I went to this location after doing errands. The time was efficient and workers were friendly. I used my app so I got a great deal. The bbq crispy chicken taco was good but after eating it, I felt it kind of altered the taste of the regular tacos I ate. In addition, I ordered the dragonfruit refresca drink to try it out since I had a deal but I'm not sure I got the right drink. The color wasn't as dark as the picture. I don't know. I've ordered 3 differs times on 3 complete separate occasions and the way the prepare food is absolutely garbage. A vegetarian wouldn't even be able to tell that's there's meat in their meal that's how lazy and stingy they are. For the amount they charge with price increases to get 99% less than what they had before is insane. Pictures of 2 separate Crunchwrap supremes, and 1 after i ripped off 80% of the whole Crunchwrap Supreme because there was no meat, only to find barely a a half tablespoon in it. Picture isn't super clear but there is no meat behind what you see on the second photo. My tacos were like this too. Spent $50. Ridiculous. We came by late and there were no other customers. Izzy and Manny were extremely patient with my pregnant daughter when she could decide what she wanted. The came up with ideas and had us laughing, which was very important since we were on our way home from the hospital. Then my daughter wanted the cheesy potatoes they said they wanted to make sure they are fresh for us and did we mind waiting. They were very kind and considerate even trying to entertain and talk to us while waiting on the potatoes to finish cooking. Today two orders of hash browns were forgotten in our order, we had a large order and didn't have time to check which shouldn't even be our fault, regardless. The employees were super nice and provided great service despite the massive amount of food ordered, especially Izzy, Manny, and Sonia. The restaurant and drive thru were both completely spotless, I didn't see a single piece of trash or anything dirty around the entire premise of the restaurant. Guy taking the window was lacking interaction skills. Nothing bad just not responsive. Guy at the window was fine. Food was not great I ordered a bean burrito with no onion and I managed to get mostly tortilla and hot sauce with a small amount of beans. so this all comes back down to management. I'm glad they have teens and young people working there. However customer service skills need to be implemented, quality and remembering that people are giving their hard earned money over to get food. You don't have to dance but maybe give a little bit of effort into Making the food because it's not great tasting as it is and we're just looking for something fast and easy. And my drink was not ready with it either so I had to wait another minute till they could come to the counter to hand me a cup. It's like they got everything wrong ON PURPOSE. For example, I ordered through the app. One of the items is listed as Bean Burrito. No need to customize it to exclude meat. 12/10/19 I see it's been about 4 years since I ate here and after tonight, I can see why. Food is nothing to be excited about. We ordered crunchy tacos and all 4 were stale. Our burrito supremes that are $3.79 each were gone in 3 bites. My husband complained about how small they were for the almost $4. We spent about $18 on 2 burrito supremes and 4 Tacos and were still hungry. Should've gone to McDonald's for 2 cheeseburgers, that is always filling even without the bun. Im really disappointed this meal tonight. The portions are for kids. I miss Del Taco on ALTA Murrieta that's for sure. Once again, I should've gone to Gilbertos! We Ordered a combo 6 with steak and the employees read the order back as a combo 6 steak. We had to repeat the order 3 times due to them horsing around in the background. A female took the order then a male took over a repeated the order with steak. Got home and it's chicken. Called the taco bell and the manager said she won't replace it because that's what they put down. And since I didn't receive my receipt to confirm that it was steak. She said I should have asked for the receipt. She also said I can re purchase the steak ones but she can not take back the chicken ones to swap them out.
