We had the best experience last night at this chili's ( 1/3/25) When we walked in, there was a really huge line.It was raining so but it was crowded inside.But the staff was handling the crowd really well.The gentleman that took our reservation was so kind.He even really Coolly showed us with a wink wink and a nudge nudge a table that just opened up in the bar as the bar is open seating.So we were able to avoid a forty minute wait. And our server, while we were in the bar area was awesome.Everybody was super attentive, but our server was beyond.We go to chili's a lot, and we actually don't expect great service.But these two together were an awesome team.Our server's name was spencer.I do not know the name of the employee at the front, but he did actually look like he could be Spencer's little brother. These two together were a great team that left a really, really good impression on us.We'll absolutely be back to this chili's! read more

I placed an order for some wings through DoorDash and didn't realize that it was from Chili's. I was a little bit confused at first, but when I finally figured it out, I walked in to pick up my order. They handed me the bag but as I was walking back to my car, I peeked inside to realize they gave me boneless wings instead of the bone-in that I had ordered. I went back inside to ask them to fix it; I had to wait another 10-15 minutes due to their mistake. All I received was an apology and I overheard someone yelling at the guys in the kitchen saying "This was supposed to be bone-in!" But I feel like the person handing out orders should've also checked it. Anyway, because they rushed fixing this order, I ended up going home with undercooked wings and I didn't get the flavors I ordered. How disappointing. A quick pick-up turned out to be a wasted 20 minutes and the food wasn't enjoyable at that point. read more

I'm so sad that we use to love going to this Chili's location and then having curbside pickup made it even better! Not sure when they stopped curbside pickup but ok I guess I could live with that, but the last few times we have gone there and we get home something is missing from our order! But this last time ALOT was missing from our order so I call them for a refund but they tell me they can't do that so they say they will be sending me a giftcard through my email never received it! I called back they said ok they will send it out and still 2 months later and I still never received it! My family and I are regulars at this chilis location. It's definitely the best in the area compared to the Temecula and Lake Elsinore locations by FAR. Service is great, ambiance is always great, bathrooms are always clean, and our food is always the best at this location. However, my friends and I went to this Chilis last night and our server was an older woman with blonde hair. My family and I have had this server before and have had nothing but bad experiences with her. She has never once introduced herself, asked us how we were doing, or given us anything more than mediocre service. Correy is amazing here, our favorite server by far. The managers are always checking in on tables and walking around, and us as customers notice this and appreciate it! But this older server is very rude to us. She has been our server a handful of times and has never once introduced herself, so I can't even say her name on the review. My friends and I dined her for over an hour and a half and she returned to our table maybe 3 times during our whole visit. Our drinks were constantly empty, we had to ask for them to be refilled, she never checked in on us, and she also was extremely rude while we ordered. Me and my 3 friends all work customer service jobs, and were filled with pleases and thank you's and she was so RUDE! While I was ordering she didn't even ask me what I wanted she just looked at me with a blank expression on her face and didn't say anything and was extremely rude to my friends. I'm sure she recognized me because my family and I have dined here for years and she's never once been nice to us. This server is the only complaint I have about the entire restaurant, and when I see her serving I now will remember to request to not sit in her section. As someone who works in the restaurant industry in a management capacity, I feel as though this needs to be said. I was dining next to a table of obviously drunk people last night & witnessed 2 different servers get cussed out in a degrading display by them. In front all of us in the dining room. Apparently they were told they would not be being served anymore alcohol, which was a good thing, & as it should be. What was missing was a manager to step in after their employees were being verbally attacked. A male Manager arrived at that table and to my shock told the men at the table they couldn't have anymore alcohol but the ladies could! Say What? They were just as inebriated! In my opinion this couldn't have been handled any worse by this Manager. They should have been asked to leave, not continue drinking. I will say our food was great, so was our server, but the dining experience was really terrible. read more

Went in for a late night meal and waitress was rude & argumentative nor did she introduce herself . After taking our order in which (she missed heard mine in which it was completely wrong ) she came back to argue with me about what she heard I said for my order instead of apologizing and just correcting it !, unfortunately I wanted to leave quickly so I didn't get her name or save the receipt nor did I tip. If I could give -100 stars on the service my partner and I received on 10/31/25 night, I would. Our waiter was rude and felt like she was rushing us when ordering. My partner felt like she was annoyed by him when she would look his way or when he would ask for something. When we were given our drinks, I asked for sugar packets; the girl (not our waiter) asked me if i wanted "thisorthat" (naming the two sugar packet options) when I said "both", she immediately said "no, its already really sweet with the mango syrup", in a tune that made me question if it's because I'm a fat person?? Honestly I didn't even want to drink my tea anymore. Our whole time there felt weird. We normally love CHILI'S and most times I leave with a bag of chips and salsa. The service made us lose our appetite. I took my food home so I wouldn't feel bad about spending money. But sad to say, no longer coming to this location of CHILI's. I decided to have lunch at Chili's today and was blessed with an excellent experience. My server, Natalie, was the best that I have ever experienced at this restaurant. She was engaging, very upbeat and attentive. And we won't include that she is very easy on the eyes.... She really stood out on the staff, as the others that I saw, looked like they really didn't want to be there... I asked Natalie to not make my watermelon iced tea overly Sweet and it arrived just perfect. I had the three for me and the salad was just the correct portion, and Natalie added onions in it for me! The chicken crispers were, well, Chicken Crispers and only one of them was not totally tender, but still very edible. The only downside to the whole experience was when I went to do the survey on the little kiosk after I paid, it wiped out my 3 minutes of typing and my comments totally disappeared. I think. The second item was when I went to the restroom the urinal was totally disgusting. The whole bottom portion had brown sludge in it. So, overall the food portion and service makes me want to come back. But the restaurant itself, not so much. I wonder when was the last time they buffed the floor out in the bar area...? read more

We usually visit the chili's in Temecula, but tried out this location today. We got right in on a Saturday afternoon to the bar area. We love that they have happy hour all day on Saturday and Sunday. Great drink and appetizer specials. We had their bone in wings, and they were hot, crispy, and juicy and came out quickly. Excellent service from Natalie, she gave us a great recommendation for the wing flavor and a delicious cocktail. She is too sweet! We'll be back. read more

Went in with my family for a late lunch the other day and we got seated right away. Our waitress greeted us and got our drink orders right away. There were customers trickling while we were deciding on what to order. We decided to get their chips and salsa (love their chips) with some guacamole. Tried their dragon fruit drink with sprite (I recommend it, so delicious!). Also their honey chipotle crisps is mmmm... yum. I had the salmon with rice and broccoli and it's delicious and consistent every time. I do enjoy eating at chili's from time to time and can see that others enjoy eating there too by the length of time they spend eating and drinking. So far I've had a really great experience and I feel that the workers all do what they can to make and keep the customers happy (sometimes some people are just too inconsiderate towards service workers) give them a break. Came on a Tuesday night and it was actually pretty busy. The interior is your average Chili's, nothing crazy special. We only waited about 10 minutes to be seated and our server Natalie was absolutely amazing. She was attentive and refilled our waters without even asking. We only ordered appetizers and the food was pretty good. The chicken tenders were very juicy and the wings were pretty good too. The queso was ok it just wasn't very hot it was kinda warm. (It was still good though, you can't go wrong with queso) The food isn't mind blowing, but they get five stars for the service. We had a great time. read more

We have almost quit eating out because the service is almost always bad and seldom do we get our orders correct. That being said today we decided to eat lunch at Chili's, when we arrived it was packed because of a local graduation. We were told the wait time was 30 minutes, we almost left, honestly I'm not sure why we decided to wait but I'm so glad we did. When we were seated we were immediately greeted by out server Jessica, I jokingly said "busy?" She kind of chuckled and said "we are, but I've got this". She was so great, our food arrived quickly, she continued to check on us, refilled our drinks and all with a smile. Since COVID this place has turned to nothing but an awful experience. One of the first major issues was they only were sitting very few people, and the majority for the restaurant was open. The next issue was the bar was also apart of this, so where is used to be first come first serve seating, this was also apart of the reservations list. Overall it was a 45 minute wait, even though only a handful of tables were filled. There were no signs stating the bar was reservations only as well. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant that got us in immediately, and we had no issues with service. Unfortunately for Chilis to be a wait due to not seating people, and not allowing first come first serve in the bar, we don't have any desire to continue going there. Places not doing this: The Mill, Applebee's (they also have happy hour), Finch, The Hive, and pretty much anywhere else. read more
