Service has always been friendly and personable even when things look crazy and hectic. Went last Friday at 10pm, closed for no reason. Then last night, I spent over an hour in the drive thru, they didn't get my order right and the fries were salted to high hell. THIS was the greatest In-n-out experience I have ever had, here's why Line wasn't very long at lunch time The person taking my order was VERY friendly (in a good way) Then when we got to the window to pay, they were very kind too! Both of which made sure order was correct. When we received the food it was delicious, but they forgot ketchup in the burger and the we were really bummed. At other in-n-outs they have for some reason tasted "better" than they have here, thus my reason for probably only having been here a few times even though it is the closest to my home. I decided to branch out on my latest visit and for the first time ordered the double double "animal style" along with a batch of their fries, to split with my better half, also "animal style." I was not fond of either to be honest and both items were average to me. Of course this could just be subjective on my part. The employees I interacted with were good to go and the food, on a busy early evening (4pm-ish), was ready in a timely manner. WARNING! CHECK YOUR BILLS! I usually wouldn't bother writing a review about a fast food joint as expectations are lower compared to fine dining. However, it does leave a bad taste in your mouth if the person taking your order flat out lies about the price of an item. I asked if there is an extra charge for making an item "animal style" and I was told No. So I ordered 2 x Double Doubles animal style ($5.90 each = $11.80) and 2 animal fries ($2.30 each = $4.60) and one shake ($3.00) which comes to $19.40 before tax. The girl said the total is $26.32 and seemed to have hung up before I can ask about the discepancy in price even after tax. When I reached the pay window I asked if they can break down the price for the total to make sense. They charged $5.90 per burger so normal price but the price for animal fries went from $2.30 to more than double of $4.70 !! When I asked why they are upcharging me like that when the same girl just told me mere minutes ago that there is no charge for making an item animal style, she said "We always charge more for animal style". Thanks for making this a sh*tty experience. I hope the extra $4.80 was worth it loosing a customer. read more

Other customers were rowdy, the staff was short with us as we ordered, our order was wrong when we picked it up, and the lobby was pretty dirty (from the overflowing trashcans to sticky tables and seats with scattered trash). Thankfully the staff was able to correct the mistakes to our order, but the vibe of our visit was off due to the other aspects of it. Hope it was just a rough night for this store and their daily customer service is better. read more
