We came here today because Wendy's looks closed while having the parking lot repaved. Arby's lot was just done also, and the restaurant looks sharp and freshly remodeled. I'm glad we came because the food was excellent:-) I tried the new Reuben sandwich and although it didn't really look like the picture - because on the menu board it looks like a double-decker but it's really half a sandwich on top of the other. It was very good - fresh, good portions and the bread is amazing for a fast food restaurant:-) Meghan was the Cashier and was very personable:-)) I will definitely come back again! read more

Came here for lunch on Saturday at almost 2pm . Drive through wasn't packed but it should've been ! The food was delicious , I ordered the Greek Gyro and the Classic Beef N Cheddar. . Both were incredibly tasty, fresh , and clean . The fries were just right , crispy on the outside soft on the inside . I ordered a strawberry lemonade . So delicious and refreshing . Better quality food than In n Out (and Wendys obviously ) The restaurant kitchen looked immaculately clean from the drive through window. Service was great . The lady who took my order was very polite , kind , and never made me feel rushed . She was respectful and efficient . We will be coming back to this restaurant read more

My wife and I went here today for lunch at the drive thru and ordered the Wagyu burger, a beef and cheese sandwich and small curly fries. The service was fast and friendly but the food was very disappointing. The Wagyu burger tasted like any other burger only with all the flavor removed and the beef and cheese sandwich tasted like the beef was boiled, not roasted. the curly fries was the best part of the so called lunch. We both have not been to an Arby's in 30 years and it will be at least another 30 years before I waste my hard earned money at any Arby's. We should have took the drive thru next door at IN & OUT and actually enjoyed some real good fresh food. read more

so i don't get to fast food restaurants often, but i seen tv commercial for this beer cheese brisket roast beef turkey triple stack on a pretzel bun, stacked withfries....this is what i got when ordered, yuk! no petzel bun. no smoked brisket no fries and no gooey beer cheese!!! a deep fried breaded chicken patty, one sliver of roast beef and one sliver of turkey on white bread bun with swiss cheese!! Alright let's start with it's my second time visiting this location. Prompted my the new Sandwiches being promoted! I must say they are pretty good good! I've had the Ruben, very good, granted not a Ruben from the NYC Deli I remember but good! Today I had "Greek & Turkey Falafel and they were both flavorful although two are very filling one is enough. I think this sandwich change for Arby's is an identity changer. Pricing is good, but the hell is up with no Senior discount with the Falafel? Boo on that! read more

I enjoy Arby's, especially when I have that craving for their roast beef sandwich with horsey sauce and Arby's Sauce. ThenHorsey Sauce makes it. I went to their driver thru today to feed that craving. At the window i specifically asked for plenty of Horsey Sauce & Arby's Sauce. When I got home to eat it, zero Horsey sauce in the bag. This is at least the 4th time in a row that something was wrong with my order at this location. Their job may be hard at times but it's not rocket science to fill the order correctly. Their service sucks. One time I gave the lady at the drive thru a $20 bill and she gave me change as if it were a $10 bill. I told her she shorted me change. I said I gave you a $20. She said No you gave me a $10. I had to park my car, go inside and tell the manager. The manager said he had to count the drawer to make sure I was shorted. Sure enough, he came back and gave me the $5 I was shorted. The lady at the window never said she was sorry or anything. On top of it all I didn't even get a coupon or any consolation. I'm sick of giving this Arby's any more chances to earn my business. I will NEVER go here again. Just ridiculously horrible service. They need a lot better training. read more

Came here for a quick lunch before an appointment. The restaurant is a bit outdated but is very clean. Service was speedy and very friendly. Our food was good. We got the loaded cheese fries, the pizza slider, jalapeño slider, a four piece cheese sticks and two drinks. Our order came out fast. Never been in one of these without seeing someone over 70 years old there. Old people love them a roast beef sandwich. Curly fries are actually pretty good here and drip horsey sauce and Arby's sauce on every bit of everything. Heard the actually sandwich bread sandwiches are good here but haven't tried one will have to do that. I am definitely full after a meal from this place. Nap time. read more

We went to this ARBY'S a long time ago now. I just had a hard time getting to YELP to write about this experience. AWFUL - first, it wasn't the Arby's we'd been to before (we had trouble finding that one). The ambience was sickening - WHO DECORATES A RESTAURANT IN LAVENDER AND AQUA? The colors produce a flip/flop to your tummy. So what - we were hungry. We waited at the counter "forever" while the staff was busy chatting and laughing. Then finally came over. Ordered our meal, went to get our sauces. None of the sauces were working - so we had to go back and ask at the counter. The meal was cold and dry. We never experienced visit like this at any Arby's. I hope the change it immediately if they haven't already. read more

The service was great, the food was BAD. Mold on their bread buns! What in the world? I have to call corporate in the morning for this. Beware people, you might get sick. Arby's has for the most part been good to me as far as a company goes with food and service, but after an early morning poker tournament I decided to eat here and honestly this place made me question ever eating Arby's again, let alone this location. My 2 friends and I pretty much got sick. Ever just see grease dripping from a wrapper you haven't even opened? Ever just want to throw up before, during and after eating it? Ever feel poisoned? The bacon was terrible, the bread was a saving grace, but everything in between them was bad, my beloved Arby's sauce could not save the day here. I normally throw a pack in before eating, and then pour another 1-2 while eating, basically slathering everything I sauce, because it's good, but this time was like nothing I'd ever experienced. I hate false advertisement. This Arby's sits right next to an In and Out. I actually had planned on going to In and Out but as I pulled up I saw a huge sign 2 Original Roast Beef Sandwiches for $3. So I drove to the drive through to order. As I placed my order for the special I was told that is only good on Sundays. Why advertise something that is only good 1 out of 7 days. Since i was in the drive through and couldnt leave I went ahead and placed my order as I sat waiting wishing I was eating a Double Double instead. Yes it was a little frustrating. Sure enough as I drove away and looked at the advertisement it said Sundays Only. But come on really. Their advertisement worked to get me in but needless to say I wasnt too happy and I will definitely pay more attention to the next Arbys ad UPDATE I just got to my office. I open up my Arby's bag and on top is a coupon for 3 original roast beefs for $5. Why not tell me that when I order and let me use that coupon. I ended up ordering 3 Jr. Roast Beefs anyway. It is for this reason of not understanding the frustration of a customer that I am lowering my rating to 1 star. You need to be aware of the customer's frustrations. read more

This is your average Arby's. It was clean, efficient, and tasty. I am giving it 3 stars, because while it wasn't bad, it didn't go above and beyond to make it a 4 or 5 star rating. If you like roast beef sandwiches and curly fries this is the place to go. Not much more to say. read more

Stuck in the drive-thru waiting on one car ahead of me, FOR 10 MINUTES ALREADY!!!!! I will never, ever come thru here again. Make the car pull ahead if his order is THAT difficult!! Still sitting here, this is beyond ridiculous!! A huge line behind me and just waiting on one car the entire time, they only came to the window once! Another 5 minutes has passed while I write this on the phone, still sitting here and can't bail out. 5 more minutes and it's my turn. Their excuse was that they were 'so backed up' and yet they only had three customers inside the entire restaurant. And no compensation whatsoever (I asked what they were going to do for the extremely long wait and they said 'I'm sorry, we don't do that'). The car in front of me was handed one small bag. We went through the drive thru and the food was ready before we even got to the window, first clue. We ordered the bourbon bbq which was pathetic at best and a beef dip with beef in the middle only and dry bread without any meat on the ends. Our whole order came to almost $28.00, we will never go here again and we are warning as many people as we can, so they won't get ripped off too! Although my order was correct, I went through the drive through and asked for Arby's sauce. Once I looked in my bag, I realized they gave me one packet. I parked and decided I would just run in to grab another one, but when I went to the door and tried to open it, it was locked. I know this location closes at 11, but it's was 10:50 and I literally just wanted one more packet of sauce. When I tried opening the door and realized it was locked, the lady working behind the counter just yelled "WE'RE CLOSED" and never even turned around to look at me. I wasn't trying to inconvenience her, but maybe if she had taken the time to turn around and actually talk to me, she would have realized I wasn't ordering anything else...? Idk it just seemed rude.
