I just saw on TV about Five Guys. It was a great review.. So...I was out and about and saw one and decided to stop. My first time, definitely not my last. The Burger was just as good as the "other" place. I personally thought it was better. So did hubby. The French Fries were actually better. Hubby couldn't believe how big the portion of fries were. What really pleased me was the many more options for Toppings. I've never seen a Restaurant so clean. Kudos to the staff!!! It makes a big difference walking into a sparkling place to eat. I want to thank the staff who were keeping busy, yet were very professional, pleasant and very helpful. This will now be my go to Burger Place. Five Guys is one my top favorite burger places. I love that you can as many toppings as you want and can customize to your preferences. The ingredients are fresh, and the bacon and lettuce crispy. Their Cajun fries are my favorite, and I like to get it with a side of bbq sauce. This location particularly was so friendly from the moment I walked in. Every staff greeted me on the way in and out. Disappointed with how the quality went down. I used to defend five guys because I've always had good experiences growing up but now it's a mess. Our burgers feel smaller and our meat wasn't cooked all the way through. Didn't know I could get medium rare from five guys. Ended up getting a stomach ache unfortunately. Fries were not fresh and all short for some reason. No long fries. Someone cut the fries the easy way. Service was nice and the employees were fast at keeping the tables and floors clean. I had such a wonderful experience at Five Guys on Winchester Road in Temecula that I had to share it! From the moment I walked in, Kaka (CARISA) at the register was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely accommodating. I've had a gastric sleeve, so I can't eat much at all, and she went above and beyond to help me with my order. She was able to comp my fries knowing I have a much smaller stomach, and she handled everything with such understanding and warmth. It wasn't just what she did -- it was how she did it. She made me feel comfortable, respected, and completely taken care of. That level of customer service is rare, and it truly made my day. Five Guys is already great, but having someone like Kaka there makes the experience exceptional. Thank you for your kindness and for making customers feel valued. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO BREYANA at this location. We ordered Two double cheeseburgers, and a large cajun fry. When we left the food fell through the bag bc of all the grease from the fries. We came back in and the manager on duty this day 3/11/26 @7:22pm was extremely rude and wasn't even considering trying to help us out. He DEFINITELY needs to do better, and work on being more positive and caring for the customers. I work at the Chick-fil-A inside the Promenade Mall so I COMPLETELY understand customer service. The burgers and fries are still top notch... as it's not a 'drive-thru' joint, I'll leave In-n-Out in their own category with the other drive-thru places... and still the best in that category. Here's a tip... the "Little" burger is still a quarter pounder, which is plenty for anyone. The buns and beef taste great, and there is no match for the fries in terms of taste. But the rub is still the price... I just got a "Little" burger with a 'Make it a Meal' add-on ($5) with small fries and soda for $16. And btw, the 'small' for fries/soda is plenty. Sixteen bucks for that is my issue. But it IS a great burger and fries. What really burned me was paying $6.50 for the milkshake to take home to my son. It's NOT a big shake by any stretch (see photo below), but it IS good. It looks like a medium or small shake to me. Maybe the smaller of TWO sizes, but there IS no second size. We'll keep coming, but we've been eating out much less as the prices have risen. As the vulture capitalists have bought out nearly all of the drive-thru joints, they're COMPLETELY off our list now. I also really enjoy having the power to pick unlimited ingredients without the server giving me a weird look. I've requested no grilled mushrooms since my stomach can't process it and yet there were grilled mushrooms in my burger and I had to remove it one by one. Then I requested for Cajun style on my fries and got a plain fries instead. Either the worker didn't read the instructions or they just ignored it. This has only been our second visit, and this place is okay. The facility is fairly clean and the staff is friendly. We visited on Thursday, 11.29.18, in support of a school. Kudos to Five Guys for forwarding 20% of the proceeds to the school's fundraiser activities. The Cajun fries were good. They were crispy and the medium spicy garlic was a perfect combination with the fries. On the other hand, the quality of these overpriced burgers were lacking the tender, love and care. We paid $32 for 3 double cheeseburgers. The price increase may have contributed due to solicitation of contributions to fund the school. Consequently, using the attached picture as a reference, it seemed that there were five angry guys that had put together the burgers and they came out quite sloppy. It was practically falling apart whenever we began to take a bite. The bread was soggy and the proportions between the meat and extras were imbalanced. This was not worth the price. There is no reason that five guys should be this expensive. Sierra and other staff today definitely weren't as kind and courteous as hoped. We usually get a cheeseburger patty on the side with one of our burgers, but they refused and made us pay for a full little cheeseburger. We have not had this issue at other locations to get a side patty. Food was decent. Bathroom could use a mop: sticky. Dining room was clean. Not saying we won't ever come back but definitely will go to other locations. The food is always so good! They welcome you when you walk in the door. The staff is friendly. They wear gloves, that aren't cross contaminated. The person on the grill isn't touching everything else just the grill, personal on fries, or assembling the sandwich.. you get the idea. I stated On my way 10 minutes before coming in and then 1 minute before I walked through the door I said I arrived. Food was not even close to ready! Are you serious. I had been seeing a patty melt (grilled cheese w/patty) on social media so decided to give it a try. It was pretty tasty especially the bread/bun. We ordered patty melt, 2 bacon cheeseburgers, a hot dog, 3 fries & 2 drinks for $64. Everything was fresh & delicious but inflation is REAL right about now.
