Came in to pick up some sour beers for our beach day. They had 2 sours this time. Mario tart and Lost Lands, they were both awesome. Staff was friendly and I was able to walk in go straight to the counter and order the beers. Definitely will be back, love those sours!
Enjoyed the beer!! The Mario tart tasted great- love the guava flavor and super refreshing. I normally don't enjoy seltzers, but the orange pineapple guava seltzer they had was really good. My husband enjoyed the God of pour IPA. Chicharrones were also satisfying, hot & fresh, and crunchy. Would come back to try other food and beer.
Who knew this would be something I stumbled on today! This brewery sits right on the corner of Jefferson and Date. I was driving and sitting at a stop light when I saw the sign. Found a parking space with no problem and walked right in. They have outdoor and indoor seating. A bar with good bites. The outdoor area is equipped with misters for the heat and heating lamps for the cold days. I ordered an award winning beer called Redpool. It was quite tasty! They have two kiosks where you can get cards to play the arcade games. I had a ball!!! The games even have drink stands to hold whatever you are sipping on while you play. I will be back with friends!
One of Murrieta's Gems With refreshing beers and delicious food options, this place is a must TRY as it's one of the best (if not the best) breweries in the area. This brewery has fun beer flavors/names. The beers are named after popular video/arcade games. For example they have drink called "Mario tart" for Mario cart Food/beers -variety of refreshing beer & cider selections Food -Not only are the drinks here good but the food is also quality! You can't got wrong grabbing some delicious food here. I've had smash burgers, salmon burgers, salads here and all are quality! Service -They are always helpful and kind Ambiance - it's a beautiful ambiance outside, especially for the night time with well decorated, with lights and a great design. Overall it's HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Great place to hang out and have a beer. They have an impressive beer selection, their sours and lagers were so good. There is a big arcade room in back, that is super family friendly. They staff was great and very helpful, offering recommendations since it was our first time visiting. I haven't tried their food, but I will be back to give it a try.
Finally got to visit 8-Bit. Been hearing about this place since I moved to this area about 6 years ago. There's a bunch of room for gathering and eating, inside or outside. The food surprisingly doesn't take long to get and I was concerned because we were hungry and there was no way to order online ahead of time. I know that a few years ago when most restaurants were hopping on the plant-based wave, they had more of those options that have disappeared- I recall seeing vegan pork rinds or something on their menu before and some other options. Gratefully, they still had the vegan philly cheesesteak, so that's what I got. The homies I went with told me the portions were pretty big, but I wasn't convinced. Lemme tell you, the portions are legit. The fries are interesting due to the dry rubs they offer-the flavors are like nothing that I'm used to, so I appreciate the originality. Seriously, the chipotle isn't quite cajun (I was hoping for something like 5 Guys cajun fries) but still good. Look at this vegan cheesesteak. It was very good, the cheese tasted great, it was hot and fresh, not dry. My buddies wanted to stay for awhile so I ended up ordering one to eat there and one to take home. Only thing I was it could've used a bit more salt, but that was a minor issue. I wasn't sure what to expect with this place. I thought there would be way more games and arcades than there was, but for the size of the building and everything offered, I'd say there was still a good amount. We had a good time and I wouldn't mind coming back again with fam.

Also tasty, but I wouldn't have minded a smaller portion for less price. They have some unique flavored drinks which I always like to try when visiting a brewery. Looking up their menu online, it looks like the drinks change up daily. Service was pretty fast and friendly before the rush hour. They have a great space, but it can get packed on a weekend.
A favorite brewery of ours. My fiancé and I had our first date here years ago, and we always come back on our date anniversary. Since we've been here so often, we've seen the changes throughout the years. Every time we come, he always tries to get the Hef 4 Dead and I always get the God of Pour. I'm a hazy IPA girl and u strongly believe their pours are always up to par and crisp. It's never a miss. Every time we come, we always make a habit of getting their fries. I don't recall ever getting the sweet and spicy flavor before today, but it was delicious. I believe their fries improve on a yearly basis. We went on weekend (today) and it was very busy. The tables and the bar side were filled up. I'd prefer to come on a weekday if time allows. Service is quick and easy. Food comes out quickly, even on bus days! See you again soon!
Great beer, great atmosphere, decent bar. I got the Heff 4 Dead and the stout that was on tap, the other stout came only in a bottle. I love Greek food so I got the Greek rice Plate. I would give this establishment a 5, if not for the fact that the rice was undercooked, the Sun dried tomatoes were cold, and the dish overall was very tart. When it comes to Mediterranean food you have to find that nice balance with your tart ingredients. Not a deal breaker tho, I will definitely go back and try other dishes.
On a rainy day here in Temecula, we needed something to do. After some heated discussions, we landed on 8 bit brewing because I wanted beer and the boys wanted an arcade. When I say "best of both worlds" I can't emphasize it enough. The arcade was awesome! We had so much fun playing skeeball and air hockey and the beer was crisp and helped me cope with the fact that I was, in fact, in public. I ordered the Greek plate and my *only* criticism is that it needed pickled onions. Other than that it was *chef's kiss* delicious. All in all, we had a blast. Will definitely be back to kick some more butt in air hockey.
We've been coming here for years. It's been a tradition for us to stop by 8 Bit Brewery every-time we drive to LA from Las Vegas! This time around was solely to refill my husband beer fridge in our gaming room so it was a fun weekend brewery-hopping! We can both agree that 8 Bit is hands down our favorite brewery! From the amazing service that the beertenders provides each time, to their cool shirt designs.. we will always come back! So far we've collected in Merch: Joint Forces Tee The 8th Wonder Tee The Eye Of Souron Tee The Arcade Tee Circle 8 Mug Tee Local Katana Tee Jurassic Tart Tee Olive Patch Hat Super fun collecting the shirts with my husband and we love all their beer selections! I don't drink much, but I wanted to stop by and try this spot. The ambiance is very fun - they have a barcade area as well as open seating in a quieter, spacious area. Service from the bartenders was a bit unsatisfactory - pretty short and didn't offer much help. They offer a good range of nerd-centric beers and some pretty decent appetizers. I would suggest the grilled cheese! I would probably return for a drink on a weekday with less people :)

Love, love, LOVE this spot! 8Bit is a barcade serving up fantastic house brews plus wine from Akash Winery. The staff are friendly and genuinely knowledgeable about their taps, so don't hesitate to ask for recommendations. Not a beer person? No worries they've got seltzers and wine too. The space has an awesome industrial vibe with a huge lineup of arcade games, plus seating both indoors and out (perfect for a sunny day). The food is delicious and beautifully plated clearly a lot of care goes into it. Bonus: they offer a rechargeable game card, making this a great spot for family outings too. Revisiting 8 Bit after five years from our last visit (my review similar to then): * The food choices are limited and are a bit pricey for the amount of food received * The service was just okay * Beer choices are okay, but only spritzer-type drinks available for those not wanting the hops * The food quality was okay but nothing special From my last visit, I did notice that they greatly expanded their video/game area - this may be a great choice for parents wanting their kids to have some entertainment while they take a break : ) read more

Stopped in with a friend to check this place out while they were hosting a cornhole tournament. Since it was during off-hours, it wasn't too crowded, which gave us plenty of space to explore. They have an incredible selection of old-school arcade games and a ton of pinball machines! While I didn't try the food this time, the beers were excellen. Tthe IPA was fresh and the lager was crisp and clean. The staff was super helpful, offering samples and great recommendations based on what was on tap. If you love arcade games and quality beer, this place is a total gem. I'll definitely be back to log some more game time! read more

We have been coming here since the beginning of time and didn't realized I havent posted a review. I am really enjoying their current food menu, and like they are promoting a different special every week. Can't ever go wrong with their beer selection and different drink options (just no cocktails) but do offer seltzer on tap and wine bottles. Service is really good, haven't had any issues with anyone. (Shout out to Brennan and Shane) Ambiance super chill Can't go wrong with the Arcade, my kids love it. All electronic on a card so you won't be losing coins/cash. Next time you are in town, totally recommend this place read more

This is a neat spot! Definitely hang out vibes. Reminds me of a fancier more upscale version of dave and busters but I love it. This is a brewery but they have wine. You get your money's worth on the wine. It is a Tad expensive but it is Temecula. I didn't have a chance to eat here this time around but I'd definitely come back and try the food. They have alot of good classic games. Just overall so much fun. Staff overall was polite. Place was clean. Have very nice outdoor seating and seating inside as well and at the bar. Parking isn't to bad. read more

First time staying overnight in Temecula so needed a place for dinner. This was super convenient to "hotel row" between Rancho California and Winchester, along the 15. The beer list is long enough to suit nearly anyone - I got a flight of tasters and liked the dark Czech Pilsner enough for seconds. They don't have a full bar or ciders, so the only beer alternative is a short wine list (Cabernet, rose, Pinot Gris - all local). Food was very good - we always share a big pretzel when we find one, and theirs was good. Loved the hit pastrami (fries were outstanding) and my wife really liked her chicken salad. Service was great, across two servers (Ian and Jackie). Would definitely return here! read more

I stopped here to have lunch with a friend and we were both pleasantly surprised. It's such a cool Brewery with arcade games, great food, and tasty beer!! I tried the West Coast DDH IPA called The No Fly Zone. It was a super tasty beer. For food I got the New York steak sandwich and it was so good!!! The steak was seasoned perfectly and the aioli was so tasty. I also really loved their fries. They are so perfectly seasoned. My friend got the Blacked Mahi Sandwich and it was also very tasty! The place was pretty packed as it was a Saturday afternoon. But our food came quickly and the line to order went by fast too. I love the open seating! I think they do have a patio that you can wait to be sat at and get waited on, but we opted for the self seating area and you just go up to the bar and place your drink and food orders. I'd definitely come back to 8 Bit if I'm ever in the area again!! Yummy food and great vibes. read more

8 Bit Brewing Company in Murrieta is doing something right. They have a great location right off of Jefferson Ave and Date St in Murrieta, just a few blocks west of the 15 freeway. The brewery has indoor and patio seating, and can accommodate many guests making it a perfect place for group outings and family gatherings. We stayed a few hours into the evening and got to sit near their fire pits, which were nice. It did get colder so I wish they had some of the heat lamps turned on near us. They have the typical gastropub offerings and a large selection of drinks. We ordered a variety of items from their menu and enjoyed snacking on all the dishes. I especially was impressed with the Chicharrones because it came out sizzling and warm, and it had a kick to it. Spicy and crunchy. Inside, they have an arcade including pinball machines for all ages. To play any of the games, you'll need to purchase a game card and load points onto it. They have a machine that can guide you through the process. Similar to Dave & Busters or Round1 cards. The service could have been handled better when we arrived. Long story short, we stayed in the hostess's view near the pinball machines while we waited for our party's patio seating. Somehow they "gave up our seats" to another party because we didn't come fast enough after they sent out the notification text. Mind you, we came within 3 minutes after because we were in the arcade but most of our party were still seated near the hostess stand. Anyway, we eventually were seated in the patio after an additional 10 minutes. The only weird thing the hostess asked us was if we were going to be making food purchases, as if it were a requirement to be given patio seats. And the answer was: of course! (That's what we came to do: eat, stay, play, and drink!) We ordered inside because the kids were hungry - that doesn't mean we weren't going to order again after we sat down. Overall, despite the service we received with just trying to get seated, 8 Bit Brewing Company checks off all the goods: good for all ages, great for groups and families, good drinks, good food, and lovely atmosphere. A decent 3.8 but I'm rounding my rating to a 4 because we had a great time. read more

First time here, last time here. Bar on right side is close to the games. Kids screaming while Im enjoying a nice cold drink. Red pool is a 7 out of 10. The food needed FLAVOR, lemon pepper wings had 10% seasoning. What's up with the Ranch?? Not sure what it was i tasted but if your trying to make it fancy, Dont mess with the Ranch. Since there is not a server you take a seat and order at the bar, if you need a refill you get up and go wait in line and order at the bar. A lady did come by to collect our trays. So that was a plus But the food needs a bit more love. The Chicharones was a big portion but 80% went to the trash. The Sandiwch was good but again. the Flavors did not mix. I'm not picky, so maybe we ordered the wrong meals. I guess we will never know.... read more

Yes! If you eat outside they have a little grass turf area where kids can play and run
Are there any games to play or anything to do besides eat and drink?
We have an arcade with more on the way. We also have Corn Horn and Giant Jenga for our patio upon request.
Is there music?
Not live music but they do play background music and they have TVs to watch in side
Can you buy the beers to go?

Can you seat a large party like 20-25?
We are able to seat large parties but do recommend reservations. We normally don’t take reservations for above 20 guests/2 tables Friday-Sunday. Please call to make a reservation and we can disucss the details.
What are your happy hour specials and times? Also, is your patio dog friendly?
