We often order to go but we have eaten in the restaurant before. Their shake and burgers are very good. Staff is always polite, helpful and quick. Their onion rings are very good. The only negative for us were the burger buns. They are very dense and they take away from the actual composition of the burger (the meat, the sauce, the onions etc). I had to remove some of the bread from the burger to actually eat it like a burger vs using a knife & fork. Their burgers are filling and worth the $. This isn't your nice sit down burger restaurant, it's literally a shack. It's not cleanest, it just gets the job done. Service was ok. Yes all the workers were politely but there moments where I felt like they had tunnel vision. We'd try to flag them down and they'd walk right past us. We'd call out excuse me and they still wouldn't here us either. So that part was a bit of a turn off for me too. The price of the food did not match what we were getting at all. My boyfriend and I ordered the Triple 3 burger. For $25.99 I was expecting the burger to be big, it wasn't. Nothing about that matched the price. Was it cause they just branded the logo onto their bread? Not sure. The patty wasn't that big and the pork belly was kind of dry. There was honestly nothing special about that burger and I don't see what was award winning about it. Their onion rings and fried zucchini were average. Nothing special there either.
