I used to love going to jersey mikes, I loved the sandwiches and always thought it was a step above other competitors. I don't know if it's the economy but I was just charged over $5 for 4 pieces of extra bacon. One sandwich came out to $27+. I spoke to the manager about how outrageous the price was but I was told they couldn't do anything about it. Unfortunate to say but I think I'm going to be taking my money elsewhere moving forward.. TLDR: don't ask for extra bacon - prices are insane. read more

I've always been satisfied with the food and service at this location. I was even at this Mike's fifteen minutes before closing recently and got a sandwich to go and everything was prepared perfectly. However, after my last visit, I probably won't be returning. I arrived at about 8:30 pm and all the fixings were already being put away. The employees informed me that this location was under new ownership. Wow! What a change for the worse. Employee morale was completely lacking in enthusiasm. As a matter of fact, the employees acted like they resented being there. I asked the guy making my sandwich to wait until I finished using the bathroom to start making my sandwich. He didn't. As a result my sandwich was completely slathered with mayo and had to be remade. When the employee remade the sandwich, I requested the he spread the mayo on the bread. He used a slice of tomato to do so. Maybe he didn't feel like looking for a knife. When he cut the sandwich in half, the halves were completely uneven. What a change from my prior visit! If the new owner is trying to drive the business into the ground, he's doing an excellent job. In the future I will avoid going to this location. Worst and most unprofessional Jersey Mike's experience I have ever had. I can only assume that this is the result of the new ownership since it seemed they were short staffed and had to get ready to close earlier than usual. read more

I ordered my one mini cold sub sandwich at 6:39, said it would be ready @ 6:54, walked in at 6:52; I didn't get it in my hands till 7:30. Those poor employees were so understaffed. I don't know why management would let only three employees on a shift when Jersey Mike's is a very popular place. I love Jersey Mike's--just not this location. A 2:00 online pickup here means your sandwich might finally emerge at 2:14, even when the place is emptier than a salad bar at a steakhouse. Nobody greets you, nobody hustles, and once I even got a sub with so much cornmeal at the bottom I'd have been better off eating sand at the beach. I've given them four chances, and every time I've left more disappointed than the last. At this point, I'd get a sandwich faster driving all the way to the Jersey Shore--and at least I'd get an ocean view while I wait. This location? Never again. read more

Busy place at 11:45 am on a Monday. I had only eaten at one JM before. I tried the Regular #8- Turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon & mayo club. $10.75 It was very good. Jersey Mike's is one of the better upscale Sub chains we like. We have enjoyed them for over twenty years, in more than a half-dozen states. The food is uniformly good and tasty. The Cold Cuts and Grill Meat are superior and cut and made fresh. The service here is speedy and polite. There is also ample parking outside. The only drawback is their App, which doesn't allow for "Extra" or "Light" condiments, or Veggies when ordering online. No biggie. They also have non-gendered restrooms. Nice! Literally every single time I order pick up it's NEVER ready. It takes at least 10-15 minutes longer for it to be done than the pick up time. There's a reason for pick up and that's to be in and out. Jersey Mikes is so go. I only always get the reg turkey with American cheese mikes way with a little mayo. Since I discovered Jersey Mikes Subway took a back seat. I never liked Subway anyways. I like that Jersey Mikes carves the meats and cheese fresh. The red sweet and spicy pepper relish is yummy. Service is always good and fast. The restaurant has a strange odor when you first walk in. The only thing I don't like are the pickles. They are too soft and sour, to me anyways. I crave Jersey Mikes at least once a week. read more

Delivery attempt #1 was quick but unfortunately for a different person/same first name. DoorDash driver promptly returned to store to sort things out. Re-delivery attempt was partially successful -- received the ordered sandwiches, but only 3 of the 8 ordered bags of chips. Phone call to the local store = crickets, no phone pick-up; phone call to DoorDash is still hung up on the 1st attempt botched delivery. The family was craving hoagie style sandwiches and since a few members have never had Jersey Mike's before, the decision was made to order sandwiches here. The types of sandwiches offered by Jersey Mike's are definitely more interesting than one of the other national sandwich chains. We ordered on-line for take-out the following sandwiches: The Original Italian #13 ($9.45), two Portabella Cheese Steaks ($10.50 each), and a Bacon Ranch Cheese Steak #26 ($9.45). We placed our on-line order for ASAP @ 1139 hours and were advised our pick up time was @ 1214 hours. When I arrived at approximately 1210 hours, the sandwiches were already bagged and ready for pick up in the to-go area. Currently there is no inside dining at this location: however; there are several table and chairs located outside to use. We eagerly took possession of each of our sandwich selections. All four of us each enjoyed our selections. Each sandwich was adequately filled with quality tasting ingredients and in my case the optional ingredients I added, made my sandwich that much more enjoyable. The only downside to Jersey Mike's is the price for the size of the sandwich. Our family's gold standard for sandwiches is Capriotti's in Las Vegas when we lived out there and still to this day. We paid pre-tip, $39.90 for four, 7 inch sandwiches. A bit pricy even for the great, tasty quality we all enjoyed. read more

Terrible service tonight. I placed an online order. When I arrived to pick up my order, no one told me their grill was down and that they weren't unable to make #56. I was still charged though! Got all the way home and realized #56 was missing. I called the store and the girl who answered said "oh sorry, didn't anyone tell you our grill was down?" I said not only did no one tell me, they didn't even offer a refund for what they couldn't make. She said "well you can come back to the store and get a different sandwich. " So I went back, the shift lead refused to come out and talk to me. The other kid refused to give their corporate phone number. He made me another sandwich that was $8 cheaper than what I already paid for and wouldn't give me a refund. So when I asked about him about the price difference and where was my refund, he told me to pick out chips and a drink. I told that STILL doesn't equate to what I paid for! read more

Let me start of by saying the food was great.. always is! However I was very disappointed and frustrated with your team members. Especially on a VERY IMPORTANT day where ALL of Jersey Mikes profits were going towards the Special Olympics! On March 30th, around 8 p.m. I called the Jersey Mikes store in Menifee, CA to place an order. I called roughly 4 times before I finally got an answer from an employee. I was prompted to hold and in return I was hung up on. I proceeded to call an additional 24 times and did not receive an answer. At this point in time the store was about to close so myself and my girlfriend drove down to the storefront to place an order. I would like to point out that we had actually already had dinner at home that night. However, when I found out that Jerseys Mikes was giving 100 percent of their profits to the Special Olympics I immediately wanted to take part. I personally have never heard of an organization doing such a thing and I was proud to help donate to such a great cause. Especially since I have family members who are indeed "special" themselves. When we arrived to the store there was only 1 customer ahead of us with THREE staff members in the front taking orders and making the food. While waiting in line I continued to call the storefront to see why they were not answering the phone, especially since it was extremely slow at the time. Surprisingly, I could not hear a telephone ringing which was odd because I was receiving a ring on my end of the call. I was able to visually locate the phone where myself and my girlfriend noticed the phone had been disconnected from the wall. Very sad and unfortunate. How are customers supposed to call and place orders and donate to the Special Olympics if the phone is off the hook? Once I saw this I immediately asked an employee why the phone was disconnected from the wall. She stated "We have been extremely busy today." And my response was "Yes, you should be, it is a very big day for Jersey Mikes and the Special Olympics." While waiting to place an order more customers started arriving and it was very close to closing time. At this point in time about 4-6 more team members came out of no where to help assist. Where were these team members when I was trying to call and place an order? It seems to me that your employees only came to help towards the end because they did not want to do any overtime or stay open any later than clock out time. I wish they would have given that same effort prior to getting a rush near closing time. When we received our meal I asked to speak to the manager. His name is Fabian and I explained to him the disappointment and let down of his crew. When I asked about the phone being disconnected he stated "We are running low on product so we had to take the phone off the hook." So I received two different answers as to why the phone was disconnected. Honestly I'm in awe and lost for words. How can such an organization as yourself do something so low and not give people the opportunity to donate to the Special Olympics. I sincerely hope that corporate reaches out to Fabian and the rest of the Menifee, CA Jersey Mikes storefront. Updated review: They are back open. I like that they have incorporated social distancing inside the restaurant for the safety of the customers and their staff. The staff were all wearing masks and gloves. I love that they are super friendly. Got the Italian sub today and it was super fresh but had too much oil and not enough vinegar for my taste. We were in Menifee for Thanksgiving week, ordered subs for our picnic on Sat. 25, 2023 (approx. 50 subs) These were absolutely the worst subs I've ever had! The came dry with approx. 1oz of meat and 1oz of cheese (they looked nothing like the promo pic's) shredded lettuce, tomatoes and white onions were supplied in separate containers (no serving utensils) lol! Oil and vinegar was also provided, no mayo, mustard, pickles or peppers. I don't know whats going on here, but keep it up and you'll be closing the doors soon. We won't be back! Sigh. All I ever want is to just get dinner for the family. With JM it's just not a guarantee. I went to the location in Lake Elsinore last night (I live right in between this one and the Menifee store), only to discover that they closed early due to short staff. IIRC there were two workers inside that I saw. How many people does it take a make a sandwich? Regardless, the time was 8:47 pm, leaving me precious little time to get to the Menifee store before they close at 9:00. I decided to chance it, and I raced across town and risked getting a ticket or worse. My family was hungry, and this was what they were set on. We had put time into deciding what everybody wanted. Meanwhile, I tried calling the Menifee location to make sure they weren't also closed, but there was no answer. No answer on the phone could be because they were closed and nobody was there, but it could also mean that they didn't want to pick up or were too busy to answer. You might think I'm a sucker for continuing to drive there, and I can't disagree. Somehow, some way, I made it at precisely 8:59, stressing the whole time. As my luck would have it, the door was locked, and it looked as if they were already in mid-cleanup as far as I could tell, but I can't be sure of that. This really is my fault. I'm the idiot. I'm the one who keeps getting burned yet comes back for more. I've called before and been told that as long as I walk in the door by 9pm I will be served. As I drove away, my thought was it would have REALLY BEEN NICE if they had answered the phone, ESPECIALLY if they're closing early. Out of respect for their customers' time. How much gas, mileage, wear and tear, and time was that, and for nothing? But again, I'm the fool who keeps doing this to myself. For whatever reason it's only JM that I seem to have this problem with.
