I go to Jersey Mike's Subs a lot as a go-to lunch spot on the weekends, and it's honestly one of my favorites. The subs are always made fresh right in front of you, which is kinda fun to watch, and everything tastes really good and consistent every time. My favorite is just building a simple sub with whatever toppings I'm craving, and the bread actually makes it so goodsoft but still has that perfect texture. The workers are usually really chill and get your order done pretty fast, even when it's busy. It can get a little crowded during lunch hours, but it usually moves quick so it's not a big deal. And plus with a good ambiance inside, even when it's just, it's still enjoyable. Overall it's just a really solid spot when I want something quick, filling, and actually good. read more

We were in the area and craving for a LIGHT DINNER. It was already getting late so we wanted to just share a SANDWICH... NO GREETING UPON ENTRY: I understand It's 8pm on a Sunday. Nobody wants to work on a Sunday but, we are CUSTOMERS. Without customers there would be NO businesses. With NO businesses there would be NO jobs. Let's take a moment to think about that... AMBIANCE: 6/10 It's get the HECK out of here kind of VIBES!!!!!!!! Why did you HAVE to come in AND make me work so HARD to make a sandwich today ATMOSPHERE!!!!!!!!!!... CHIPOTLE CHICKEN: 9/10 really enjoyed the TINY and EXPENSIVE sandwich. But, there are too many options in Temecula. Dutch Sandwich Shop, SUBMARINA, MELOS, SUBWAY, etc... The food at Jersey Mike's is consistently good, which is why I've come back more than once. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing the last two times I've visited. On my first visit, the employees were so engrossed in watching Ice Age that they would actually stop making sandwiches to watch scenes from the movie. I thought it was just a one-time thing, but on my second visit, the same thing happened while the staff was watching Star Wars. They would pause their work to pay attention to what was happening on the screen instead of focusing on customers and food preparation. The employees also seem very inattentive and reluctant to interact with customers. It often feels like they're more interested in watching movies and collecting a paycheck than providing service. The food is good, but the customer experience suffers because the staff appears distracted, disengaged, and uninterested in doing their jobs. I'd gladly return for the sandwiches, but management needs pay more attention to what the employees are doing during their shifts. I can't imagine what happens in the back given this is how they act in front of people. read more

Im not too sure how to rate this Jersey Mikes Experience, I put an online order for pickup, however, I received the wrong sandwich. I'm not so mad that I received the wrong sandwich, Im more so mad at the person who ordered that disgrace and sadness of a sandwich. The sandwich consisted of 5 things: Turkey, which was thinly sliced and barely there, lettuce, which was way too much, a thin layering of avocado and two pieces of bacon. Literally that's it and the 5th and final thing was the wheat bread. The only good thing was the wheat bread and two tiny pieces of bacon, the turkey was so thinly sliced, it's like it wasn't even there. I'm more so disappointed and terrified that someone eats that at Jersey Mikes. Seriously? They should be arrested for that type of order, it doesn't even make sense! This however, was the only time I had a hiccup with my online pickup orders so that's why I'm placing 3 out of 5 stars. read more

The other day, my daughter's high school was having a fundraiser at Jersey Mike's Subs and we came out to support not only the school but have some delicious subs from Jersey Mike's. They're located on Temecula Parkway in the Home Depot shopping area a couple doors down from The Habit. Because a fundraiser was going on, the line was quite long but the employees there were prepared and did a great job handling the large crowd. They were organized and made everyone's sandwiches in good timing. My daughter ordered the Big Kahuna without mushrooms while I ordered their California Club. Sandwiches were good, made to order and the service was on point! Plenty of seating and I even noticed that even though they were busy, there was someone going around always cleaning the tables keeping everything clean in there. Great Job Jersey Mike's! read more

We've been coming to Jersey Mike's for over 10 years for Sub's/Sandwiches and candidly, I've not found another place in the vicinity that'll match the quality of cold or hot sandwiches they provide. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's. read more

Frequent visitor to JM and most of the time they get it right. More importantly, when they don't get it right (which isn't often), they go the extra mile to make amends. It's all about customer service and Mgr. Dean made up for a less than stellar order. I will continue to be a loyal JM customer because of times like these. Thanks Dean, no worries. read more

Today 6/9/2026 @ 4:50 pm to 5pm. The server who was making a sandwhich ( female) first of all the bread was just on the counter did not come from the tray, then the lettuce etc. was not filled it looked dirty. my husband asked for #9. She was only putting bacon on the sandwhich. So my husband repeated#9 to her. Seems she does not know what she was doing. My husband said we will never come to this place again. read more

Jersey Mikes is seriously my jam, but I'm done with this location! Every single time I've ordered, they skimp on the meat... like bad!!! I always order extra meat, and it's the same as a regular so skip doing that! Esp when it's $17.95 for a Regular Turkey and Provolone with extra meat. read more

Wow' the nicest store! Saturday early afternoon and it was packed! And even though it was busy they all were so nice, helpful and even made small talk all while hustling! I was disappointed that when trying to redeem my birthday points to buy a #8 with no ham, that they made me pay $2.50 for a strip of bacon. It's never been like this before. And the cashier said he wouldn't honor it. Service was slow, the mexican cashier was cutting it up with a deliver driver talking about his day and the night he's about to have instead of knowing what I ordered. The manager who had a beard seemed to be on the line, idk or he was just the oldest of the HS crew that day, overall the ambiance was disorganized. It wasn't even a rush. Let me know what 3$ of bacon looks like to you. Thanks for the free sub, I'll go to Great Grains next time. read more

We are huge fans of Jersey Mike's. last 2 visits the order wrong and sandwiches were inconsistent, some with very little content. Makes me think two different people put the order of 10 sandwiches together. Both times we ordered on the app. My #13 Mikes Way does not compare to other locations. Hopefully next time it will be 5 stars. read more

Always perfect. Turkey provolone Mike's way...yum yum. Service equally perfect. My favorite for Deli sandwich!!

Service & sandwiches were done absolutely well. I've enjoyed Jersey Mike's Subs & will continue to do so! Really good Subs.

Super busy Jersey Mike's. The service was fast and efficient. They seemed a bit overwhelmed and not happy to be there. Chips were not very well stocked but could be due to busy day. Felt very skimpy on the vegetables but overall decent. read more

I walked out of this sandwich shop twice this week without purchasing anything, which is a shame. I enjoy the sandwiches. The first time I walked out, it was on Sunday, and while the line wasn't particularly long, it was moving slow. Really, really slow. I was in a rush, and between the lady complaining about the plumbing in the bathroom not working along with no hand towels in there, it made me rethink my decision, and I decided to leave. Fast forward to today, where there was 1 person ahead of me in line, who this time, because he's vegetarian, he asked to have the entire slicer sanitized so that his sandwich didn't touch any meat, which meant that the person standing in line behind him, had to wait well over 5 minutes for this special request to happen, and at the 5 minutes, 1 second mark, I chose to walk out, even though I was hungry and I went there exclusively for a sandwich that I had been craving for a week. I didn't make a scene. I just walked out. I won't be back. Customer service matters. read more

Well I wanted to try it one more time. Sadly it will be the last until I visit my relatives on the east coast. 15$ for a giant sub and only 5 slices of meat off the slicer. I used to work at a N.Y. deli, as we sliced we sold the sandwich meat per weight and the sandwich had a lot more meat on it. So there is no value at all here, there was enough meat on there for a regular but not for a 15$ giant. If you want a jersey or NY style sub go to Ralph's. They have boats head meat which is the common staple for subs in the north east. If you want a 15$ peace of bread with lettuce come here. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Not what you get. I got a thin layer of ham and it's not stacked like above. Did the price of meat go up that much to skimp? - Sandwiches Near Me - Temecula, California

I don't normally post these negative comments but hopefully the owners or operators make changes. My wife was here a few days ago and watched the worker clean off the counter but it was left wet and dirty. She then proceeded to make our wraps on the same countertop which was not completely clean. She pointed this out - asked if our order could be redone in a clean surface. We usually have a great experience at this location. Unfortunately staff has a lot to learn about cleanliness and customer service. read more

I usually get great food here but both my wife and I couldn't continue to eat our sandwiches today.(Italian sub) we both thought the lettuce tasted unwashed and the meat had a weird taste that left us with a weird metal taste.. read more

Terrible! Paid for four sandwiches. One was a veggie sandwich. Opened it up and it consisted of bread, mustard, a slice of bell pepper on each side and mustard. No lettuce or tomatoes. WTF????? I called the store and they basically could care less. Never going to this location again read more

Placed an online order and showed up on time noticed they were in the middle of making my sandwich..I was shocked to see that they placed the BPA paper receipt right on top of my sandwich I asked the cashier for a new piece of bread as BPA is a toxin and I didn't want it leaching into my sandwich I asked her if she did this to every order she rudely responded with "of course how would we know which order is who's" I also asked for them to cut my sandwich in three equal parts and they were obviously irritated that I requested new bread so it was cut terrible just like a little way to get back at me completely immature (picture attached). So let's dig a bit deeper according to the National Library of Medicine BPA can contaminate food, beverage, air, and soil. It accumulates in several human tissues and organs and is potentially harmful to human health through different molecular mechanisms. Due to its hormone-like properties, BPA may bind to estrogen receptors, thereby affecting both body weight and tumorigenesis. Receipt paper is made of BPA. I had already paid and wasn't going to ask for my money back as I usually enjoy their sandwiches love the chili relish too! But after being treated like trash from every single employee and seeing as I was leaving that they continued to put receipt paper on the board they cut the sandwiches on.. wow never again! So basically they print the receipt with the order number place it on the cutting board the BPA receipt is then dragged all along the cutting board were the sandwich's are made, placed onto of the sandwiches and then cut on that same board...there is no way that the chemicals do not leach into the food point blank. I reached out and left my review for the owner. It's been a week and he didn't respond so that's why I'm bringing this issue here you need to be aware, when ordering that you are being subjected to BPA in your sandwiches. This might not be a big deal to some people but the people that are awake to all the chemicals that we are exposed to, this review is for you stay clear of this establishment if you want to keep your sandwiches BPA free!! read more

It didn't taste like a Jersey Mike's sandwich. Plus the gluten free bed was dry & tasteless. Avocado was extra but it was smeared on. Hardly any avocado at all. Subway puts slices of avocado on if you ask. I don't mind paying extra but that was hardly any avocado! read more

Closing team needs to be retrained or replaced. Right now they are trained to let you know, once it's 8pm, the bread is out. But you can upset them by asking for a wrap. I get off work at 8, and it takes about 30 minutes for me to get here. Within the area, there is nothing good as Jersey Mikes. But 6 times now (these few months) when I come in this late, I am instantly told "we're out of bread". Okay... management needs to either needs to change their dough projection or change this shops hours to an earlier close so they don't waste loyal customers time and gas driving all the way here to be told "%#!+ off" I know what it's like to close a store, no one likes to have to clean up again after closing early. But there are people starving. Do your job read more

Very rude and disrespectful. When they make a mistake they are not willing to correct their mistake to ensure customer satisfaction. I went in for (3) sandwiches including chips and drinks. I got home and we only had my sons sandwich. We were (2) sandwiches short. I called and spoke to a Vitoria. She laughed about the mixup. I told her I would not be able to come back due to having to work at a certain time and asked for the whole order to be refunded as we now had to find another form of dinner in a hurry. She told me she will only refund the missing sandwiches. When I asked to talk to a manager she replied very rudely, she was the manager. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she didn't have one. She told me she doesn't have a supervisor. When I asked to speak to a regional manager she finally told me she can have the general manager call me. I provided my name and phone number and a week later have not had a call from the company. Very disappointing, because we really like the sandwiches, but it's not worth dealing with the employees. read more

Worst location I have visited. Why order ahead. You walk in, you're ignored, and when someone does acknowledge you, they don't call out your order.
