I will start with the positives. The guacamole was fresh! The chips were CRISP. And they never leave an empty soda cup long before replacing it with a new one. But: the entrees were awful and the restaurant was dirty. I ordered iced tea and had to as the server three times for sugar - even though I asked for it when I ordered. - only sodas get that attention I guess. lol I ordered grilled salmon, rice and broccoli They were out of broccoli and offered me asparagus. I said ok. (They later up charged me for it) and everything was over done? The asparagus looked dried out. The stalks hadn't been trimmed - just not good. Half of them couldn't be eaten because of how fibrous they were. Not peeled. Not trimmed. Just tossed on the plate. Wish I had taken a photo of them before I choked down the tips. (The only thing I COULD eat) The salmon was so overcooked it was jerky. And had a crust on it that said heating lamp for hours. Or maybe even yesterday's reheated? No amount of lemon could save that fish. My husband ordered the fajita trio.. and the steak I did get a photo of - looked like a science experiment. The photos don't do it justice but it had such an odd color and texture like it had been microwaved too many times and he said it tasted really off so he just ate the chicken. While sitting there NOT eating I was looking around and noticed these lamps hanging in the lobby/waiting area that I don't think they have ever seen a dusting. Will not be going back. Had such a great 3 for me lunch here on a very recent Saturday. No wait time, loved our fun, perky server, and the food was as filling as it was DELISH! I'm gluten free, but even without a bun, my bacon cheeseburger was mouthwatering and very beefy (pun, ha!). My iced tea was 2 flavors mixed, without any hassle. My kids always eat here when I'm not home, so I had to inspect the scene... call it a mom mission w a side of steak. Service was spot-on. Our server checked in like a friendly neighbor who actually checks to make sure you dont need anything else. I ordered the classic ribeye (bc i like my protein beefy), and my daughter got the honey Chipotle crispers. Everything tasted cozy, like someone's kitchen decided to get a little fancy. Disappointed first service it felt very rushed , a server from the bar practically threw one drink on table completely scared us.. then when ordering food i asked for the grilled chicken sandwich i said no pickles when i get sandwich it was bread, mayo and grilled chicken for 16.49$ what.! I asked the waiter where is the veggies & cheese? she says oh you wanted the deluxe? Well hello i said no pickles common sense i get it back no cheese just veggies.! Generally Tex Mex wouldn't be my cup of tea, however Chili's has stolen my heart of casual decent dining. The atmosphere on any occasion is friendly and vivacious. The staff is incredible, they are soo cool some even remember my special request with no sauce on my burgers. Lol. The Temecula location has Eric the Bartender who has a gift to remembering even the smallest details and makes you feel wanted in his restaurant. Art is at the Hemet location and wow, his ability to make anyone who walks in that door feel that they are returning family. He gets your orders correct quickly and his customer service is second to none. Chili's, if it weren't for the fantastic Staff you have at each of your locations, I would probably visit other restaurants. read more

The food is insane value with impeccable taste of some good ol American classics. The monthly margarita is a great deal and heavy handed on the alcohol! My family and I like this location. It smells clean, the servers are all friendly, and the food is good! This is my daughter's favorite place to go to :). I go by myself with my three toddlers, we share a triple dipper, side of fries, and a side salad. It's enough to fill us up and under $40! We are so grateful for the affordable prices and yummy food. They allow me to have two of the tablet thingys so my kids won't fight over one. It's a relaxing experience for us all, because of this small gesture. Thank you guys! read more

This is my go to spot when I'm in Cali. The food is always made to order. Food is always so good and fast. The restaurant is always clean especially for how busy they are. The wait can sometimes get long but that's because of how good it is. Definitely recommend this location. read more

We had a wonderful dinner here a few weeks ago. I always say Chili's has the best sirloin, and this one was perfection. I also love the black beans and broccoli. My husband had the ribs and my grandpa had the salmon. We special ordered it without the spicy seasoning and they were able to change his sides to his dietary restrictions. Everything was wonderful. We sat at a booth in the bar area. I'd love to visit here again. Service and ambiance were great. read more

Greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter was extremely polite and friendly. Everything was delicious, but the burger patties could have used a little more flavor. Do Not try the Salmon, I have given it two chances and both times I got food poisoning. This restaurant used to be good but I dont know if they changed their supply source and hired new team members or what but everything on the menu is trash now except for the chicken tortilla soup and they even burn that too. Service is kind and attentive but can be hit or miss. The place is usually kept up well but it is rather loud and if there isnt a death wail screaming baby here on your visit, buy a lottery ticket that day, because you must be lucky. read more

Chili's is my family's go to "let's eat out but not break the bank" sit down place. The food is consistently good, we always love the chips here. I don't think we have ever had bad service! My pasta came out extremely salty once... and I mentioned it when they came by to ask how it was and they replaced it immediately and gave me extra also! Very very kind. Food and service great on this Valentines Day. We did not have reservations and couldn't get in anywhere. This was our last stop on the way home. 20 minute wait was doable. Jess our waitress was attentive and helpful. The special margarita was a mixture of a lemon drop martini and a margarita and was so yummy for $6. Hubby had steak with delicious loaded mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. I had Cajun Alfredo penne pasta with both shrimp and chicken, delicious. I just wanted to say that I love coming to this Chilis especially when I have Tina as my waitress! She always remembers the way I love my soup! Ive had other waitresses there and they look at me like I am crazy. Thats ok BUT Tina has never looked at me weird or said sorry we cant do it! I have had one bad experience there with an older lady, She got so upset because of how I ordered my soup. She said sorry it comes out the way it is the kitchen sends it. This Chilis is the best!!! Our waitress Tina was the nicest woman I've ever met. We ordered our drink along with our food and they came as we were still ordering our food, so fast. I wish I could give them zero stars.... We came in for quick bite... we ordered very straightforward meals and we watched a group of 15 boys and 3 other tables and families of 3 to 5 who were seated and ordered way after us get their meals right away, while we and our children were still waiting for ours. During that time no server checked in on our table while taking care of all the other tables. When we did start to get our meals our server acknowledged that it was "messed up" other tables were served before us and stated she told the kitchen it was wrong they served out orders for all other tables before ours. She continued on with sorry servers are just one person meanwhile all the tables around us has 2 to 3 runners check-in on them. The service was terrible and to add to everything we asked for rare steak for our order and the steak came out way over cooked. Negative stars if I could post that. read more

We had the best experience last night at this chili's ( 1/3/25) When we walked in, there was a really huge line.It was raining so but it was crowded inside.But the staff was handling the crowd really well.The gentleman that took our reservation was so kind.He even really Coolly showed us with a wink wink and a nudge nudge a table that just opened up in the bar as the bar is open seating.So we were able to avoid a forty minute wait. And our server, while we were in the bar area was awesome.Everybody was super attentive, but our server was beyond.We go to chili's a lot, and we actually don't expect great service.But these two together were an awesome team.Our server's name was spencer.I do not know the name of the employee at the front, but he did actually look like he could be Spencer's little brother. Natalie provided exceptional service--she was friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring our drinks were refilled and that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I tried to leave feedback on the survey when we paid but it timed out therefore leaving me unable to leave a review as I always do.
