I will start with the positives. The guacamole was fresh! The chips were CRISP. And they never leave an empty soda cup long before replacing it with a new one. But: the entrees were awful and the restaurant was dirty. I ordered iced tea and had to as the server three times for sugar - even though I asked for it when I ordered. - only sodas get that attention I guess. lol I ordered grilled salmon, rice and broccoli They were out of broccoli and offered me asparagus. I said ok. (They later up charged me for it) and everything was over done? The asparagus looked dried out. The stalks hadn't been trimmed - just not good. Half of them couldn't be eaten because of how fibrous they were. Not peeled. Not trimmed. Just tossed on the plate. Wish I had taken a photo of them before I choked down the tips. (The only thing I COULD eat) The salmon was so overcooked it was jerky. And had a crust on it that said heating lamp for hours. Or maybe even yesterday's reheated? No amount of lemon could save that fish. My husband ordered the fajita trio.. and the steak I did get a photo of - looked like a science experiment. The photos don't do it justice but it had such an odd color and texture like it had been microwaved too many times and he said it tasted really off so he just ate the chicken. While sitting there NOT eating I was looking around and noticed these lamps hanging in the lobby/waiting area that I don't think they have ever seen a dusting. Will not be going back. This place needs some serious attention in all areas.

Smokehouse Combo Pick 3
Ron T.

The Smokehouse Combo is hands down the best thing on the menu--always comes out flavorful, filling, and just hits every time. You really can't beat the prices either, especially for the portion sizes and quality you get. Good spot when you want reliable, tasty food without breaking the bank.

Our 3 for me meals - forgot to snap pix of salads, yum.

Had such a great 3 for me lunch here on a very recent Saturday. No wait time, loved our fun, perky server, and the food was as filling as it was DELISH! I'm gluten free, but even without a bun, my bacon cheeseburger was mouthwatering and very beefy (pun, ha!). My iced tea was 2 flavors mixed, without any hassle. Everything was great from start to finish. Will 100% be back for more.

Classic ribeye meal.

Finally sat my curious self down inside Chili's instead of just checking out their takeout menu like usual. We normally get the party platters for pickup. My kids always eat here when I'm not home, so I had to inspect the scene... call it a mom mission w a side of steak. Service was spot-on. Our server checked in like a friendly neighbor who actually checks to make sure you dont need anything else. I ordered the classic ribeye (bc i like my protein beefy), and my daughter got the honey Chipotle crispers. Everything tasted cozy, like someone's kitchen decided to get a little fancy. We left full, happy, and totally ready to stamp it "Mother Approved."

"Grilled chicken " make sure to say deluxe or you will pay $16.49 for just mayo, chicken and bun
Alejandra R.

Disappointed first service it felt very rushed , a server from the bar practically threw one drink on table completely scared us.. then when ordering food i asked for the grilled chicken sandwich i said no pickles when i get sandwich it was bread, mayo and grilled chicken for 16.49$ what.! I asked the waiter where is the veggies & cheese? she says oh you wanted the deluxe? Well hello i said no pickles common sense i get it back no cheese just veggies.! They shouldn't advertise grilled chicken under big crispy chicken sandwich if it's only gonna have mayo. Wasn't even assembled right just got veggies thrown in there..

Fajitas $22.79 the meat was really hard and nervy

Came here on a Sunday evening and we got seated quickly. Service was good, place was clean. The food was pretty good but not the best quality. We got the fajitas but the meat was very hard and nervy. Everything else was great.

Triple Dipper

The food is insane value with impeccable taste of some good ol American classics. The monthly margarita is a great deal and heavy handed on the alcohol! The server Bree was the absolute sweetest and I'm honestly going to come back with my family and friends more often because of her great service and the quality of food! Loved it!

My grandpa enjoying his salmon.

We had a wonderful dinner here a few weeks ago. I always say Chili's has the best sirloin, and this one was perfection. I also love the black beans and broccoli. My husband had the ribs and my grandpa had the salmon. We special ordered it without the spicy seasoning and they were able to change his sides to his dietary restrictions. Everything was wonderful. We sat at a booth in the bar area. I'd love to visit here again. Service and ambiance were great.

The Big QP Burger
Monica J.

Greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter was extremely polite and friendly. Everything was delicious, but the burger patties could have used a little more flavor. Also, the ranch dressing was very runny. Big portions and average noise level. I will definitely come back again and try something different next time.

The burgers are good but if the chef can be considerate when making fries, give people what they paid for, good fries.

I substituted the bread for a gluten-free bun, and honestly, it had a lot of flavor. It did start to fall apart after a while, especially with the coleslaw, but it held up pretty well at first. The presentation was beautiful and everything was packed with flavor. Even the coleslaw was really good. They are definitely not stingy with the meat, which I appreciated. I finished the whole sandwich, and so did my brother. I also got an iced matcha latte and replaced the milk with oat milk, plus added vanilla syrup. The flavor was really good. It wasn't overly sweet, but just enough to enjoy while still tasting the matcha. Price-wise, $20 for a sandwich felt a little high, and our total came out to $57.60 for both of us. There were upcharges for the gluten-free bun and oat milk, plus we added two sides of ranch. It's definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and flavor make up for it. We went during lunch and it was pretty busy, especially with an older crowd, but the service was still amazing. Our waitress checked on us often and was very attentive. Overall, this place is definitely a vibe, both inside and outside, and a great first-time experience. I wouldn't come here regularly because of the prices, but if I'm in the area again, especially for a doctor's appointment, I would definitely come back.

I had never been here before but loved how festive the outside was decorated for the holidays. They actually added even more decor after we headed out for the evening. Super cute. Our waitress was fantastic I wish I remembered her name (blonde). I had a glass of the GSM which was nice. The girls and I all ordered food and it sounded like the consensus was the dates were fantastic! I personally ordered the Brussels sprouts and those were awesome as well. I loved the sweetness from the maple with the salty bacon and light spice, yum! While there I saw a flyer for an event coming up next week that sounds super fun, I'm trying to make plans to attend. Overall it was a nice spot and I look forward to to coming back in, thank you!

The…read moreseating of 5 is a dark corner, not ideal for seniors with poor vision so we opted a better lit area and an extra chair. The place felt cold and my parents were ready to go and get someplace warmer. The tap water tasted like chemical chlorine so didn't drink the water. The mimosas were good. My parents got the French toast. Very generous portions and probably could have just gotten one plate and share. They took some leftovers home. My turkey club on a croissant was ok. I suppose I had another vision of it but the thing was huge mostly due to the lettuce and I really hate having to break apart a sandwich to eat it. I think it could have been maybe grilled and pushed own more so I can get everything in one bite. My son liked the crab cake Benedict. My husband got the fried steak but the toasted (or limp) bread smelled and tasted rancid - like Ajax. Between that and the water smelling chemically, we were kind of grossed out by the whole experience. We told the waitress of the bread and she offered more breakfast potatoes which I think is the best thing on the plates, he declined. I mean for a $160 bill which is steep for brunch, I was just thinking have better tasting water (filtered) and tasty bread, make the room feel more warm, music was so loud I couldn't hear my parents across the small table, so just make the music more mellow and chill, less loud. I think it will be awhile if we decide to come back. From Chatgbt: Most likely cause: bread came into contact with cleaning/sanitizing chemicals (from a cutting board, knife, toaster, or counter that wasn't fully rinsed). What to do: don't eat it; rinse mouth and drink water. If there's burning, nausea, or throat irritation, call Poison Control (US: 1-800-222-1222) and let the restaurant manager know. My husband felt nauseous after but is doing ok. My son who had the crab said he feels sick and had some diarrhea. I think we will unfortunately pass from going there again :(
