But I was visiting my aunt this past weekend and wanted in n out and when I tell you this is THE BEST in n out I've ever been to. Classic, and those who know my yelp will know I frequent in-n out near my house. While on vacation we decided to get a late night bite to eat on the way home from a baseball game. We were in the drive through line to order for a standard amount of time, and paid, but then we waited at the pick up window for at least 7 minutes. The guy working that section would almost turn to us and then turn away, he didn't even acknowledge that we were there. I was so put off, at that point, this experience was ruined for me. Maybe the same standard isn't held for all locations, but the one I'm used to going to has a timer with I think 4 minutes and they have never failed to have my food to me in less time than that. Anyway, I was let down a little by my food also, it could be because I was already peeved. It is what it is. read more

Everyone time I visit to California I have to go get a famous In-N-Out Burger and their delicious fresh fries. I absolutely love this place, because all the ingredients are so fresh with crisp lettuce and perfectly cut tomatoes. The burger itself always comes out aesthetically pleasing. The burger was so packed full of goodies that I could barely take I bite. Every single bite was full of glorious flavor. And you cannot forget the fries that are fresh peeled and cut daily. The guy who took our order was friendly and quick to get our order taken down and cashed us out. The place was packed, and we still received way above par service. After getting our food we decided to eat outside with our pup and the tables were all clean and well shaded. The breeze definitely made eating outside even better. I forgot how this chain has a higher level of service and cleanliness than other fast food places. It was well staffed, and all that white in the place was spotless. Employees walking around to be sure everyone is well served and taken care of. There were many of them working, but each one was keeping busy with a task. The cashier told me I could order how my fries were done which made me so happy! I got my double double protein style, spread only with one slice of cheese and lightly done fries. This location has limited parking and the line for drive through often extends to the street particularly during lunch hours. They do a decent job at getting people through the line though. Workers have always been nice and easy going. The inside is the typical layout of In-N-Outs. My main complaint is that this particular location seems to either have a different definition of what 'well done' fries are or they often forget to make the fries well done when ordered.
