I had a pretty frustrating experience here. I placed a mobile order ahead of time, expecting it to be quick and easy, but that wasn't the case at all. When I got there, I went inside and stood at the counter. The employee at the drive-thru area looked at me but didn't acknowledge me or say anything. I ended up standing there for about 5-10 minutes with no help, while I could clearly see my order just sitting there ready. It felt like they were prioritizing drive-thru orders over customers who had already placed and paid for their orders ahead of time. A simple acknowledgment or handing me my food would have made a big difference. Overall, really poor customer service and not what you expect when using mobile ordering. read more

I ordered 6 items and somehow only came back with 4. God forbid we didn't take everything out and do an item count while we were there. We placed the mobile order and drove up to the drive thru. We always have a tradition where we go to Wendy's when in town and we had never been to this location before. Although our order did get messed up, they were kind and quick to fix the issue. The staff at this location is always friendly, so no issues there. However, the food is ALWAYS cold. I've even been asked to pull in front and wait (15+ minutes mind you), and they assure me the food is hot, and it still comes out cold. Initially, we wanted to go to the Hat. However, they were closed so we ended up eating next door at Wendy's since they closed at 11. Got there at 10 after the football game and there were a good amount of people in the dining room (people from the game). We waited 20 minutes for our food which was ok since there were a lot of people ahead of us waiting for their food too. Idk if it's a cost savings thing, but the chili was extremely watered down and not as thick and hearty as it used to be. Yeah... just super watery!!! The beans in it were also hard. It wasn't as good as I remember it to be... that was disappointing. The Spicy Nuggets were good but their "ghost pepper" sauce was not even spicy at all. Yuck. Did a mobile order that took 45 minutes to receive due to the incompetence of this location. It honestly blows my mind that they get paid so much and can't provide the service to back it up. Even with multiple managers on shift, we didn't receive any compensation nor even an apology. The food was awful, all our kids complained or didn't eat it, they have jacked up their prices while giving you servings at a fraction of the size it used to be. Their biggie deal is basically a kids meal, their frosty sizes are ridiculous and our large fries was only half filled. Ate here tonight with the kids before their piano lesson. I was skeptical because of some negative reviews - but honestly it was good! Hadn't been to a Wendy's in a moment ... the young man Dylan(it was on my receipt) who took my order was professional , kind, and actually present. My expectations on fast food are safely LOW but that young and the actually good meal was a pleasant surprise. Such an underrated food chain. Everything was super tasty and came out really quick! We used the app to claim our rewards and everything went really smoothly. Usually there's always a problem when using a rewards system for other food places, but this one was easy. The restaurant itself was really clean and spacious. There were so many seats and the interior was very nice. The worker was nice and the restroom was also clean -- which is RARE. I'm really surprised by the terrible rating, but I think it's because people forget it's a fast-food restaurant and act like they're supposed to receive a Michelin Star restaurant experience. Recently visited to this Wendy's and actually had a good experience. I must have caught them on a good day compared to the reviews posted here. My husband and I did mobile orders for both of us. Orders came out quickly, food came out hot and the employee assisting us was nice. There was an issue with an app though I would not dock them on that as that was a part of the app and not on their side. For the most part the restaurant, we have a decent visit when we come here from time to time and will continue to come here. read more

Get your Soundsystem speaker system fixed for the drive-through! I'm not going to take offense to the girl telling me with an attitude that she couldn't hear me. I understand I've been there when the speaker system is not working. But then I pull up to the window and I should've said that I was going to do that. But then they just tell me how much I owe them and it was for the order behind me. So you guys are just completely oblivious. Once again not really a big deal as much as if they had a working speaker system Then you could assess the location and the true attitudes of the workers. This has to do with the staff being unable to process the rewards app in store. I asked the cashier to scan my QR code so I may order and apply the discount. Went here recently and everything has improved from years ago. Not sure if they got new management, but it seems like the culture has changed overall. Dined in, and the food came out fresh. Didn't take long either, I waited maybe 3 minutes tops. The employees are very friendly as well. The dining area looked clean for the most part.
