I didn't realize until it was too late that they only have one lane for orders and pick ups so mobile ordering pick up for drive thru shouldn't even be an option. We got stuck with cars behind us before we realized it would take too long to get a drink, a couple orders of fries and a kale crunch salad. From the time we got in line to the time we got " checked in" it was 25 minutes to end up with cold fries, visit the location on Clinton Keith instead for a quicker, more convenient mobile order pick up as they have two lanes. Had time to stop by here after a long day of work and try the limited time option of the jalapeño ranch club spicy chicken sandwich. It was quite delicious and cooked perfectly. I got the Mac and cheese as a side and that was pretty decent as well. I always gotta have the honey roasted bbq sauce with anything I eat at Chick-fil-A, it is the perfect sauce to go with their sandwiches. Back again because self control clearly is not my strong suit when it comes to Chick-fil-A. Still thinking about that spicy chicken sandwich I had yesterday. It was that good. Since my last review, I have stopped by this location twice. The manager reached out to make things right after my "no pickle situation" from before, which I thought was really cool. It was not even a complaint, just an observation, but it says a lot when management pays attention like that. Visit 1 - 10/10/25 Order: 2 entree meals (Chicken nuggets and Chicken Sandwich) I came by in the afternoon and was greeted by one of the nicest employees I have met at any Chick-fil-A. My food came out hot, fresh, and absolutely perfect. Honestly, it might have been the best chicken nuggets I have ever had from any location. The staff took their time, double checked everything, and the chicken was so fresh it could have had its own theme song. Everything about that visit was a solid win. Visit 2 - 10/12/25 Order: 2 entree meals (Chicken sandwich and Spicy Chicken Sandwich) Fast forward to my second visit, around 7:30 p.m. after a grocery store run. The food was still great, but the service felt a little rushed, not the usual polished experience this location is known for. The drive thru was not busy, so I wasn't surprised no one was outside taking orders. When I got to the window, the employee quickly scanned my reward and held out the reader for Apple Pay before I even mentioned that was how I would pay. I rolled with it, but things moved lightning fast after that. My bag, drinks, and ice cream cone were handed to me so quickly it almost felt like a race. The ice cream ended up smashing into my hand, which I am pretty sure was not the vibe they were going for. The employee noticed but did not offer napkins, and the cone itself looked like it had been through something. Individually, none of these things would have mattered, but together it just felt a bit off. Maybe it was close to closing or shift change, but it definitely was not the same energy as my other visits. That said, the food still hit the spot. I ordered two 8 piece grilled nuggets and, let me tell you, that was the worst money I've spent in a very long time. Each little box was a quarter full of chicken scraps. Not even whole pieces, just charred ends. I might as well have thrown that 16 dollars away, what a waste I'm devastated. DEVASTATED. I hardly ever get fast food anymore since the portions and quality went down everywhere and the prices are all up. And this visit was no different. Ordering experience, staff, pickup, etc. was all smooth and fine. Flavor of the food was good, but the filet size has gotten much smaller than it was a few years ago and it just doesn't seem worth it. $50 for 2 meals + an 8 count nugget. For that price we could've eaten much more at chilis for similar quality food at least. I went in with a gift card I received with $10 on it. I haven't been here in a year due to the ingredients changing. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with no pickles. My order came out to $13 freaking dollars after the gift card. Which is means that entire meal was $23 fking dollars. The process of ordering and waiting for your food is super easy. Everyone is always really nice and the food is made perfectly. Only downside is the parking is a bit small. We're so sweet I had such a good time tonight because they know me and my dog that comes through the drive-through. They are just so happy to see and it makes us happy and return! We went through the drive through around 7:00 pm. We gave the lady our order which was for 4 people. When we got to the window to pick up our food, we realized they uncharged us over $17! The manager came and she was very nice and gave us a refund for the things that were messed up, but after leaving, we realized they also forgot to put something in there. This is my favorite Chick-fil-A in the SoCal Area, as it seems to be run very well. Courteous, fast service and the food was piping hot. I particularly liked the fact that the pickles were fresh enough to *crunch* when I bit into my spicy chicken sandwich. Also, kudos to the staff there for asking me specifics on my Arnold Palmer - you can get a 'diet' option for either the lemonade or the iced tea, and it's a great way to control how sweet your AP comes out! Only cautionary note is, of course, the fact that CfA is a victim of its own success - this outlet like all the others can get hellaciously crowded at peak times. Service has gone down since the opening of the new location off of the 215 freeway at Clinton Keith in Murrieta. There is no one greeting you when you walk in the door, in fact these teenagers look at you a turn away. Racist? Im not sure, but this generation of teenagers are definitely self entitled snobs. The only nice person there is the owner, which tells you a lot! This store is always very clean and most of the time the food is fresh. If you go there at night, you will get the most over fried fries you have ever eating. I think i even chipped a tooth once. Lol. All in all, Im just like... what happened here? Ever since chic fil a switched their chicken, this location has been pretty bad. The chicken is always dry and stringy. I had to switch to the new Clinton Kieth location. The chicken there is almost always as good as it used to be before they switched it. This location has the better fries though. The CK one over cooks them so they're dry.
