Their pop-up restaurant moves around to various venues, like wineries and breweries. The service was very good, and Chef Taylor (owner) and his staff were super friendly and open to my feedback. We tried the Old Yeller ($14), a Wagyu beef hotdog served with chips and a sweet pickle. We also tried a bowl of their Wagyu Homestead Chili ($12), topped with cheddar cheese and jalapeños. Their menu primarily focuses on Wagyu burgers, but we had eaten a large breakfast, so we just wanted to try something smaller. I enjoyed pairing the chili on my chips with the red wines we were tasting. We enjoyed everything we tried, and I would love to check them out again to try a burger. Our daughter, son-in-law, grandson, my husband and I came for another divine dining experience. We were seated right away as it wasn't too crowded. We noticed they rearranged the tables and seating. It's still so cozy and pristine with low lighting giving off an intimate vibe. The food was amazing as usual and it came out quickly! Never a bad meal here. Unfortunately, one star off for the service. We have come to expect the high caliber of service offered from Robin & Francesca from past visits. Our server Jessica was nice enough but not very attentive. We had to keep asking for our drinks to be refilled although it was very obvious that our glasses were empty. The woman explained that no, the oxtails were supposedly a pound because they were larger than usual. I asked, "So half a pound is basically one oxtail?" She said yes. I got home and actually weighed the oxtails myself. Long behold, they were not a pound. At that point, it's not even about the number of oxtails anymore. It's about being told something weighs a certain amount, paying $60, and then finding out it doesn't. I used to defend this business online, but after this experience? Fuck 'em. I won't be back.

My meatloaf was so freaking good, the picture did not do it justice at all. My friends got sliders, corned beef and cabbage and a chicken caeser salad, which they all liked as well. Although this place was super busy from the trivia the service was fast and drinks as well as refills came quickly. Food took a bit of time as to be expected. The trivia was great just as everyone had mentioned and I'm glad we decided to check it out. Thursdays is Bingo also with Chris and since grandma hobbies are right up my alley it looks like I will be spending a lot of time at the Shamrock now.
