Stopped in for the first time ever and got the burger combo. Burger, fries, and a drink. Taste wise 9/10 very tasty food, was good. Temperature 10/10 hot and fresh. Burger patty size very thin, maybe all of them are supposed to be super thin like smash burgers? I don't know. Might be back to try a stand alone burger by itself. Got a chocolate shake, taste was good but it was very liquid from the start. More like drinking chocolate milk than a milkshake. Maybe the milk to ice cream ratio was way off. 6/10. Overall I enjoyed it mostly. Will probably try again and give it a second go. Will give the benefit of the doubt based on taste of the food. 4/5, I say worth trying. read more

Had to grab the closest veggie burger I could while at the Promenade. I've been here a handful of times but thought I'd finally write up a review. In the past, they had a lot more vegan options. I mean, I recall vegan ranch, vegan nuggets, I think there was maybe 4-5 different vegan burgers...now, there's just two. That's not a complaint. I know vegan options have been reduced everywhere and I'm grateful for the few options they still have. I wasn't always the greatest fan of their burgers. I just remember them being dry. Well, they've gotten better in that respect. If I can say anything about the burger I had today, it was juicy. As you can see, the patty is a bit smashed, if you like more of a smashed patty. I'm not crazy about them but it wasn't as smashed as say, Monty's Burger. As they're downsizing their vegan offerings, I noticed they still has a good amount of dairy-free milkshakes, so I had to order one while they're still there. You don't find dairy-free cookies and creme milshakes everyday around here, so that's what I ordered. It was good, it was satisfying, but, if I could make a request: when I think of cookies and cream, well, I think of COOKIES and cream. Chunks of cookies, usually Oreos. Is that weird? The milkshake had the cookies and cream flavor down perfectly, just no actual cookies in the shake-and Oreos are accidentally vegan, so you're safe to add them. As for the restaurant, there's plenty of seating inside and outside. Staff is attentive and friendly. The place was nice and clean. Whether a fan of their burgers or not, this place has always had great fries and a pretty good menu with diverse offerings. read more

I really liked the vibe here. The staff were really pleasant and engaging, and the guy who brought our food included extra onions rings and French fries to make up for the wait. You order at the counter, get a number and go find a table. Lots of parking, additional patio seating, and just a really good burger! They get their meat from Sterling Meat Company out of New Zealand, and if you know anything about NZ, they have very stringent rules about their beef, so you know it's good! read more

As someone who is working towards eating a cleaner diet, I really appreciate restaurants like Burger Lounge where there is something for everyone's needs. Their options include keto friendly, vegan, gluten free, non dairy, and vegetarian options. Known for their grass fed beef, I of course enjoyed their lounge combo which includes a burger (single patty), fries, and a beverage for a decent price of $12. For an additional price I ordered my burger on a gluten free bun which was perfectly soft and did not fall apart on me like other gluten free breads that I've had. I think that its awesome that Burger Lounge uses beef tallow to fry their french fries and onion rings instead of inflammatory seed oils. What also makes them unique is the variety of vegetables available in their salads and on the burgers. My teenage son thoroughly enjoyed their Truffle mushroom swiss burger which included a nice bed of fresh arugula on it. They also offer a great drink selection of unique flavors. We enjoyed their Shirley Temple and Ginger Beer this afternoon. Overall, I feel their food is outstanding - healthy and natural ingredients bursting with flavor! The only downside to this location in Temecula would have to be its parking. The restaurant is tucked within a busy shopping center where parking is tight on weekend afternoons. But she was super hungry and we had to get back to the High Desert for work. The side came out on the wrong plate. I noticed a nearby table had to switch their sides because they also came out on the wrong plates. The BL 1000 dressing, pickles, and onion rings were good though. Could have gotten a dry burger from In N Out for cheaper. All the burgers come with cheese, which we dont want, but still the same price. Took about 20 minutes to get our order. First time here and O-M-G am I impressed. I was just looking for a burger spot close to me and this place popped up. What attracted me was the grass fed meat and that they use beef tallow to cook their fries and onion rings. Upon entering I was immediately greeted with a smile. Since it was my first time at a Burger Lounge, I asked the gentleman behind the register for a recommendation. After a couple of minutes of him explaining the menu I went with the Husky burger and my daughter went with the California lounge. She love avocado and bacon. The wait wasn't long. Our food was brought by another gentleman who was the nicest. He made sure we had enough sauce, napkins, and was ready to refill our drink, but I beat him to it. Now to the good stuff... upon my first bit in my steaming, hot burger my eyes got big to the surprise of how taste and hot the meat was. It wasn't too hot, but the temperature was perfect. It was a smashed patty with perfect crusted edges. I ordered the half & half (fries & onion rings) and it had perfect crunch. It was very tasty. The beef tallow made all the difference. I cannot believe I have never heard of this place. I've just found my new go to burger restaurant. In & out who?! all around this place has it all. Friendly staff & amazing food. I had been here once, several years ago. I recall it being okay, but a bit expensive then. My husband suggested we revisit it last night, and so we did. The employees were friendly. It is not very big inside, but there were several open seats available. They offer craft sodas, a lavender minty lemonade which I really enjoyed, as well as a variety of bottled/canned beverages. Although our food did take a bit long to come out, it wasn't terribly long. I had the Truffle Mushroom-Swiss, and the 50/50 fries and onion rings. Okay, so I haven't been to the Burger Lounge in years. We decided to get some food because I was too exhausted to cook. While sitting outside at a nearby establishment, I decided to order online. The website was easy to navigate and the menu was self explanatory. I ordered 2 double patty combo meals. We went inside the beautifully decorated restaurant and sat on the barstools as our food was being prepared. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was scrumptious. Went there today and got 2 truffle burgers to go. Asked that they be medium rare. Mine was so well done the edges were all crispy. Due to medical issues I cannot eat beef well done. We came here after our grandson's kindergarten graduation ceremony. Everybody ordered the burgers, fries, and/or onion rings. I had the 3 piece chicken strips. I'm so glad I only ordered the three piece because they were of substantial size for me. I shared fries & onion rings & was very stuffed! The workers greeted us warmly as we entered and the food came out fresh and hot. Hubby enjoyed his classic burger and I savored my chicken strips, which were perfectly cooked. They were crunchy on the outside and moist & tender on in the inside. Simply delicious! The interior was an eclectic mix of modern & mid century style. The big windows allowed a lot of natural light in. Indoor isn't very big but can accommodate big groups. There is a good size outdoor patio, which was perfect for some large groups due to the nice weather. We've been coming to this location for a couple of years now and I'm not certain why I haven't written a review until now. The burgers here are top notch. The fries are Belgian style and cooked nicely. The onion rings are excellent. They have myriad dipping sauces. Their lavender mint lemonade is perfect. My personal favorites are the bacon bleu burger and the S.O.B. (Off-menu item at this time). The servers are always friendly and efficient and the dining area has a 70s vibe going for it. The only drawback of this location is that it shares a parking lot with Trader Joe's (TJ's stores are exclusively situated with the worst parking lots on record. It's science.). Quick tip: the fries are served in little wax-coated paper bags. After finishing our fries I folded the bag back up and took it with me when my wife and I went shopping at Trader Joe's following dinner. Checking out, the TJ's Crew Member asked, "Do you need bags tonight?" "I brought one!", I said tapping around my person and finally revealing this tiny fry bag that I snapped open with a flick of both wrists. "Here it is!" and I set it down on the counter. I was really looking forward to trying Burger Lounge with my wife during her lunch break. I picked her up from work, excited to finally see what the hype was about. We ordered our food and waited for about 30 minutes, which already felt long since my wife only had an hour for lunch and her job is about 10 minutes away. After waiting that long, she went to the front to ask about our order, and they said it wasn't ready yet. Ten more minutes passed, so she went back to check again. This time, the manager told her he didn't know what happened to our order -- that they didn't have our number and our food wasn't even being prepared. There was no explanation of how our order got missed, no apology, and no sense of accountability. The manager quickly issued a refund, but the lack of sincerity or basic customer service was really disappointing. I'm sure the food here is great -- that's why we wanted to try it -- but the experience was ruined by how poorly things were handled. Mistakes happen, but a simple apology and better communication would've gone a long way. read more

Okay so I like the vibe of the place, and it has good food options including vegetarian and vegan. Also upon picking up my food, I seen they had a lavender mint tea that the guy behind the counter graciously gave me a sample of and it was delicious! The downside is that I got the quinoa/veggie burger and half/half fries and onion rings and both of those option were lackluster. I felt like the "burger" didn't taste like anything, and they obviously give a free sauce because the fries need sauce, they don't stand on their own. Burger Lounge was a nice surprise for us. We came here just before going to Trader Joe's, which is literally within walking distance. Say, fifty yards or so. You order upfront (photo), when you come in and they'll bring your order to your table. We went with a couple of their "grass-fed" burgers and some Fries. I went with their Paleo Burger with extra sautéed onions (yum) and my wife went with the Lounge Burger (photo). Both were very tasty and very good. We'll be back. read more
