In my quest to keep trying new places, we finally made it to Shawarma Grill and wow. I really wish we came here sooner because it so delicious. The ambiance feels fun and authentic and not like it's trying to be anything it isn't. The smells when you walk in are pretty intoxicating and the extensive but concise menu gives you a great choice of options. We ordered the dolmas, chicken shawarma and gyro fries. Out of the two the chicken was my favorite as it was juicy and flavorful and just over a deliciously balanced shawarma. The fries were generously loaded and full of flavor. The green sauce it comes with is seriously spicy so watch out for that. The service was great and the worker behind the counter was so sweet. Her and the owner I believe, were great and just fun to be around. We are excited to come back and try more things! P.S. The Avengers art on the walls is an awesome touch if you know you know.

My wife, brother, and I had the pleasure of dining at Sharma Grill, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Khalid with his 53 years of kitchen experience, truly brings that depth of knowledge and passion into every dish--you can taste it. We tried the chicken and beef kebab, salad, and Gyro plate, and each bite was packed with flavor and freshness. The kebab was perfectly seasoned and tender, the salad crisp and refreshing, and the gyro was generous and delicious. The environment is warm and welcoming and the team are friendly. Khalid himself had small talk. You can tell he takes pride in both the food and the experience of his guests. I absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back again! Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful food made with care.

We were in the area for my son's mountain bike race and needed dinner after a long day in the heat. Yelp saved the day again! In short, Shawarma Grill was insanely good! The staff were soooo polite and accommodating, they made us feel like we were family dining in their home. The plates were some of the Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food we have eaten. The portions were giant, but the quality was very high. We were given all the sauces to try -- garlic, tzatziki, spicy -- and I enjoyed all of them. I had beef shawarma and at my wife's chicken and both were juicy and flavorful. Sadly, we don't live nearby, but if you're reading this, I expect you pay them a visit! read more

let me start by saying I don't ever leave reviews but this place deserves its recognition!!! I've driven past this place sooooo many times over the last couple of years and unfortunately never had it until 2 days ago. omg. what a hidden gem!!!!!!!!!! this was the best greek food I have EVER had in my life!!!!!! one of the best meals of my life!!! I ordered the chicken shawarma plate.... wow. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the rice was so tasty. It was such a huge portion I could have definitely shared it (but I didn't because it was too good). the salad it came with was absolutely delicious as well as the hummus and pita bread which salad and hummus were also a pretty big portion. $23 for all of that amazing food is a killer deal. the owner is soooo nice as well as the young female cashier. I had to go back today because I literally dreamt about this meal. 100/10 read more

CHICKEN KABOB PLATE: 10/10 I think the chicken is the star of the show. Just simply enjoyed it. DESSERTS: 9/10 The desserts by the cashier were good but, I think the price is a bit too high for desserts. SERVICE: A ok (very friendly but, business like) felt like I should purchase or ordered more. But it's really about consistency. If you have a customer that orders a lot but, only comes once a month verses a customer that comes almost everyday and orders a little. The customer that ordered a little but comes often is the best choice for your business so no need to push any big orders. PARKING: Plenty but, busy! ROCK ON SHAWARMA GRILL!!!! read more

We were fortunate enough to come across this place because we were looking for any restaurant that was open on Christmas which served healthier fare. The restaurant is tucked in one of the many nondescript shopping centers which line Hwy 79. Parking was not an issue. We were greeted with warm hospitality in a family atmosphere. The food is delicious and left us feeling nourished. My husband and I split a veggie combo which came with falafel, tabouleh, hummus, dolmas, Greek salad, and a side of pita. Everything was perfect and the portion was more than enough for both of us to feel satisfied. In this day and age it is a rarity to get an affordable family meal that is healthy and freshly prepared as well. The real star of the meal was the red lentil soup. The savory flavor of the lentils are nicely balanced with notes of citrus. We found ourselves drinking the last bit of the soup from the bowl. It was that good! We wanted to try the golden bread, but they were sold out. The gentleman taking our order told us it's like a thick pita. Sounds delicious and I can't wait to try! Next time we are visiting family in the area we will be sure to come back. The inland empire is rich with so much good ethnic cuisine. If you are looking for healthy, filling, delicious, and affordable food don't sleep on this spot! Special shout out this place will be great for vegetarians and vegans as well! read more

Impromptu lunch in Temecula, Shawarma grill delivered in every aspect. The owner was kind; friendly and offered the lunch special when I walked in. Everything on the lunch special was delicious ( I got a grilled chicken kebab and a huge plate of rice & salad) and since I was the only patron in the late afternoon, we conversed through my lunch. We shared our cultures, talked about his son, my puppy and he even asked questions about possibly rescuing a dog. Sure the food was fantastic, plentiful and affordable for a lunch special but the unexpected connection with another person is priceless. It's these moments I didn't know I would miss during lockdown back in 2020. read more

I love the food here but rarely eat here as the prices have gotten out of control especially compared to the portions. At $30 a plate it should be able to fully feed 2 people. Consider lowering your prices please and we will come back to eat here!! read more

I found this restaurant on Yelp and gave it a try. I was disappointed. The beef shawarma was not very tender and the flavor was ok. Also, the shawarma had very little tomato or onion. It was basically all beef. I would not purchase again. read more

My wife and I were salivating for Mediterranean food and Shawarma Grill did not disappoint. We both had the gyro plate that came with a wonderful tasting salad, hummus, and a bountiful serving of gyro meat over rice. It was a huge delicious plate of food. Service was outstanding! We will definitely eat here again to try other amazing entrees and delicacies on the menu. read more

Really tasty food and nice people. I thought it was a chain but when we arrived it was very authentic and seemed like the owner runs the place and cooks with love. The lady working with him was super nice too. Greeted us when we arrived and kept tending to us. We had the gyro sandwich and the chicken shawarma plate. The plate was ginormous and super good. The salad, meat, rice and hummus were beautifully plated and tasted great. The pita and sauces were all delicious. Gyro was also great. We come this way on our drive from Palm desert to San Diego and will definitely be back here again! read more

There was only one person cooking in the back so food was coming out a little at a time at our table of eight people. Some of us were almost done eating before the last person even got their meal. There were people at our table that got served first. Then we would see food going out to other tables before the rest of the people got served at our table. To me this was a little disorganized and it would really benefit this restaurant if they were a bit more organized and had an extra employee or two for lunch time. I guess the main issue we had was that the food was not good and it wasn't served to all the people at the table in a timely manner. All the food did come out hot thanks to our stellar server. I think it's a family owned business the chef was so nice and I believe the cashier is his daughter they were joking around looked every happy . Also every clean . Food is so tender and juicy and tasty has a really special flavor the beef is so juicy and tender . This place deserves more then 5 stars . Walked in a few days ago around noon. The only person there was a heavy set, bald man whom gave me a nasty look when I walked in. Did not greet me. Walked to the back, then walked back up to the front and said to me in an angry manner "what do you need today". I asked him for a chicken shawarma wrap and a side a rice.
