This location is always spot on. Employees are professional and motivated and won't hesitate to tell you what specials they have. Have never had an incorrect order here. Hanna the order taker was very nice, but that's it for this store. I haven't been to an Arby's for over twenty yrs now I know why! The fish sandwich looks good but it was cold it tasted OK but it was dry. The well done curly fries that I asked for were not only NOT well done they were tasteless and soggy. Visited the drive-thru when craving a sandwich late last night. The curly fries were piping hot and crunchy. I ordered the Turkey and Swiss and was pleasantly surprised. It tasted fresh and while I am not a big fan of horseradish sauce it somehow complimented the rest of the ingredients and made for a satisfying and healthy meal. It's the standard Arby's so it's delicious but a little overpriced. However, this location specifically is incredible. The only reason, during the day they have a man out front waiving a sign and he is quite the performer. Home boy has moves like Jagger. He'll always give you a big smile and wave when you pull in and a goodbye when you leave. His happiness is contagious or something cause It just always makes my day better. read more

Around 10 am today I ordered 2 gyros and a shake. I could see the lady making my sandwiches without any gloves or other sanitary protection. Asked the manager if Arby's has such a policy - everyone else does. He just said he was very sorry but did not answer the question. I did not want to make a scene but should have. If the policy is allowed to be ignored so must be the one about washing hands after using the restroom. SICKENING!!! read more

If you're a normal person you're going to get bad service, the cold shoulder and cold food Depending on which end of the political spectrum they think you fall on. Eyes tell all and when they're calling you 'sir' while looking at you like they hate you're guts you may want to drive away and go try to find a NO NON-SENSE place to get HOT food and friendly service on go. My husband and I just went through Arbys drive-thru in Temecula...on Jefferson Ave. Once we ordered...the cashier did NOT confirm or order. Nor did she give us our total. There was COMPLETE SILENCE....on her end. My husband and I were a little confused. My husband then said "Hello??"....and she FINALLY answered....my husband then asked her if we confirm our order. One of our meals was a combo....and ONLY THEN...DID SHE ASK...WHAT DRINK WE WANTED with our combo. Then she asked if we wanted our combo...in a small...med...OR large size. We answered "large."....ONCE AGAIN....SILENCE...and then she returned....ONLY to ask us if we wanted our combo in a small...med...or large size...AGAIN!!! She at that time....FINALLY confirmed our order....and FINALLY gave us our total. And mind you....the ENTIRE time we were speaking to her....she happened to have a very heavy accent....and it was very difficult to understand what she was saying to us. We couldnt get out of the drive thru FAST ENOUGH!!....VERY FRUSTRATING. Maybe they should have her performing other job duties....i dont think that she was their "best choice" for working the drive-thru window. Once we left the parking lot .....we discovered....that our order was INCORRECT!!! And that she had only given us 2 napkins....for our two VERY large sandwiches....and fries. How hard is it to ensure you get sauce into the bag at the very end. I was handed my food so quickly to me that I didn't have time to check or ask before the guy walked away. The previous girl asked if I wanted sauce. I got three roast beef sandwiches. And I had to eat them dry because after waiting 2 minutes at the window to get somebody's attention I drove around and the lobby was closed. After shaking the door an employee looks at me and points me away and shakes their head no. I have a Arby's bag in my hand but they turn away again! And then there are four cars in the drive through. Seriously. How hard is it to get sauce into a bag or ask. How do you not realize that sauce is half the meal with fast food. So rude guys. So very rude all the way through read more

Very good customer service for a fast food establishment. They check on you, get you items and are very personable.

My family stopped here to eat the other day and Shaq was the gentleman working and he was just awesome. So many times you walk into a fast food restaurant, get a very cold or non/existent hello from the cashier, they rush you for your order and then go on to the next thing, but not here. Shaq was very welcoming and so nice. He even went out of his way to give my daughter a balloon, without even being asked just because he could see that she really liked them. Totally not what you expect at a place like this but definitely makes me want to go back. There's an Arby's closer to my house but I'd be willing to drive the extra distance just for the service. read more

Shaq rocks. He's got customer service down to a science! I love this place, for the food as well as the service.

Food is good.. But the service is so slow. It took me 30 minutes to get my food. There was a guy who got here 10 minutes after me and still got his order before I did. The employees seem very lazy and like they don't care for good customer service. I normally don't do bad reviews but the service was pretty bad. I normally don't write reviews but I actually created a yelp account because I was so upset about the manager screaming at her employee's. Everyone in the restaurant was silent and looking at each other in shock. The poor kids looked really traumatized and I give them kudos for still coming to work even though they know they're going to get screamed at. I was eating there for probably half hour and the whole time she was flipping out at her employee's and micro managing them. I highly recommend getting a new manager or at least turning some music on to cover it up. read more
