Humm... I'm not quite sure. I almost gave it 4 stars instead of 3 but the thing is? I won't be going back, so that says only 3 stars. BUT, then I thought, they have more on their menu that I've never tried, so 3 might not be fair. Not long ago the line to another fast food, had VERY long line of cars, so went next door to Arby's. I got a hamburger and fries. Both were unremarkable. I found myself longing for the hamburger they sell next door. The ambiance at this Arby's? Sterile, large but clean. No one inside. Kinda sad. It's no doubt because the place next door is famous just for having great burgers. Today I had a pulled pork sandwich on a brioche bun and curly fries delivered. The bun was soggy. The sandwich itself is PICTURED with barbecue sauce but that must be ordered SEPARATELY for .50 a packet. I would say it needs 2. So, that's like going to that hamburger place, next door to this place, and paying extra for the mayo or catsup or whatever. Ridiculous. $36+ for a medium meal that came with a kid sized sandwich, an actual kid's meal with two small chicken strips, a large fries/milkshake is crazy. Service was quick and friendly, curly fries had a funky after taste to it that I've never experienced before along with their packets of Arby's sauce which also tasted odd. Haven't been here in years and probably won't be back for years as well. If I'm paying this kind of prices, I expect better quality food than what I received today. read more

My husband and I went bowling at lucky strike and were hungry so we were craving Arby's. The service was awesome and the staff was friendly and smiling. Had to ring the bell. we got home and my husbands food was cold, his curly fries were cold, his roast beef sandwich was cold, and my Greek gyro was so huge it took me so long to eat it. Wow! Haven't had Arby's in a very long time and to have a French Dip and Swiss in a moving car with the container of au jus without the lid on was like a daring acrobatic balancing act. The temperature of the food came out hot. Doc had jalapeño poppers, T Bebe had the chicken from a slider and hubs had a classic roast beef sandwich. The roast beef was finely shaved, the Swiss cheese was melted and embedded into the bread. I like how they cut my sandwich in half. It looked, smelled and tasted fantastic. I enjoyed every dip into the au jus. What a yummy lunch, so good if I were more of a piglet I'd want half of another: luscious eats! read more

We used to have Arby's all the time, but very rarely now. I'll order something, such as the roast beef gyro, and mark no tomatoes. They then don't add any onions (which I love). Sometimes the meat seems harder and old. I hope management and whomever owns that location wake up. The prices alone will make me go to Applebees instead now. read more

Military Discount REMOVED. I have been coming to this (Murrieta Arby's) location for several years. Many of those visits have in part been due to the fact that they have always provided a military discount - my (discount) visits are NOT due to simply getting a lesser expensive meal but rather, to give a business who shows their patriotism openly, my business. On our recent visit, it was unfortunate to hear that this location no longer offers this long-term offer. I am not sure why that decision was made but can only assume it is due to the challenging (financial) environment that fast food eateries currently face; perhaps it is in direct response to California's new "$20 minimum wage for fast food workers?" Food is clearly made to order. I've never had to send anything back because it wasn't correct or hot. My food items are packaged neatly, always fresh/hot especially the buns, and the lemonade is so good. The interior is always clean and quiet. With a drink and condiment station. The only thing is I wish I could tap to pay but currently that is not an option via drive thru. I get the Buffalo chicken sliders EVERY time. We RARELY have fast food, but when we are OTG, if we can find an Arby's, we'll get the GYRO. They pita is soft and fluffy, decent quantity of meat and toppings. We always ask for extra tzatziki. They call it 'Greek sauce' as it is not real tzatziki, more like garlic sauce. Only two things to improve. #1. Add diced cucumber to the garlic sauce to make it more like traditional tzatziki. #2. Pronounce the name correctly at least. It is not a gyro as in gyroscope. It's basically pronounced 'yee-row' or roh. read more

I never know what I'm going to get here. I frequently order the beef gyro. Twice now I've gotten home and discovered I'd gotten the lamb gyro which ends up in the trash. I usually pull over and check it before I leave but the 2x I didn't I got that unwanted surprise. I know places such as Arby's struggle to find help so I give them a pass. read more

First time at Arby's in a long time. The menu has changed a bit with great fresh options. I tried the Pecan chicken salad sandwich. It was huge and delicious. There were big chunks of white meat, apple, grapes and crunchy celery. And the lettuce was green, not the typical white/yellow kinda green you get on most fast food burgers. Great fast food alternative and the place was actually nice inside with dark wood accents. Of course, you can't go wrong with the Arby melts and the other traditional sandwiches including there great sauces! Didn't have any issues that I saw on some other posts. I went to Arby's a while back and I hated it but I don't even remember why now because I had such a good experience this time! Food was delicious and it really brought me back to like the 90s they were generous with the portions and sauce. Delish! Had to try Spicy Cheese Steak at Arby's. Drive thru busy on Saturday around 10:30. Lady who took my order was very nice and my order was correct. Cheese Steak was far from spicy (hello add a jalapeno or two) but delish nevertheless. Lots of melted cheese and peppers added a nice sweetness. Not sure it was worth $6.99 but guess that's going rate for burgers/ sandwiches nowadays. Will be back...but with a coupon. Not a regular Arby's eater but was satisfied. read more

Never any complaints for Arby's. Unfortunate that there aren't many in southern cali. Roast beef sandwiches are the BOMB and definitely a classic. Mozzarella sticks were okay this time, could have been better. For it being a fast food place, it's a little pricey. if my significant other got anything else besides his roast beef sandwiches, we would be paying like $8 a sammy. Also, in Florida, the arby's usually serve like a TON of roast beef on these sandwiches. so much so, that you can make 2 sandwiches out of one. This particular arby's, maybe they were holding off for food cost or really follow by the book or have different instructions on how to make a roast beef sandwich? but it wasn't as much roast beef. it was sufficient for what we needed but usually there's TOO MUCH and my dogs get lucky or we go home and make more sandwiches. Update. After the unfortunate incident involving my son and the substandard level of customer service he and I received from this local establishment, I did get a prompt response from both the District Manager and Arby's Corporate office apologizing for the incident. It was refreshing to see how attentive the company was about the importance of sensitive and caring customer service which was completely lacking in the situation my son and I experienced. Five stars for the organization. We still love Arby's food and are happy to know that the company does care about the importance of quality customer care and acted promptly and appropriately to make sure that customer care comes first in the Murrieta store and all Arby's restaurants. read more
