The bbq crispy chicken taco was good but after eating it, I felt it kind of altered the taste of the regular tacos I ate. The food preparers will get this place shut down. The way they prepare food, presentation, quality, care is something to be investigated. People are just lazy. Nothing more lazy than adults doing teenage job and putting half-a** effort into everything. A vegetarian wouldn't even be able to tell that's there's meat in their meal that's how lazy and stingy they are. For the amount they charge with price increases to get 99% less than what they had before is insane. We came by late and there were no other customers. Izzy and Manny were extremely patient with my pregnant daughter when she could decide what she wanted. The came up with ideas and had us laughing, which was very important since we were on our way home from the hospital. Then my daughter wanted the cheesy potatoes they said they wanted to make sure they are fresh for us and did we mind waiting. They were very kind and considerate even trying to entertain and talk to us while waiting on the potatoes to finish cooking. Guy taking the window was lacking interaction skills. Nothing bad just not responsive. Guy at the window was fine. Food was not great I ordered a bean burrito with no onion and I managed to get mostly tortilla and hot sauce with a small amount of beans. so this all comes back down to management. I'm glad they have teens and young people working there. However customer service skills need to be implemented, quality and remembering that people are giving their hard earned money over to get food. You don't have to dance but maybe give a little bit of effort into Making the food because it's not great tasting as it is and we're just looking for something fast and easy. The employees were super nice and provided great service despite the massive amount of food ordered, especially Izzy, Manny, and Sonia. I didn't even think to look at his name but I'm assuming he was an assistant or manager with the way he talked, the drive through wait was a bit long and he apologized very kindly and professionally and gave me two free cinnamon twists and upgraded my fries to large and was just overall very friendly, he takes his job seriously and this location is doing great, it was very nice to see and as a former restaurant manager its amazing to see people turning places around and though its hard pushing through and doing it with happiness. read more

Our burrito supremes that are $3.79 each were gone in 3 bites. My husband complained about how small they were for the almost $4. We spent about $18 on 2 burrito supremes and 4 Tacos and were still hungry. Should've gone to McDonald's for 2 cheeseburgers, that is always filling even without the bun. We Ordered a combo 6 with steak and the employees read the order back as a combo 6 steak. We had to repeat the order 3 times due to them horsing around in the background. A female took the order then a male took over a repeated the order with steak. Got home and it's chicken. Called the taco bell and the manager said she won't replace it because that's what they put down. And since I didn't receive my receipt to confirm that it was steak. She said I should have asked for the receipt. She also said I can re purchase the steak ones but she can not take back the chicken ones to swap them out.
