I phoned customer service this morning. I had placed an app order for this location to be filled last night but I didn't end up in Temecula at all as planned. Jennifer one of the managers called me early in the afternoon and arranged for me to receive a VIP card for the same items on a later visit. She was so pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. My church is in Temecula and I just got out of mass down the street so it was just a hop and a skip over. Their classic roast beef sandwich is my fast food weakness. It brings back childhood memories of their sandwich stacked high with thinly shaved roast beef and smothered with their Arby's sauce and horsey sauce, and when they served A&W root beer. Today, it seems like there is less of the roast beef, but still so satisfying! The last time I was there they ran out of all of their sauce packets. Boo, hoo for me. Then there's those curly fries. I went by Arby's in Temecula after getting some bloodwork done across the street. I had to fast all day so I was starving. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food I received. I ordered a burger meal with a side of steak nuggets because I had never tried them before. My total cost was over $28.00. The fries were cold, and the steak nuggets were burnt and dry. I absolutely love Arby's! We stopped at this particular Arby's before wine tasting. As always, the regular roast beef sandwich was delicious! However, the fries weren't fresh. In n Out Burger needs to give you guys more room to get into your parking lot. I believe they are keeping your customers from coming in. My family of three ate there and the double roast beef sandwiches and curly fries were delicious. The restaurant was clean and the employees were great. The downsides were the entrance to your parking lot blocked by customers going into In N Out; also you do not have Online ordering at this restaurant so we couldn't collect points; and Arby's is very pricey. First off, I was helped at the counter by Juan R. He was incredibly sweet and polite. He was the friendliest cashier ever. I overheard him with several other customers after us and he continued to be very nice. Second, it looks so much nicer now after the remodel. I haven't been in since before they remodeled. Come here from time to time with my husband for lunch. We usually order through the app as we usually can find some kind of coupon or deal as without it, it can be quite expensive. Service is usually pretty quick with our orders and made the way we like it. For the most part, we enjoy coming here with their delicious beef and cheddar meals, and the restaurant is usually well taken care of. I found out that Arby's has killer BBQ smoked meats! Go visit their website. I got the mtn combo - pork belly, brisket and turkey - sand w/curly fries and a med. Mug root beer. I haven't been to Arby's in years! For under $12 you get a guality BBQ smoked meat sandwich. Meats were smoked perfectly. If you like pork (melt in your mouth) belly as much as I do, go for the smoked pork belly sandwich. I wanted to try a l'il bit of everything hence the mtn combo. The bun held up well and I believe tasted like Hawaiian sweet roll. Order sandwich minus BBQ sauce. Get the BBQ sauce at the condiment bar and you control how much is added to your sandwich.
