don't have what I ordered... I'm not one to get on websites like this to complain. All I'll say about this one is it makes me never want to eat at a Jack in the box again. My wife and I ate in. I used the restroom room and it was so disgusting and smelled of urine and no hand towels. My wife went to the car to get wipes and I even wiped the bottom of my shoes because I didn't want to get back in our car with them. The curly fries were cold and dry and my ultimate cheese burger, which was my favorite once a Upon a time, was the worst one ever. Dry and cold. We felt like complaining and requesting everything fresh, but the staff just didn't appear to even notice we were there. My vanilla shake also was basically soft serve ice cream with whipped cream on top. This one, never again. Maybe no more Jack in the Box ever again. That's how strong I feel about how terrible the food was. Big time waste of $25. read more

My husband and I just went through the drive thru and the male working the the speaker/taking orders had a hard time understanding us. As my husband tried to say "eliminate" curly fries. The male employee kept putting "lemonade" on the order screen. when asked if our order was correct..my husband repeated several times "eliminate" curly fries and the employee continues to said louder and louder......I did! it escalated very quickly (within seconds) to the point the employee over the speaker told my husband to "F...k off" and said that they would not complete our order. the miscommunication should NEVER have resulted in my husband being told to F..ck off! A simple "sir, when you get to the window and i can understand you better and we can get your order corrected" would have been much better for everyone. I have worked in the hospitality industry all of my life....and I am appalled that an employee at Jack in the Box feels he can speak to a paying customer like that and laugh and not worry about any consequences. I can only wonder how the manager speaks to his/her team. We will be calling the area, and regional managers etc. read more
